Ireland AM welcomes new presenter amid shake-up - and fans already know them well
Ireland AM is buzzing as they gear up to bring a fresh face onto the show this weekend.
The team's been on a roll lately, showcasing loads of standout talent alongside their regular crew. Generally, we see Muireann O'Connell, Alan Hughes, and Tommy Bowe hitting the screen from Monday to Thursday, while Elaine Crowley and Martin King take over for the back-end of the week.
But viewers tuning into Virgin Media have seen quite the mix-up with newbies hopping in, either stepping in for the usual presenters on hols or joining the existing lineup. We've had the pleasure of seeing familiar personalities like Louise Cantillon, Síomha Ní Ruairc, Ray Foley, Brooke Scullion, and others grace our screens, reports RSVP Live.
And now, another exciting change-up as a past Ireland AM contributor is set to ramp up their time in front of the camera. Eric Roberts, known for his TikTok antics, burst onto the scene on social media with some massive news.
He shared: "This weekend I'll be presenting on @irelandamvmtv. Not a small slot or segment, the full shows! I'm so excited and still can't really believe it's happening! I've only been presenting for a short time so it's an incredible opportunity! More than a little bit nervous. Wish me luck! And tune in Friday Saturday and Sunday!".
His social media mates and fans flooded him with well-wishes ahead of his big debut. Muireann gushed: "Best of luck, babez. You'll be fab!".
Cassie Stokes couldn't hide her excitement either: "Yesss! ! ! Well done Eric, can't wait to watch". Brooke chimed in with: "You'll be amazing".
Another individual commented: "Not a bother to you. You're a natural in front of the camera". A different follower added their praise, saying: "Congrats. I think you are great on telly/presenting. Natural and with humour."
