Khanyisa Jaceni's creative pregnancy announcement
Khanyisa announced her pregnancy in April with a creative video inspired by the dipstick trend, popularised by choreographer and TV personality Bontle Modiselle-Moloi.
Khanyisa also included a gender reveal in the same video.
In the clip, Khanyisa searches for the car's dipstick while her husband sits inside.
She finds two cans, sprays them, and releases blue mist — confirming she's expecting a baby boy.
The pregnancy announcement came a few months after Khanyisa's husband paid lobola for her.
In December 2024, she announced that she was officially off the market, sharing photos of herself in traditional gear, including a white makoti shawl.
She also uploaded a heartwarming video featuring her family and friends participating in the popular TikTok 'I'm not the…' challenge.

Carte Blanche: Prescription for addiction
Sunday, 05 July's episode of Carte Blanche uncovers how powerful prescription drugs are fueling an addiction crisis on Johannesburg's East Rand, where the lines between healthcare and drug dealing have dangerously blurred. Instead of back-alley exchanges, the illegal trade happens openly in pharmacies and suburban clinics, with professionals in white coats acting as suppliers. These so-called healers are selling legal medication illegally, enabling widespread addiction and leaving communities grappling with a silent, yet devastating epidemic. Carte Blanche is a South African investigative journalism television series that airs on M-Net every Sunday at 19:00. Its first episode aired on 21 August 1988 and over the last 34-plus years has earned credibility among South African viewers for its investigation into corruption, consumer issues, and current events.
