DAVID COOTE has been hit with two FA charges for his rant about Jurgen Klopp.
The shamed referee has been accused of an aggravated breach of FA rules following an infamous video showing him hitting out at the ex-Liverpool manager.

In the viral video, he referred to Liverpool as "s***" and extraordinarily dropped the C-bomb to describe ex-Reds boss Klopp.
Coote said: "Liverpool were s*** . Klopp is an absolute c***.
"Aside from having a right pop at me when I was refereeing them against Burnley in lockdown, he accused me of lying and then had a right f***ing pop of me.
"I have no interest in speaking to someone who is f***ing arrogant. So I do my best not to speak to him. James Milner is all right, I get on with him.
"You can see me there with a 'mask' on. But, my god, German c***, f*** me."

Liverpool owners FSG considering massive deal with Michael Edwards involved
FSG, the owners of Liverpool, could gollow the example of some other Premier League clubs' ownership groups and invest in another club in one of Europe's big five leagues Liverpool owners FSG are considering a swoop to buy La Liga club Getafe. The Boston-based group are looking to build a multi-club profile in football with Michael Edwards a key man in the project. The Reds are now assessing the Madrid-based club after looking at Bordeaux and Malaga in the past. The club is currently improving their Estadio Coliseum ground and could be open to selling in the near future. A spokesperson for FSG said: 'FSG routinely engages in conversations and evaluates opportunities across global sports, a common process to assess ventures that align with the organisation's strategic priorities.' Liverpool could use relationships with other clubs to help with the development of players in the way Manchester City has with City Football Group, which owns numerous clubs around the world. How far the Reds will cast their net is unknown at this stage but it is clear they are looking to start with one club and the La Liga outfit, who finished 13th last season, are of serious interest. Edwards' involvement comes more than a year after he returned to Anfield. The former sporting director came back as chief executive officer of football, linking up with the club's current sporting director Richard Hughes. "It was vital for me that, if I did return, it had to be with renewed vigour and energy. In practice, this means having fresh challenges and opportunities," Edwards said in 2024 when his return was confirmed "As such, one of the biggest factors in my decision is the commitment to acquire and oversee an additional club, growing this area of their organisation. I believe that to remain competitive, investment and expansion of the current football portfolio is necessary. Getafe only won promotion to La Liga for the first time in 2004, but have been near ever-presents since. They were relegated in 2016 but bounced straight back, and haven't finished lower than 15th since climbing back to the top flight. The club welcomed Pepe Bordalas back for a second spell as manager in 2023. finishing 12th in the 2023-24 season and 13th last term. They also reached the quarter-finals of last season's Copa Del Rey, losing to Atletico Madrid. If Liverpool's owners complete a deal for Getafe, they would join a number of Premier League rivals with multi-club ownership interests. Chelsea owners BlueCo added French side Strasbourg to their portfolio in 2023, while City Football Group have several clubs across multiple continents, including Manchester City, Girona and New York City FC. FSG already own teams in other sports, and owned the Boston Red Sox before completing their Liverpool takeover. It all depends on what's going to motivate him next." Kwame Poku also looks to be inching closer to a move to Ibrox as the 23-year-old approaches the end of his Peterborough contract. Posh director of football Barry Fry has revealed he previously commanded a £5million and £5million in add-ons for the forward who is set to leave for a minimal fee. Should Poku move outside of England, a compensation fee under the lower rate FIFA guidelines would be due to the club due to cross-border rules. Peterborough owner Darragh MacAnthony told Poku to 'listen to common sense' and sign for an unnamed Championship club as he vented his frustration over the prospect of a cut-price payment. Speaking on his podcast, The Hard Truth, MacAnthony said: 'We know Kwame has been offered an absolute blockbuster move to a top, top club in England. I don't know what he's thinking or what he's waiting for. 'His agent is a big agent who represents Man United players. I think he'll rip it up in the Championship. Unless a Premier League club has come in, I don't know. 'Obviously if he ***** us and goes to Europe, I'd be furious, because I know he'll earn more and be in the Premier League in a year. 'I think a player like him disappears in Europe. If he goes to Europe, he disappears. That's his career. 'We took a chance and developed him. If he listens to common sense – and I hope his agent talks common sense because it's about him and not his agent – the best club for him is the one I know that's in for him because he'll be their stand-out player. 'And that club, we will talk to them if he does sign for them and I think common sense will meet.' Nottingham Forest left-back Harry Toffolo has named as a target after leaving the club as a free agent. And after leaving the club as a free agent, the 29-year-old has thrown the door open to an offer from Govan. He told Forest Focus: "My agent has actually left me to it whilst I've been on holiday. "He wants me to go and enjoy my time away, which he's done respectfully. Now I'm back, I'm going to get my teeth into some bits. "There's been a lot of conversations held with many clubs. His car was eventually brought to a halt by armed police in Milton Keynes, with a bloodstained knife found on the passenger seat and spots of Ms Pearson's and Mr Latter's blood found on his trainers, the court heard. While in a cell following his arrest, Brown made the unsolicited comment that he had 'gone f------ crazy', before later saying: 'Not self-defence. Murder. It's plain murder, not self-defence. Murder.' Mr Justice Kerr sentenced Brown to life imprisonment with a minimum term of 39 years for each of the murders, with the sentences to run concurrently. He also handed down 21 years' and 18 years' imprisonment for the attempted murders of Mr Latter and Jake Brown respectively, an 18-month sentence for possession of a knife in a public place and a nine-month sentence for causing unnecessary suffering to a protected animal, all to run concurrently.
