Time of India2 days ago

Actor Jonathan Joss was killed at his old home on Texas by a neighbor.
Sigfredo Alvarez Ceja, the suspected killer of actor
Jonathan Joss
has been charged with felony first-degree murder. Alvarez shot and killed the actor when the duo had an argument, neighbors said.
The shooting took place at Joss's former home in Texas which was burned down earlier this year.
Neighbors told TMZ that Joss and Ceja had a long history of feuding. Joss had the habit of doing weird things like suddenly starting his loud rant. Police had been called on the actor several times before the house went up in flames, neighbors said.
Joss's weird things also included banging pans from his rooftop in the middle of the night, neighbors said.
The fire took place when Joss used a BBQ pit to heat it and overall the place was deemed unsafe.
Before the shooting, Joss was in the old house to collect fire fund check and found the skeleton of one of his beloved dogs that died in the fire. That upset him and he started yelling at anyone who crossed his path including Ceja who lived two doors down.
'We were not threatening anyone. We were grieving'
Jonathan Joss' husband Tristan Kern de Gonzales issued a statement saying that they were attacked by a homophobic person who could not stand the sight of two men loving each other.
