Karisma Kapoor Arrives In Delhi With Kids Amid Sunjay Kapur's Rs 30,000 Cr Family Feud
Karisma Kapoor was seen at Delhi airport with her kids amid late ex-husband Sunjay Kapur's Rs 30,000 crore family dispute. Karisma Kapoor was spotted at Delhi airport on Wednesday, arriving with her children Samaira Kapoor and Kiaan Kapoor. The Bollywood actress kept it low-key as she exited the airport amid the ongoing legal feud surrounding her late ex-husband Sunjay Kapur's Rs 30,000 crore estate. In a video that has surfaced online, Karisma is seen walking ahead, while Kiaan and Samaira follow closely behind. Karisma opted for a no-fuss travel look, wearing an oversized white shirt paired with black tights. She kept her makeup minimal and accessorised with black sunglasses and loose, flowing hair. Her daughter Samaira, who has grown up away from the media glare, also chose a similar aesthetic, donning a simple black dress. Kiaan, meanwhile, looked comfortable in a white polo T-shirt and dark joggers. Karisma's Delhi visit comes in the midst of an intensifying legal battle over the vast estate left behind by businessman Sunjay Kapur, who passed away earlier this year in June. Sunjay reportedly suffered cardiac arrest after swallowing a bee during a polo match. His last rites were performed in Delhi. The family feud escalated recently when Sunjay's mother, Rani Kapur, made serious allegations. Speaking to ANI, she revealed she still doesn't know how her son died and expressed suspicions surrounding the circumstances of his death. She also claimed she was coerced into signing documents under duress, especially after Sunjay's widow, Priya Sachdev, was named a non-executive director at Sona Comstar, the family's auto parts company. 'I still don't know what happened to my son. I'm old now, and I need closure before I go," Rani Kapur said. 'Our family legacy must not be lost. It must be passed on as my husband always wanted it to be." Karisma, who was married to Sunjay from 2003 to 2016, has mostly kept a dignified silence on matters related to her ex-husband's personal and financial affairs. Her recent appearance in Delhi, however, has drawn attention as the legal drama continues to unfold. First Published: July 30, 2025, 21:10 IST Disclaimer: Comments reflect users' views, not News18's.
