Dr Martens' shoppers are loving a pair of "great quality and so comfortable" mules that are on sale with £60 off. The Laketen Leather Platform Mules are now £90 on the online retailer's website, 40% off from the original price of £150.
Made of 'rugged' Atlas leather, the mules have a satin sheen finish as well as being durable with customers wearing them for 12-hours a day whilst working. It is recommended to care for the shoes by using the Dr. Martens Wonder Balsam to keep them strong and smooth.
The chunky platform mule are inspired Dr Martens' original 90's sandals, including an antique gold branded buckle and DM's rivet.

Customers have been praising the comfortability of the mules attributed to the enhanced, suede-covered foam footbed made to withstand long summer days.
A similar shoe but with weaved leather pattern are the Black Signature Premium Leather Weave Footbed Mules from Next, available at £59 in sizes 3.5 to 8.
Alternatively, Asos have the Topshop Abbie suede mules in black on sale for £45 down from £50 that are also available in khaki for £38.
With 300 reviews, the Laketen Leather Platform Mules have a rating of 4.5 stars. One customer said: "Love them exactly what expected go lovely with wide leg jeans."
Another person said: "Fantastic shoe- so comfortable - sometimes DR'S can take some breaking in, not these- on and worn for 6 hours- so comfortable."
One customer did have say they took a few days to get used to due to the wait but still love them. They said: "Great quality and super comfortable. They are heavy and do take a day or two to get used to, but honestly they are like slippers. As a teacher, I'm in these for 12 hours a day and love them."
Another customer wasn't happy with the weight of the mules saying: "Really good quality and loved the style. The only problem was they were far too heavy for a sandal really. They looked great on but felt I would have leg ache after 10 minutes of wearing them."
