I'm a bit of a tart when it comes to brands
I might use Maybelline's Great Lash mascara or UK Lash's Lengthening one. Right now, I've gone posh with a Dior (below). I've always got to colour in my eyebrows because mine are so 90s. They were never majestic, but when I was a model, they were ruthlessly plucked. I'm not brave enough to tattoo them on, so I use Anastasia Beverly Hills Perfect Brow Pencil (£24, spacenk.com). Luckily my trademark fringe hides a multitude of sins!

I like a tinted moisturiser for daytime – Sarah Chapman Skinesis Skin Insurance SPF 50+ Tinted (from £25, sarahchapman.com). Then I apply No 7 Pro Artist Soft Glow Cream Bronzer (£19.95) with an Eco Tools Blending Face Brush (£5, both boots.com). I know you're supposed to do all that contouring, but once I've done my forehead, cheekbones and nose, I reckon I might as well put it over my whole face. I'm like an eight-year-old playing with my mum's make-up.
I do like a spray tan
I see James Harknett (jamesharknett.co.uk). He'll always try to squeeze me in if I've got an event on. He's got great vibes!

My skincare needs to be speedy
By the time I'm washing my face at night I'm knackered. I've been through that stage of using eight different potions – now I just want something that feels nice. I love the new No 7 Future Renew Night Serum (above) which sinks into the skin brilliantly. And I like a face oil – I discovered the one by Kushboo (£28, kushboosoaps.co.uk) when the founder rang in to my radio show. I don't have any Botox or tweakments, but I do enjoy a facial. They are great for your skin, but also for your mental health. I go to Vaishaly at her clinic in Marylebone (vaishaly.com). She does some beautiful witchcraft and I'm instantly power napping, making little piggy snoring noises.
Turmeric is my health hack
My mum has arthritis in her hands so I try to keep inflammation down with a low-sugar diet, plus Nutrition Geeks Turmeric, Curcumin, Ginger and Black Pepper Tablets (£8.99, nutritiongeeks.co) and Moju Turmeric Shots (above). I also take the You're Looking Well Night Pill (£32.50, ylwclub.com), which has magnesium in it to help you sleep.
In my head I'm an amazing runner
I'll occasionally run with the dog, and I imagine I'm a gazelle. Then I'll see my reflection in a shop window and realise I'm more like a Disney ogre. We've turned our garage into a little gym. I've got weights there and a couple of mirrors. I'll do 20 minutes here and there. It's good for women of my age to do weight training. And it's nice when you see a bit of muscle popping up! I don't have a trainer, but YouTube is fantastic for finding free workouts. I like a woman called Caroline Girvan.
If I didn't wash my hair, I'd look like I live in a skip
I'm not one of those women who make a bouncy blow-dry last a week. I have to wash my hair every other day. I like JVN shampoo (above) and I can't live without Palmer's Olive Oil Formula Leave-in Conditioner (£5.99, superdrug.com). I spritz that all over my hair then I can get a brush through it. I've been all shades of blonde but now the colour is softer than the yellow Lego-head hair I used to have.
