All charges against Ultra Tune boss Sean Buckley dropped
Sean Buckley has faced a long-running legal battle and was first charged in 2020.
The boss of Ultra Tune faced one stalking charge after a second charge was dropped on Monday, and also faced charges including 'make threat to kill', 'common law assault' and 'maintain a listening device'.
He was accused of stalking his bikini model ex-girlfriend Jennifer Cruz Cole, however his defence was set to argue that she 'set up' her former partner and sought to extort him.
But on Thursday morning Magistrate Malcolm Thomas withdrew all charges.
'All charges are struck out,' he said.
His co-accused Wade D'Andrea faced one charge of stalking and one charge of maintaining a listening device.
Mr D'Andrea's stalking charge was also dropped, and he is expected to enter a plea for the remaining charge on Thursday 14 August.

A man has been arrested after a police firearm was discharged during a dramatic confrontation at Sydney Airport. Australian Federal Police have confirmed the man was arrested on Wednesday morning. 'An investigation into the incident has been launched and a crime scene has been established,' police said in a statement. 'An arrest has been made and the airport is operating normally.' It has been reported the incident sent part of the terminal into lockdown, according to 2GB's Ben Fordham. Video obtained by 2GB showed a man pinned to floor by at least two other men, with a AFP officer brandishing a rifle kneeling on the floor next to the group. The lockdown had reportedly since been lifted. Sydney Airport did not report any flight disruptions, with domestic arrivals and departures running to schedule.

An operation is underway at Sydney Airport after a firearm was discharged as federal police officers attempted to arrest a man inside a domestic terminal. A crime scene has been sectioned off in the T2 terminal. The ABC understands the man was being detained by officers in a struggle when the police gun was fired. In a statement, Sydney Airport said it was assisting the Australian Federal Police following the incident. "No injuries occurred as a result of the incident. Man charged with murder after couple found dead in southeast Melbourne home
A man has been charged with the double murder of a couple found dead at a home in Melbourne's southeast. Police located the 39-year-old woman and 50-year-old man at the property on Adrienne Crescent in Mount Waverley shortly before 10pm on Monday. The couple has been identified as Athena Georgopoulos, who was five months pregnant with a baby girl, and her partner Andrew Gunn, The Herald Sun reports. A 34-year-old man was arrested hours after the alleged murders at Westall train station, which is about a 10-minute drive from the Mount Waverley property. Police have described the man as having no fixed address. He was charged with two counts of murder is expected to appear before Melbourne Magistrates' Court on Wednesday. It has been reported Mr Gunn was decapitated in the alleged killing. Detective Inspector Dean Thomas told the media on Tuesday officers suspected the man charged with the pair's murder was known to them, and that one of them lived at the Mount Waverley property. 'It appears to be targeted and our suspect is known to the address,' he said. Inspector Thomas said officers received a call for a welfare check 'based on some yelling' from the property, and a second call minutes later. He said the man was located with two large dogs before his arrest. Images from the scene showed scrawled on a property, including betrayal', 'enough is enough' and 'karma'. 'Police are aware of graffiti on the property in Mount Waverley where the bodies of two people were located last night,' a police spokesman said. 'Homicide Squad detectives will work to determine if the graffiti is relevant to the murder investigation.'
