Two wanted after attempted robbery, assault in east end: Cops
Two suspects are wanted for an attempted robbery and assault over electric scooters in the city's east end earlier this month.
Toronto Police said officers responded on May 5 at approximately 9:25 p.m. to a call for unknown trouble in the Danforth and Kelvin Aves. area, east of Dawes Rd.
It is reported that the suspects arrived at a commercial building parking lot where they and the victim had agreed on a price for two electric scooters.
Police allege the suspects attempted to take the scooters without paying and the victim resisted and was then assaulted. The suspects allegedly fled the area without the scooters.

Cops described both suspects as in their early 20s, over 5-foot-5 tall with a thin build. One suspect was wearing a navy hoodie, black pants and black Air Force 1 sneakers while the other suspect was wearing a black jacket, black hoodie, black pants and black sneakers.
On Saturday, investigators released images of the suspects and are turning to the public for help identifying them.

What we know Per a statement, police were called at around 4:30 a.m. to a shooting at an apartment complex near 40th Street and Colter. "When officers arrived, they found a man, later identified as 18-year-old Noel Nava, suffering from a gunshot wound. The fire department responded and transported Nava to the hospital where he later died from his injuries," investigators wrote. Besides Nava, police say two other people were injured. "Officers found another man on scene suffering from a gunshot wound. He was treated by fire and later released. Officers also received information a third male victim arrived at a nearby hospital with a non-life-threatening injury, also caused by gunfire. Motorcyclist seriously hurt in collision with car
A 58-year-old man has been seriously injured after the motorcycle he was riding collided with a car in Leeds. Police said the incident took place on Brown Lane West, Holbeck at about 09:20 BST on 3 June. A grey Mercedes E250 EMG Sport collided with the red Honda CBF 125 motorbike, leaving the rider with leg injuries. The car involved remained at the scene and the driver has been helping with the investigation, West Yorkshire Police said.
