Park Seo Jun sues the restaurant where a famous K-drama was shot
Seo Jun's drama 'What's Wrong With Secretary Kim' was shot at the same soy sauce marinated crab restaurant that the actor has recently sued. As per Sports Chosun, the star sued the restaurant for continuous use of his photos after being requested not to.
The legal team stated that, 'The lawsuit began by continuing malicious acts that did not respond to requests to remove the portal site search advertisements and banners afterwards. The estimated damage amount is 6 billion won, considering the advertising model fee, but the actual lawsuit amount is 60 million won, considering the defendant's business scale and various circumstances."

The Actors company also added to the statements, saying that they will also be taking strict and legal action against those who spread criticism and hate towards the '
Dream High
' star. Soon after the news of his lawsuit began spreading online, many netizens criticised the actor for targeting small businesses and suing the restaurant. They extended on the statement, saying that the lawsuit was valid as per court orders.
Park Seo Jun's side also explained that another complaint is being filed against the restaurant under malicious ridicule and slander.
Why exactly is the lawsuit happening?
Previously, the actor was shot while eating a crab from the restaurant in one of his popular K-drama episodes. Ever since then, the restaurant has been using the specific clip as well as photos of the popular actor in order to promote their food to the public without getting legal permission. Even after continuously being requested to stop the use of his face for promotional matters, the restaurant did not respond and continued on with its actions, resulting in the lawsuit.

Dua Lipa opens up on falling for Callum Turner, gushes over her wedding dress plans: 'I would love to have kids'
Dua Lipa recently shared details about her relationship with her fiancé, actor Callum Turner , offering rare insights into their romance. The 29-year-old pop star admitted that she has 'intensely fallen' for the Masters of the Air star and is learning to embrace love, even with the risk of heartbreak. The couple confirmed their relationship in June 2024, after sparking dating rumors in January. A year later, Dua was spotted wearing a sparkling diamond ring, confirming their engagement. Reflecting on this new chapter, the singer said she is 'happier than ever.' Love and vulnerability Dua described love as inspiring and beautiful, acknowledging that while vulnerability can feel frightening, it also allows for the most meaningful emotions. She considered herself fortunate to experience such intensity. Engagement and future plans Confirming the engagement, Dua said that the decision to 'grow old together, share a life, and always be best friends' feels truly special. She confessed that while no wedding is planned yet, she has already started thinking about her dress. For now, her focus remains on Callum's shooting schedule and finishing her tour. 'I had never really thought about wedding dreams before,' she said, 'but now I find myself wondering what I'll wear. ' She also gushed about her engagement ring, calling it a heartfelt symbol of their bond. Knowing that the person she will spend the rest of her life with understands her so deeply, she added, brings her comfort and joy. While she acknowledged the challenges of balancing motherhood with her career, she expressed hope of becoming a mother someday. Concerns about touring, scheduling, and taking time off remain, but she believes that 'the right moment will come on its own.' "I'd love to have kids one day. But it's like the constant question of when would there ever be a good time—how it would fit in with my job and how it would work if I went on tour, and how much time out I'd have to take. I think it's just one of those things that's going to happen when it happens," she said. "Get the latest updates on Times of India, including reviews of the movie Coolie and War 2 ."
