Alcaraz was cool as a cucumber throughout and hit an audacious volley to win the first set over the Spanish 37-year-old to set up today's final clash with Jiri Lehecka.
The 22-year-old has not lost since April 20 in Barcelona and is enjoying the longest winning streak of his career with 17 successive victories.
When asked about Raducanu, who he has previously been romantically linked with online, Alcaraz said: 'I saw on social media she came up to watch my match.
'Just glad that she came to support, to watch my match. It was great having her in the stands."

Further quizzed if he could return the favour by attending some of Raducanu's matches prior to their US Open date, Alcaraz added: "Well, it depends on the schedule, obviously.
"I have practices. I have matches. Yeah, I would love to, yeah, if I have time, if, you know, if everything -- if I'm at the club or I don't have anything else to do, yeah, I would love to come and watch her.
"I'm watching her matches from the TV every time that I can. So watching her in real could be fun."
Raducanu and Alcaraz have announced they will play together in a new-look mixed doubles tournament at the US Open later this year.

Raducanu and Alcaraz, both 22, were the subject of wild dating rumours in 2024.
They heated up last July when Raducanu watched the Spaniard dominate Novak Djokovic in the Wimbledon final.
'She was not OK' - Axed coach claims Emma Raducanu's mental state played major role in his swift exit
Alcaraz is in red hot form with four titles to his name already this year and hunting down a third successive Wimbledon title later this month.
First, he will attempt to beat Lehecka to lift his second title in three years at the Queen's Club.
Raducanu, meanwhile, will be in Eastbourne action tomorrow as she prepares for Wimbledon.
The 22-year-old lost to Zheng Qinwen in the quarter-finals at Queen's last week.
Having received treatment on court, Raducanu subsequently pulled out of this week's WTA 500 event in Berlin.
The former US Open champion is fit again and will take on America's Ann Li at Devonshire Park on Monday.
Should Raducanu triumph, she could face two-time former Wimbledon finalist Ons Jabeur in round two.

Lawrence, who was diagnosed with motor neurone disease last year, was incredibly proud to be honoured. He said last week: "It is not something I ever thought would sit after my name. "I am absolutely delighted that it will do so for however long I am here and will be a part of my legacy when I am gone." Following Lawrence's sad passing, a family statement said: "'Syd' was an inspirational figure on and off the cricket field and no more so than to his family who were with him when he passed." The ECB have paid tribute to Lawrence, calling him a "pioneering" player who left an "indelible mark" on the sport in this country. ECB chair Richard Thompson said: "David 'Syd' Lawrence was a true trailblazer of English cricket and a man of immense courage, character, and compassion. "His impact on the game extended far beyond the boundary ropes. As a fast bowler, he thrilled crowds with his pace and passion. As a leader and advocate, he broke barriers and inspired change, becoming a powerful voice for inclusion and representation in our sport. 3 England stars including Ben Stokes paid tribute to Lawrence Credit: Sky Sports "Even in the face of his illness, David showed extraordinary strength and dignity, continuing to uplift others with his resilience and spirit. He leaves behind a legacy that will endure in the hearts of all who love cricket. "Our thoughts are with his family, friends, and the entire cricketing community at this time." Lawrence played five test matches for England, only for his international career to be brutally cut short by a serious knee injury in 1992. He left an incredible mark on Gloucestershire, playing 280 matches for them over a 16-year span. Lawrence later returned to the club as president in 2022. Paying tribute to their legendary former fast bowler and executive, Gloucestershire wrote: "Gloucestershire Cricket is devastated to learn of the passing of former player and Club President, David 'Syd' Lawrence MBE, aged 61. "Everyone at Gloucestershire Cricket would like to send their best wishes to David's family during this terribly sad time." England star paid tribute to Lawrence ahead of today's match-up with India at Headingley. Stars including Ben Stokes took part in a minute's applause in honour of the cricket icon.

Andy Carroll and Lou Teasdale 'disappointed' after police called over row
Footballer, Andy Carroll, and his girlfriend, Lou Teasdale, admitted that the police were called after the couple had a 'heated discussion', which they say was 'blown out of proportion' Andy Carroll and his hair stylist girlfriend, Lou Teasdale, have admitted they were spoken to by police following a row between the couple on the Greek island of Mykonos. The pair, who have been dating since last year following the footballer's split with the mum of his three kids, Billi Mucklow, revealed they'd had a "heated discussion" while on the party island, but that things had been "blown out of proportion". Andy, 36, was reportedly questioned about a bust-up he'd had with Lou, 42, at a packed beachside restaurant and then at their hotel. One worker at the Nikolus Tavern said of the first argument: 'We recognised him as the footballer Andy Carroll immediately. He seemed very drunk and furious with his partner. He was using very bad words. It was improper behaviour. The woman looked very upset.' The Sun reports that police arrived and took the former West Ham ace, who was "very calm" to one side for a chat. He was later allowed to return to Lou, who is a well-known celebrity hairstylist. However, hours later police were reportedly called again by staff after reports of damage to the couple's room at a £500-a-night boutique hotel. Officers are said to have escorted Andy to a local station for questioning but no arrests were made. Another source claimed Lou did not stay with her boyfriend that night. They said: "After the restaurant episode, there was another incident at the hotel. This time, the footballer went to the police station. We know the woman stayed somewhere else that night.' Meanwhile, a British holidaymaker who reportedly spotted the pair while out for a stroll accused Andy of being "very drunk" adding that he shouted at Lou: "I'm done with us!" Responding to the reports, Andy and Lou admitted that the police were called following their "heated discussion", however they insisted things had been "blown out of proportion", issuing a joint statement, which read: "Whilst having a private dinner in a restaurant on a quiet holiday in Mykonos, we had a heated discussion of the sort that most couples have had on occasion. It quickly became apparent to the police that there was no reason for them to be there. 'We went outside the restaurant with them together as they insisted they wanted to 'look after' us. 'As far as we are concerned, the situation has been blown out of all proportion by an interested member of the public. No one was arrested, and no one was charged with anything. "We are very happy, in love and looking forward to our future together, and we are disappointed that a private disagreement has become a public matter.'

Queen's prize money: How much does the winner earn?
Queen's prize money: How much does the winner earn? Carlos Alcaraz faces Jiri Lehecka at Queen's on Sunday Alcaraz has made yet another final. (Image: (Photo by) ) Superstar Spaniard Carlos Alcaraz will face Czech opponent Jiri Lehecka in the men's final of Queen's on Sunday afternoon. Queen's marks the final tournament before Wimbledon, warming players up on the grass courts ahead of taking part in what is arguably the most sought-after prize in tennis. Last year, Alcaraz toppled the legendary Novak Djokovic at Wimbledon for a second year in a row to claim the title. On Saturday, Alcaraz claimed his 250th career win in the Queen's semi-finals and extended his winning streak to a stunning 17 matches. Waiting for him in the final is Lehecka, reaching his first-ever grass final after defeating British star Jack Draper. Despite a valiant comeback from Draper, Lehecka did well to repel his opponent's efforts to secure a 6-4, 4-6, 7-5 victory. Lehecka remained humble in victory, recognising Draper's popularity in London. "It means a lot, you don't beat a player like Jack every day," said Lehecka. "I want to say thanks to [the crowd] for making it fair. I know your favourite didn't win today, but I really appreciate you being fair and clapping when I hit a few good [shots]." Article continues below With the men's finalists set to lock horns on Sunday afternoon, how much could they earn if they were to win the tournament? Queen's prize money The winner of Queen's men's singles 2025 will take home £350,773. The runner-up will bag a cool £188,705 for the efforts. Draper, who was knocked out in the semi-finals, picked up £100,568 for reaching the last four. Other benefits As well as picking up prize money, players accrue important points which contribute to their ranking. For example, Jannik Sinner is currently ranked number one in men's singles, and has 10,880 points. Higher ranking equates to easier access to tournaments, without the need to qualify, as well as higher pay opportunities. The winner of today's final will win 500 ranking points. A win for Alcaraz today would see him break the 9,000 mark. If a player wins a Grand Slam event, like Wimbledon or Roland Garros, they pick up 2,000 points. Final details Alcaraz v Lehecka takes place at 2pm on Sunday, June 22, in London. Who is Jiri Lehecka? For the more casual tennis fan, you may not be familiar with Alcaraz's opponent today. Article continues below The Czech player is 23 years old and stands at 6ft 1in, turning professional five years ago. He shocked Alcaraz in the Qatar Open earlier this year in the quarter-finals, so is capable of toppling the Spanish prodigy.
