This is Brian Schottenheimer's first year as an NFL head coach, but his football résumé is decades long. At the age of 50, he has been steeped in the game almost his entire life, playing quarterback in college and working as offensive coordinator for several teams.

"I'm obviously a father of two amazing kids," Brian Schottenheimer said. "Talked to my mom and I know [my dad] is looking down on me."
