AN INFLUENCER was left mortified after sending a video to a brand without spotting an embarrassing object on the shelf behind her.
Beauty whizz Abi was trying out a sun cream for a sponsored clip to send to the company, and filmed herself applying it to her skin as she talked through her first impressions.

But what she hadn't noticed was the wand-shaped device in the background of her video.
She was soon alerted to her mistake though, when she received an email from the brand.
"Hi Abi. Hope you are doing well. We are so excited that you're loving the SPF," the message began.
"The first draft looks great, however, we're going to have to ask you to refilm as there seems to be something on the shelf behind you that we can't advertise.
"We hope you found this as funny and we did in the office and aren't too disappointed about refilming!"
Abi then zoomed in on the item in question - showing that it was a sex toy.
"Don't talk to me about embarrassed until you've submitted content to a brand not realising there's a (sex) toy next to your head," she wrote over the top of the video.
And she added in the caption: "'We hope you found this as funny as we did in the office!' yeah ok!!!"
The comments section was immediately filled with people weighing in on Abi's mistake, with one writing: "HAHAH honestly they should have left it in, their engagement would have been popping off!"
"It would have been PR gold if they left it in actually!" another added.

"I love how it is shelf worthy," someone else commented.
"AHHHHHH IM SCREAMING FOR YOU," another laughed.
"Not going to lie that is hilarious," someone else admitted.
While another asked: "I'm all for toys and not being embarrassed (and this is hilarious) but I just wanna know why it's on such a high shelf?
"I keep mine as close to the bed as possible for convenience!"
And some people even used the comments section to share their own epic sex toy fails.
"My in laws just helped my husband unpack into our new house. (I'm 9 months pregnant.) They unpacked not one but two toys!" one sighed.
"Want to hear one worse?" another added.
"I was in a car accident and submitted progression pics of my face to my attorney and the insurance company.. with my vibrator in the background!"
