Rays hit four homers, trounce Orioles
Caminero launched a three-run homer in the first inning and a solo shot in the sixth to help the Rays snap a four-game skid.
Rookie Chandler Simpson joined Diaz and Caminero with three hits to extend his hitting streak to 17 games.
The offense was more than enough for Taj Bradley (6-6), who scattered three hits over six scoreless innings to atone for a pair of tough outings against Baltimore last month. Bradley went 0-1 in those games after yielding 12 runs (11 earned) on 14 hits in 6 2/3 innings.
Brandon Lowe went 1-for-4 in his return from the 10-day injured list. He went on the shelf before the break with left oblique tightness and missed the All-Star Game in Atlanta.
Colton Cowser had three hits and Gunnar Henderson added two and scored a run for the Orioles, who have lost three in a row.
Simpson ripped a double to lead off the first inning and Diaz walked to set the stage for Caminero, who smacked a 0-1 curveball from Charlie Morton (5-8) over the wall in left-center field.
Jansen sent a 0-1 fastball from Morton over the wall in left-center field to extend the Rays' lead to 4-0 in the second inning. Jansen's homer was his 10th of the season.
Josh Lowe ripped an RBI double in the third inning and Jake Mangum scored on a throwing error in the sixth before Diaz broke open the game. Diaz deposited a 1-0 sinker from reliever Grant Wolfram over the wall in right-center field for his 15th homer of the season.
The Rays weren't done, however. Caminero stepped up two batters later and sent a first-pitch sinker over the wall in right field for his team-leading 25th homer of the season and fourth in his last six games.
Morton permitted seven runs on eight hits in 5 1/3 innings to sustain his first loss since May 7.

August 6 - Rookie Cade Horton threw 5 ? shutout innings to lift the host Chicago Cubs to a 6-1 win over the Cincinnati Reds on Wednesday. The win allowed the Cubs to avoid getting swept for the first time this season. Horton (6-3) allowed two hits, no walks and struck out six on 67 pitches. The right-hander threw 56 strikes for a rate of 83.6%. His 23 ? scoreless innings streak is the longest by a rookie in Cubs history. Cubs relievers Drew Pomeranz, Andrew Kittredge and Brad Keller retired all eight batters they faced after Horton left the game.
