SoluPet Taps Forsman & Bodenfors for Global AOR Duties to Launch Breakthrough Solution for Aging Dogs

Business Wire27-05-2025
TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- SoluPet Supplements, a science-driven startup dedicated to improving the lives of senior dogs suffering from cognitive decline, has named global advertising agency Forsman & Bodenfors (F&B) as its agency of record. F&B is a solutions-driven, creative collective that is part of the global marketing network, Stagwell.
'We're not just launching a product—we're launching a movement to give senior dogs more good years. And we've broken some traditional start up rules to do this safely and quickly,' said Bill Mohri, Founder and CEO of SoluPet.
The partnership will focus on launching SoluPet's flagship supplement—a first-of-its-kind product backed by neuroscience, nanotechnology, and more than 10 years of scientific research. The move comes as SoluPet prepares for its commercial debut later this year, aiming to address the growing crisis of Canine Cognitive Dysfunction (CCD), an underdiagnosed yet widespread neurodegenerative condition affecting over 30M dogs in the U.S. alone.
'We're not just launching a product—we're launching a movement to give senior dogs more good years. And we've broken some traditional start up rules to do this safely and quickly,' said Bill Mohri, Founder and CEO of SoluPet. 'Choosing Forsman & Bodenfors is a key step in that journey. Their creativity, strategic rigor, and understanding of disruptive brands will help us shape how the world understands pet cognition.'
F&B's North America Chief Solutions Officer/Managing Director, Julien Bissuel shared, 'SoluPet has incredible potential, and during our first conversation, we quickly realized how aligned our visions were, from our approach to business, being growth-oriented, believing in the power of a brand to drive long term growth, and focusing on continuous innovations. A relationship is a true partnership, and in this partnership, I became an advisor on the commercial advisory board where we worked hand in hand on shaping the identity and positioning of their brand. At Forsman we obsess over finding new ways to grow for our clients and applying creativity to solve business problems, values that are essential for a start-up in launch mode.'
SoluPet's story is deeply personal. Mohri, a seasoned CPG executive with over 25 years of leadership experience at Kraft Foods and Microsoft, was inspired to start the company after watching his beloved dog, Lily, struggle with the effects of dementia. Realizing that current solutions lacked scientific credibility and effectiveness, he set out to build something better.
'I realized there were no effective solutions in the market. So I decided to build one,' Mohri said. 'We've since assembled a world-class advisory board—veterinary scientists, neuroscientists, and business leaders—who share our mission of transforming pet health through innovation.'
The supplement, which is a proven-safe approach to easing the progression of canine dementia, is poised to fill a major gap in the market. While awareness of cognitive decline in pets is rising, most current products lack robust clinical validation. SoluPet aims to change that.
'Pet dementia isn't just a medical issue—it's an emotional one,' said Dr. Paul Dick, SoluPet's Chief Veterinary Science Advisor. 'We believe the science we've developed can truly make a difference in the lives of pets and their families.'
The F&B campaign will bring SoluPet's mission to life through brand storytelling, digital outreach, and creative content that elevates the emotional and scientific case for action.
As Mohri puts it: 'We believe every dog deserves not just more years—but more good years. That's the future we're fighting for.'
F&B's full scope of work includes: brand strategy, positioning, values, proposition, RTBs, launch strategy, communication strategy and creative execution, research and testing, packaging design, e-commerce website design and development and media planning.

'Breakthrough EVs': Ford Stock (NYSE:F) Notches Up on New Battery Details

An electric vehicle (EV) is only as good as its battery, at the end of the day. Legacy automaker Ford (F) is likely aware of this, and has a novel new prospect coming as a result. The new line of EVs Ford has on tap will have an unexpected feature: a much smaller battery. But this is less a problem than you may think. In fact, Ford stock is up fractionally in Friday afternoon's trading. Elevate Your Investing Strategy: Take advantage of TipRanks Premium at 50% off! Unlock powerful investing tools, advanced data, and expert analyst insights to help you invest with confidence. So how does a smaller battery win Ford's new EV line any friends? As it turns out, the smaller battery will produce a car with a similar range as those cars with bigger batteries. The battery in question will offer 51 kilowatt-hours of power, which is only about half the size of the batteries currently found in the F-150 Lightning. But if Ford can make an EV that gets the necessary 250-300 mile per charge range that most electric vehicles consider 'table stakes' these days, Ford might be able to make lighter-weight vehicles that are also less expensive, a combination that is only too important in a time when everyone is still feeling the inflationary pinch that started a few years ago and has yet to relent. 'Liquid Carbon' Mustang Of course, Ford is not all about electric vehicles; EVs represent a small portion of Ford's total sales, as gas engines still rule the day. And new reports about the Ford Mustang GTD 'Liquid Carbon' are already delivering some impressive visuals of the kind that might make Porsche (POAHY) quake in fear. Indeed, the GTD Liquid Carbon does look a lot like a 911 GT3 RS. Moreover, it is also a car that has bypassed the paint process and instead stuck with bonded carbon fiber all around. It is not all about looks, though, as reports note the GTD Liquid Carbon features a 'Performance' pack as a standard edition, complete with a DRS flap on the rear win, dive planes, and a 'bigger splitter,' all of which adds up to Ford living up to its promise of ' no boring cars.' Is Ford Stock a Good Buy Right Now? Turning to Wall Street, analysts have a Hold consensus rating on F stock based on two Buys, nine Holds and three Sells assigned in the past three months, as indicated by the graphic below. After a 8.85% rally in its share price over the past year, the average F price target of $10.74 per share implies 6.24% downside risk.

'A National Security Risk': Boeing Stock (NYSE:BA) Tips Up as Reports Suggest Boeing Itself Could be a Risk to America's Security

Aerospace stock Boeing (BA) might be one of the biggest companies the United States has. One of the only two companies that handles commercial aircraft at any real scale, and a major supplier of national defense tools, the United States clearly counts on Boeing. But is America perhaps too reliant on Boeing? That is the question some ask. Investors did not seem to care, though, as shares tipped up fractionally in Friday afternoon's trading. Elevate Your Investing Strategy: Take advantage of TipRanks Premium at 50% off! Unlock powerful investing tools, advanced data, and expert analyst insights to help you invest with confidence. The recent Boeing strike underscored the point, reports noted, with a strike putting delays in a recently-secured $20 billion contract to build the F-47 jet. Of course, it is worth noting that those delays were likely to happen, strike or no, as there has been a supply issue involved in getting the necessary engines for the F-47. But that point is not stopping some from suggesting that, perhaps, Trump himself should be taking more of a hand in the Boeing strike to get the workers back to work. This could be true, though given that the strike is only about two weeks old right now, it is possible that Trump might prefer to let businesses regulate their own issues instead of jumping in to exert pressure right away. But with Boeing currently the fourth-largest Department of Defense contractor, holding Boeing to a different standard could make some sense. The Unpleasant $81 Million Surprise While some are wondering if Boeing and its internal affairs are a national security risk, another point slipped in on Boeing: an $81 million award against Boeing from a court case about trade secrets theft. A United States appeals court reinstated the award against Boeing in favor of Zunum Aero, a startup that handles electric aircraft. Originally, a California judge threw out the jury verdict of $81 million for Boeing. But the 9 th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals stepped in to put the award back, rejecting the original judge's assertion that the information that Boeing took was not, at the time, subject to trade secret protection. Boeing's next move from here, meanwhile, is unclear. Is Boeing a Good Stock to Buy Right Now? Turning to Wall Street, analysts have a Strong Buy consensus rating on BA stock based on 19 Buys and two Holds assigned in the past three months, as indicated by the graphic below. After a 29.56% rally in its share price over the past year, the average BA price target of $257.05 per share implies 9.14% upside potential.

The LG USB-C monitor is just $170 for a short time

It's one of the most unassuming monitors you'll ever see. Depicting itself with a simple screen that says 'LG Monitor' without any of the accolades, 'ultras,' or blue light blocking features (which are present for this monitor) this LG monitor can seem plain. However, the LG 27U631A-B (which we'll be referring to as the LG 27 USB-C Monitor) has a better stat profile than you might think and, with this deal, a very reasonable price. Usually $250, you can now get the monitor for $80 off, rendering it just $170. You can even save 5% or 10% more for buying 2 or 3 monitors, respectively, in LG's 'Buy More, Save More' event. It really makes it one of the best USB-C monitors you can buy today, an easily accessible pickup found by tapping the button below. Read on to see exactly why. Why you should buy the LG 27 USB-C Monitor This 27-inch monitor has a QHD (2560 x 1440 pixel) resolution with a smooth 100Hz refresh rate, HDR10 for a wide color gamut, and a USB-C connection with 15W power delivery. This makes it an excellent hub for your computing gear, and a great monitor to connect your laptop to when you're planning on sticking close to your home. There's a reading mode for low blue light and casual reading before bed, too. Finally, one interesting quirk of this monitor is that it has built-in webOS streaming, making it a sort of TV-lite. The LG 27 USB-C Monitor is now down to a price of just $170 after an $80 discount is applied to its regular price of $250. Compared to other monitors like it out there today (especially in a new era of tariffs) it's an incredible price point, especially when you can save an additional 5% or 10% if you buy 2 or 3 monitors instead of just the one. That makes this a great deal for those looking to expand the home office for everyone in the family. Looking for a something different? Check out these other monitor deals instead.
