Edgewater Wireless Engages Independent Trading Group as Market Maker

OTTAWA, Ontario--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Apr 9, 2025--
Edgewater Wireless Systems Inc. (TSXV: YFI) (OTC: KPIFF), the industry leader in Wi-Fi Spectrum Slicing technology for residential and enterprise markets, announces that, subject to regulatory approval, it has engaged the services of Independent Trading Group ('ITG') to provide market-making services in accordance with the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV) policies. ITG will trade shares of the Company on the TSXV and all other trading venues with the objective of maintaining a reasonable market and improving the liquidity of the Company's common shares.
Under the agreement, ITG will receive compensation of CAD$5,000 per month, payable monthly in advance. The agreement is for an initial term of one month and will renew for additional one-month terms unless terminated. Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' notice. There are no performance factors contained in the agreement, and ITG will not receive shares or options as compensation. ITG and the Company are unrelated and unaffiliated entities, and at the time of the agreement, neither ITG nor its principals have an interest, directly or indirectly, in the securities of the Company.

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Seritage Growth Properties (NYSE: SRG) (the 'Company'), a national owner and developer of retail, residential and mixed-use properties, announced that today the Company has made a voluntary prepayment of $40 million toward its $1.6 billion term loan facility provided by Berkshire Hathaway Life Insurance Company of Nebraska ('Berkshire Hathaway'). With the prepayment, the Company has now repaid a total of $1.4 billion since December 2021 and $200 million of the term loan facility remains outstanding. The current prepayment will reduce Seritage's total annual interest expense related to the term loan facility by approximately $2.8 million. The cumulative repayments since December 2021 have reduced Seritage's total annual interest expense related to the term loan facility by approximately $99.4 million. AMPHENOL CORPORATION ANNOUNCES PRICING OF EURO-DENOMINATED SENIOR NOTES OFFERING

WALLINGFORD, Conn., June 11, 2025--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Amphenol Corporation (NYSE: APH) (the "Company") announced today the pricing of its offering of €600 million aggregate principal amount of senior notes due 2032 (the "Euro Notes"). The Euro Notes will have an interest rate of 3.125% per annum. The closing of the offering of Euro Notes (the "Euro Notes Offering") is expected to occur on June 16, 2025, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. On June 9, 2025, the Company announced the pricing of its offering of $750 million aggregate principal amount of 4.375% senior notes due 2028 (the "USD Notes") by means of a separate prospectus supplement. The closing of the offering of the USD Notes (the "USD Notes Offering") is expected to occur on June 12, 2025, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. Neither the completion of the Euro Notes Offering nor the offering of the USD Notes is contingent on the completion of the other.
