PSG vs Inter Milan: Predicted lineups and teams for Champions League final
PSG and Inter Milan collide in the Champions League final in Munich tonight.
A mouth-watering final awaits in just a few hours after an unforgettable European campaign this season.
Paris Saint-Germain have never lifted the famous trophy but victory at the Allianz Arena would see them achieve an historic treble after they lifted the Ligue 1 title and the Coupe de France.
They notably knocked out Liverpool, Aston Villa and Arsenal to reach Munich and would become only the second French side to win the competition after Olympique Marseille in 1993.
Luis Enrique has only one minor injury concern to deal with, namely Khvicha Kvaratskhelia who was forced to pull out of last week's cup final at the last minute.
It is said the winger should be fine to start in Munich alongside Ousmane Dembele, who has 33 goals and 13 assists in 48 appearances this season.
If Kvaratskhelia is fit, the only question mark will be over who completes the front three, with Bradley Barcola or Desire Doue vying to start on the right-flank.
While Matvey Safonov started the cup final, Gianluigi Donnarumma will be in goal following his heroic performances in the knockout stages, with Enrique expected to stick to his winning 4-3-3 system.
Meanwhile, Inter are hoping to bounce back after missing out on the Serie A title to Napoli by winning their fourth Champions League and first since Jose Mourinho's treble-winners in 2010.
Captain Lautaro Martinez has not played at all since his side's epic semi-final win over Barcelona thanks to a hamstring injury.
The striker was not even fully fit for that match but is expected to make his comeback in Munich, leading the line alongside Marcus Thuram in Simone Inzaghi's 3-5-2 formation.
Benjamin Pavard and Yann Bisseck are hoping to be fit in time after struggling with minor ankle and knee issues, but only one of the centre-backs will start.
Piotr Zielinski has recovered from a muscle issue while former Arsenal and Manchester United attacking midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan should be in the line-up.

The French interior ministry said 559 arrests were made across France during celebrations after Paris Saint Germain's win, whilst a 17-year-old is reported to have died following a stabbing in Dax. 'The true PSG supporters are getting excited watching their team's magnificent match. Meanwhile, barbarians have taken to the streets of Paris to commit crimes and provoke law enforcement,' French interior minister Bruno Retailleau wrote on X. 'I have asked the internal security forces to respond with vigor to these offences. 'I offer my support to the Police Prefect and all the police officers who are ensuring everyone's safety. It is unacceptable that it is not possible to celebrate without fearing the savagery of a minority of thugs who respect nothing.'

Joe Montemurro set to be unveiled as new Matildas coach by Football Australia
Football Australia is set to announce Joe Montemurro as new Matildas coach, ending 10 months of uncertainty with the appointment of the widely respected Melbourne-born women's football specialist ahead of next year's home Asian Cup. The 55-year-old has won trophies with Arsenal, Juventus and Lyon in a distinguished career in Europe, having broken through in the professional coaching ranks with stints at Melbourne Victory and Melbourne City in the W-League more than a decade ago. Montemurro was the best-credentialed Australian candidate for the role vacated by Swede Tony Gustavasson last year, and FA finally secured him after Lyon won the league title in his first season with the French powerhouse. Montemurro had signed at Lyon for two years at the start of last season, and his early exit needed to be negotiated for him to take control of the Matildas. His Lyon side – featuring Matildas fullback Ellie Carpenter – won the league without losing a match, but his impressive campaign was tarnished by a semi-final loss in the Champions League to his former club Arsenal, including Australian Steph Catley, Caitlin Foord and Kyra Cooney-Cross. The French club were leading 2-1 from the first leg in London, but lost 4-1 at home in a result described by Montemurro as 'a little bit unexplainable'. The Australian coach worked with Catley and Foord during in his time at Arsenal. The appointment of Montemurro ends almost a year of uncertainty following the departure of Gustavsson, whose final game in charge of the Matildas was a 2-1 defeat to the USA at the Paris Olympics that ended Australia's disappointing campaign.
