Hailey Van Lith Turns Heads With New Post on Saturday
Hailey Van Lith, one of the top players in women's college basketball this past season, is heading to the Chicago Sky after being taken with the No. 11 overall pick in the WNBA Draft.
She will team up there with All-Star Angel Reese, her former teammate at Louisiana State, and look to turn the Sky into a playoff team this season.

In the meantime, Van Lith seems to be enjoying her offseason. She spent some time recently showing off some of her fashion accessories, and she posted some photos of them on her Instagram account.
Fans took notice and made their opinions known.

Van Lith played with Reese at LSU during the 2023-24 season, and together, they helped lead the Tigers to the Elite Eight. She transferred to Texas Christian for the 2024-25 campaign, where she averaged 17.9 points, 5.4 assists and 4.6 rebounds a game, which earned her the Big 12 Player of the Year award.

One of the name, image and likeness deals she has had is with JCPenney, the nationwide department store. During the draft earlier this week, she wore a stunning black outfit along with a matching Coach clutch, which drew some attention to her.

Although Van Lith is just 5-foot-9, she has earned kudos for her all-around offensive game, her ability to get to the free throw line and her defensive intensity.

After Minnesota had a basket taken away following an official review for a shot-clock violation, Skylar Diggins made a 3-pointer to give Seattle (6-4) an 83-79 lead. Diggins also found Ezi Magbegor under the basket for a six-point advantage. Kayla McBridemade a 3-pointer from the wing with 1:07 left to pull Minnesota (9-1) to 85-84, but Wheeler answered with a 3-pointer at the other end. After Alanna Smith missed an open layup under the basket, Wheeler added two free throws with 25 seconds left to seal it. Diggins finished with 18 points and six assists for Seattle. Magbegor had 13 points and eight rebounds, and Gabby Williams had 12 points, eight rebounds, seven assists and four steals. Napheesa Collier had 25 points, nine rebounds and five assists for Minnesota. McBride added 19 points, going 5 of 11 from 3-point range.
