
THiS school students shine in SSLC results
The State board students from schools that are a part of The Hindu in School (THiS) programme achieved excellent results in the SSLC examination.
Amara Jyothi English High School, Devasandra, K.R. Puram, got 52 distinctions, with Dhruthi S. topping the batch with 98.8%.
Sharat Chandra S. and Ratish R., with 99.04% are the toppers of Mahila Seva Samaja High School, K.R. Road, which got 19 distinctions.
Indiranagar High School, Indiranagar, got 26 distinctions and Deepthi K.R. is the school topper with 96.96%. Jubliee School, Vijinapura, secured 16 distinctions and N. Nithya Shree secured 99.04% and became the top scorer.
Anwesha Pradhan with 98.88% is the topper of South East Asian High School, K.R. Puram. The school secured 23 distinctions. Holy Spirit School and PU College, Bannerghatta Road, secured 14 distinctions and Meghana P. is the topper with 95.68%.
Jnana Deepthi English High School, Girinagar, secured 25 distinctions and Sinchana Manja S. is the topper with 97.28%. In SSB International School, Indiranagar, nine students secured distinctions and Reena Shiny with 99%, topped the school.
St. John's School, Papareddypalya, secured five distinctions, and Dhanush A.S. scored the highest with 98.24%. A total of 18 students from Pragathi Vidyanikethana, Harohalli, Ramanagara, secured distinctions and Rachana G. secured 99.04% to become the topper.
Hitha Hemanth Kumar, with 98.72%, is the topper of Little Flower Public School, Hosakerehalli. Lewa English High School, situated on west of Chord Road, got six distinctions and Jayashree R. is the topper with 95%.
A total of 127 students from Cluny Convent High School, Jalahalli, secured distinctions. With 99.68%, Priya Naidu K. is the topper. SBIOA Public School, Basaveshwaranagar, secured 17 distinctions and its topper Keerthana. P. secured 98.08%.
With 98.08% marks, P. Gayathri topped St. Martin's High School, Magadi Road, which secured 18 distinctions. There are 11 distinction holders from Ganga International School, Nelagadaranahalli, Nagasandra Post. Lekhashree A., who scored 96.16%, is the topper.
V.I.P. High School from Adugodi secured 58 distinctions, and Dhanush K. is the top scorer with 99.52%. St. Claret High School, Jalahalli, got 100 distinctions and Aditi D. Kundapur scored 99.36% to become the topper of her class.
Manoj R.S. who secured 98.4% is the topper of Nava Deep English High School, Gayathri Layout, K.R. Puram, which got five distinctions.
ICSE and ISC students
The ICSE and ISC students from schools under the THiS programme also secured impressive results in this year's class 10 and class 12 examinations.
Pratham International School, Valepura, Kotur, secured 24 distinctions in class 10 and Sanjay Gowda is the topper with 96.2%.
From The Oxford English School, J.P. Nagar, Rayeesha Fathima A., is the topper in the Science stream in class 10 with 96.4%. The Commerce stream topper for class 10 is Deepika N. with 96%. From class 12, Mithlesh Kumar Gupta, who scored 76.25%, is the Science topper and Mohammed Taqi Ahmed, who scored 73.25%, is the Commerce stream topper.
V.L.S. International School, Sharada Colony, Basaveshwarnagar, secured 68 distinctions for class 10, and Akash S. with 97.4% is the topper of the class. Forty-eight class 10 students from Daffodils English School, Sanjaynagar, secured distinctions, and Aadhya Uday secured 98.4% and claimed the top spot.

Tailor's daughter secures 17 gold medals
Huvinahadagali (Vijayanagara): Sahana Patage, who received 17 gold medals from Bagalkot University of Horticultural Sciences on Tuesday, hails from Holalu village in Huvinahadagali taluk of the district. Sahana, daughter of tailor Manjunath Patage and Shobha, achieved this impressive milestone while studying for her degree in horticultural science at Bidar Horticultural College during the 2021-24 academic period. In addition to being awarded the 'Best Student of the University' during the convocation at Bagalkot University of Horticultural Sciences on Tuesday, she was also honoured with 17 gold medals from various trusts. The medals were presented to her by governor Thaawar Chand Gehlot. Currently, Sahana is pursuing her MSc at the agricultural university in Coimbatore. She completed her education in Kannada medium at Swami Vivekananda Govt High School in Holalu village. She has even got first place in the Ballari district during the 2017 SSLC examination. Reflecting on her achievement, Sahana said, "I was a topper in college. However, I never anticipated reaching such heights in my degree. I am thrilled to have received so many medals. Given the chance to study, children, particularly girls, can surpass their parents' expectations. I aim to contribute positively to the farming community." The villagers and educators of the district have congratulated Sahana on her exceptional achievement.

Last Updated: Karnataka SSLC 2 Result 2025: Once the results are released, students who appeared for the SSLC examination can check their scorecards at The Karnataka School Examinations and Assessments Board (KSEAB) is expected to announce the Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) class 10 results for 2025 soon. Once the results are released, students who appeared for the SSLC examination this year can check and download their scorecards by visiting the official website at or To pass the KSEAB SSLC exam, a candidate must score at least 35 per cent in each subject. Students who will score 90 per cent or more are deemed excellent and will be given Grade A+. Those who score between 80-90 per cent will be rewarded grade A. Similarly grade B+ will be given to those who score between 70-80 per cent. For 60-70 per cent, students will be given grade B, from 50-60 per cent, they will be given grade C+ and from 35 to 50 per cent, candidates will be given grade C. Grace marks are also provided to students who fall just short of the passing marks. Karnataka SSLC 2 Result 2025: How To Check? Step 1 — Visit the official website of KSEAB at or Step 2 — Go to the result section on the homepage. Step 3 — Click on the 'Karnataka SSLC Results 2025' link on the redirected page. A total of 8.96 lakh students appeared of which 62.34% students have passed. Girls once again outperformed boys in the Karnataka SSLC Results 2025 with an impressive 74 per cent pass rate. 390311 boys appeared for the Karnataka Board class 10th exams of which 226637 passed resulting in a pass rate of 58.07% A total of 400579 girls took the class 10th exams of which 296438 passed. Rank allocation of 15,000 candidates on hold due to absence of intermediate marks, says APEAPCET Convener
Andhra Pradesh Engineering, Agriculture & Pharmacy Common Entrance Test (AP EAPCET) 2025 Convener Prof. V.V. Subba Rao on Tuesday announced that ranks of 15,000 candidates have not been alloted due to non availability of their Intermediate marks. However, these candidates have qualified the APEAPCET. In an official release, Prof. Rao said, 'The ranks of those waiting for Intermediate supplementary results will be released once the results are out. The candidates of ICSE, CBSE and Diploma courses will have to wait for their ranks until the release of results'. These candidates will be allowed to register their marks on the AP EAPCET website from June 11. 'There is no need to be panic,' Prof. Rao advised parents of the candidates whose rank is on the hold.
