Tulisa to recount drugs trial in new memoir detailing her career highs and lows

Tulisa Contostavlos has announced a new memoir that will detail the highs and 'unimaginable lows' of her music career, including her collapsed drugs trial in 2014.
The pop singer, 36, who found fame in hip-hop trio N-Dubz, was arrested on suspicion of supplying class A drugs in 2013, but the charges were later dismissed after prosecution witness, 'fake sheikh' journalist Mazher Mahmood, was found guilty of tampering with evidence in the trial.
The book, titled Judgement, has been written using journals that Contostavlos wrote in amid the media storm following the sting operation that saw Mahmood pose as a wealthy film producer called Samir Khan.
In an Instagram video on Tuesday, Contostavlos said: '90% of this no one has ever known.

'The story of my year in 2013 has been spoken about many times, but it has never been told in the way that it's told in my new book.
'This is living all the juiciest moments from behind the scenes. This book will have you crying one moment, on the edge of your seat the next.'
She added: 'I have given absolutely all of myself in this book, it's Sex And The City on a drugs charge.'
She wrote in the caption: 'As you all know, I've been through the highs and some unimaginable lows in my career.
'For the first time, I'm sharing everything. The truth, the pain, the fallout, and the strength I discovered when my world fell apart.'
The singer had been accused of arranging for Mahmood to be sold more than £800 worth of cocaine by one of her contacts following an elaborate sting for The Sun On Sunday in 2013.
During a meeting at a hotel in London, Mahmood posed as a film producer and plied Contostavlos with alcohol as they discussed an acting role alongside Hollywood star Leonardo DiCaprio.
Following the collapse of the trial Contostavlos said 'I have never dealt drugs and never been involved in taking or dealing cocaine' in a statement where she also accused Mahmood of a 'horrific and disgusting entrapment'.
In 2016 Mahmood was jailed for tampering with evidence in the collapsed drugs trial when the 'King of the Sting' and his driver Alan Smith, were found guilty of plotting to pervert the course of justice.
Publishing director, Ciara Lloyd, who has acquired UK and Commonwealth rights to the book, said: 'When I read Tulisa's proposal, I knew instantly that I wanted to publish her.
'I remember the infamous 'Fake Sheikh' trial well and how unfairly Tulisa was treated, a story that highlighted the bias and misogyny in the press, and in our society.
'So, to give a voice to Tulisa and her story as well as showcase her phenomenal talent as a writer is a real privilege.
'This is the perfect redemption story for the original Female Boss, and I'm so proud to be publishing her at Blink.'
Contostavlos is most known for singing in hip-hop group N-Dubz who had hits with songs including I Need You, Girls and Number 1, featuring Tinchy Stryder.
In 2011 she became a judge on popular reality singing series The X Factor and a year later she released her debut solo album, The Female Boss.
She also released the book, Honest: My Story So Far: The Official Autobiography, in 2012, which detailed her life growing up on a council estate in London, to making music with N-Dubz, and helping girl group Little Mix win The X Factor in 2011.
The singer from Camden most recently appeared on the 2024 season of I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!.

She showed her Instagram followers every step of the cosmetic process she recently underwent on the Gold Coast. Among the products was the Chanel Les Beiges Sheer Healthy Glow Highlighting Fluid, valued at $91. She also uses the Rhode Glazing Milk, which sells for $80 and the REFY Glow and Sculpt Primer for $65 Tammy expressed her excitement, stating, 'I've wanted to do this for so long and I'm finally doing it. Lipstick is the one thing I wear the most when it comes to makeup.' The process began with Tammy's makeup being removed from her lips. She then chose the perfect pink colour for her new pout from a number of options. 'She had so many colours to choose from, and you can mix whatever ones you want together, which is so good,' she said. Tammy also previously revealed uses Fenty products by Rhianna, along with Nars, favouring the brand's liquid blush and highlighter. 'I love creams and liquids a lot,' she added, explaining she prefers creams and liquids over powders. When it comes to fitness, Tammy told Daily Mail Australia that no matter if she's 'super busy', she will always 'fit in the gym somewhere'. 'As long as I go at least three times a week, then I'm good. If I don't have time to go at least three times, then it just stresses me out,' she said. 'I work out to keep my sanity, but between three and five workouts is usually what I do.' Tammy follows a routine of HIIT (high-intensity interval training), weights, resistance training involving booty bands, ab circuits and boxing. She revealed that the most common question she's asked about workouts is the amount of weight to use. 'I think the answer is really simple,' she said. 'It's just whatever is to your strength, which should be difficult for you to complete. It's going to be different for everyone.' 'People will get what other people are using and think they should be using that, but just work with whatever works for your strength.'

TV sports presenter reveals hospital health battle after ‘horrific' comments about her weight when she appeared on Formula One coverage

TV sports presenter Lee McKenzie has spoke out after being targeted by online trolls who made 'horrific' comments about her weight. McKenzie is a regularly presenter on both Channel 4 and the BBC and has worked on a variety of sports including F1, rugby and equestrian. The 47-year-old made an appearance for the broadcaster's coverage of the Spanish Grand Prix - in which Oscar Piastri claimed his fifth victory of the season - on Sunday. However, McKenzie's return was met by online trolls who commented on her physical appearance on the day and now the Channel 4 presenter has revealed that she had been struggling with 'health issues' in recent weeks. Taking to Facebook, she wrote: 'I've been thinking about whether I should post this but I will as it's not just about me, it's for all women and men too. 'Last month I went into hospital for an operation and I've been struggling with some health issues for a while now. 'As you see on here I'm a private person and I post about my work, not too much about life outside of work. I don't need or want attention or validation. 'But the comments about my appearance and weight at the Spanish Grand Prix have been horrific. I've had to turn off comments on my social media. It's worth saying they came from women and men alike. 'If you don't like what someone wears or looks like on television, feel free to think about it but why send it to them? Why contact someone to be deliberately rude? 'I'm a journalist and I'm good at my job and I'm furious that this affects me. But it does and there will be people out there getting similar abuse that are not as strong as me. Don't do it. 'The good news is that a larger operation that I thought I was going to get isn't needed at the moment and things can be treated with medication. Many people have this. It's not about being unwell. It's about the vile comments from women and men commenting on my appearance. 'My health is improving and I'm back at the gym. For me. Not for anyone else. Think before you write to someone'. The post has since been 'liked' by over 25,000 Facebook users and 22,000 of her Instagram followers. Accompanying the posts was a picture of McKenzie while at a previous F1 event and a selfie from the hospital bed - where she pose with a smile and a thumbs up. Elsewhere on the day, a dejected Lewis Hamilton made a brutal Ferrari admission after finishing sixth at the Spanish Grand Prix. The seven-time world champion is still waiting for his first podium since joining the Scuderia from Mercedes and was lost for words after his misery in Barcelona . Hamilton came home in seventh but was bumped up one place after Max Verstappen careered into George Russell , an incident which saw him demoted down to 10th. Unable to keep up with the two McLarens and Verstappen, Hamilton was told to let Charles Leclerc pass him early in the race, giving his team-mate a leg up as he went on to finish third, and he was overtaken by Nico Hulkenberg on the penultimate lap.

Cruz Beckham shares gushing anniversary post for girlfriend Jackie Apostel hours after brother Romeo's shock split from Kim Turnbull was revealed

Cruz Beckham celebrated his one year anniversary with girlfriend Jackie Apostel on Thursday, sharing a gushing post just hours after his brother Romeo's heartbreak was revealed. Victoria and David's Beckham's youngest son Cruz, 20, posted sweet snaps of his girlfriend, 29 on Instagram as he declared '1 year down, plenty to go.' Jackie meanwhile shared a carousel of images with the caption 'a good year.' The Mail revealed on Wednesday that there is heartache for Cruz's older brother, as Romeo, 22, and his girlfriend Kim Turnbull, 26, have gone their separate ways after seven months together. Friends said that the romance 'fizzled out' three weeks after David's 50th birthday, meanwhile Cruz and Jackie are still going strong. Jackie seems to have been accepted into the Beckham clan despite online chatter around her 10-year age gap with Cruz. In September she joined Cruz in supporting Victoria at her fashion show during Paris Fashion Week whilst she was in attendance at David's week of 50th birthday celebrations, including a close family trip to France. From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the DailyMail's new Showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. At David's lavish London party, she and Romeo even got on stage to perform a duet of Victoria and her husband's favourite song - Islands In The Stream. Kim was also at the celebrations but despite being warmly welcomed into the family, the relationship has now run its course. Friends told The Mail that things remain 'amicable' between Romeo and Kim, and that their parting is 'nothing to do' with Kim being blamed by Nicola Peltz for being the catalyst for the feud that has ripped the Beckham family apart. One said: 'Romeo and Kim are both young and they had a lovely time together but at that age things don't always last forever and they decided to split up. 'They have been friendly since and have even been at the same venues. It's a huge shame, particularly as David and Victoria really adored her and thought she made Romeo happy but it wasn't to be. 'It happened a couple of weeks ago and relations have remained friendly between them. 'David and Victoria would hate for the view to be that they split because of Nicola and Brooklyn because that simply isn't the case. 'The fact is that Kim has got a really busy career as a DJ and Romeo has a busy work life too, there is lots of travelling for both of them at having a relationship at this time isn't all that conducive to their lives.' Kim attended several of David's birthday celebrations last month alongside Romeo, Cruz and Jackie She has been at the centre of the rift after Nicola, 30, claimed that she felt uncomfortable around her, with sources close to the US heiress saying that Kim had dated Brooklyn when they were teenagers. That was the reason the couple gave for not attending any of David's celebrations. However, in fact she enjoyed a romance with his close friend Rocco Ritchie, the son of Guy Ritchie and Madonna.
