Eagleson was in the middle of trick-or-treating with her brother, Samuel, when she started contractions. "It was really hard for me to walk, so my husband grabbed me a wheelchair, and I wheeled into the emergency room in full costume," Katelyn said. Prince William, Kate Middleton's Move Forces Families Out of Homes
There's even more drama when it comes to Kate Middleton and Prince William's upcoming move to Forest Lodge. To catch everyone up, rumor has it that Kate and William are ditching their relatively new home, Adelaide Cottage, for what's essentially a giant mansion in Great Windsor Park. And on top of reports that King Charles is "fuming" at the couple's move thanks to how expensive it'll be, there's drama due to the move forcing multiple families out of their homes. According to the Daily Mail, two families who live in nearby cottages were asked to "vacate their properties." Their homes were originally stables for the lodge, and were rented out by the Crown Estate—meaning the royals are essentially evicting the families. As for their reaction, apparently everyone was "surprised" to hear the news, and have relocated to "similar or better" housing elsewhere in Great Windsor Park. Per a source, "They were told to move out. I guess they were given somewhere else, but they were told they had to move. They were not expecting it. Those houses are very close to the lodge, so they're not going to want any Tom, Dick or Harry living in those houses if there are going to be royals there." The Daily Mail notes that Forest Lodge has been a "hive of activity" lately, with builders, privacy screens, and "new shrubs being planted in its grounds." They also report that William and Kate are paying for the move themselves. As a reminder, the couple were initially reported to be moving to Fort Belvedere, but it's allegedly been leased to a Canadian billionaire who renewed their contract earlier this year, meaning Kate and William were fresh outta luck.

Why Prince William Won't Live in Buckingham Palace as King
Prince William and Kate Middleton are planning a move to Forest Lodge in Great Windsor Park, a slight pivot amid initial reports claiming they were moving to Fort Belvedere (which, turns out, is being leased by a Canadian billionaire's family). Apparently, the couple view Forest Lodge—which is currently being renovated—as their "forever home." Meaning, Prince William will live there even when he's crowned King, following in his dad's footsteps and ditching Buckingham Palace. According to a source in the Daily Mail, William's 'intention' is to remain in Forest Lodge even after he's crowned. As they put it, "This is for the long term and it's their intention to stay in Forest Lodge once he becomes king." Another insider added that "They want to continue to do the school run, even if they are king and queen," while yet another source noted that "It's a fresh start for them after three really tough years. They are looking forward to creating many happy memories in their new home and leaving some of the unhappier ones behind." As for when William and Kate are moving to Forest Lodge, apparently they're eying Christmas. Builders have already been seen around the property working with "privacy screens," and landscapers have planted new shrubs. So it's all happening! And by "it's all happening," we mean multiple families have had to vacate their homes to accommodate William and Kate's move—more on that saga below.
