Jack D, who is a self-confessed serial dater, is looking to take himself off the market and find a man who he can share a nice pastry and a pint with.
When it comes to dating, as confident as he may be, Jack isn't keen on making the first move in fear of being rejected.
Jack D also thinks the queer scene in Glasgow is quite small and he's tired of the same group of guys circling all the apps.
Speaking on what viewers can expect from him, he said: "Expect the unexpected is all I can say. Things changed by the hour in the messy massy, so you'll be seeing a lot of drama. Expect a lot of important conversations as well.
"But mainly, expect to see a group of queer guys having a very gay old time and having a laugh."

Meanwhile, Jas is very family oriented and grew up with his mum, dad and sister in the city.
Talking about how much he loves his culture ahead of starring on the show, he said he appreciates that he can be an 'openly gay Scottish Punjabi man' with the support of his family and friends and looks upon it as his superpower.
After an academic lifestyle in Glasgow, Jas moved to London after university and hasn't looked back. He now wants to find a husband and dreams of getting married.
He said: 'I Kissed a Boy is so much more than just kisses and I'm glad to have shared my story on such an amazing platform.
"Representation is and always will be important."
The second episode of I Kissed A Boy airs at 9pm on Monday on BBC Three.
You can catch up with I Kissed A Boy season one and I Kissed A Girl on BBC iPlayer.

Emmerdale's Lewis Cope announced for Strictly after Kristian Nairn pulls out
On Thursday, Nairn announced he was stepping away from the 2025 show cast with a 'heavy heart' for medical reasons, according to the BBC. Announcing his participation on BBC One's The One Show later that day, Cope said the programme had got in contact on Monday asking if he wanted to join this year's series. The actor, who plays Nicky Milligan in the soap, said he was walking down Oxford Street on his way to meet a friend when he received the phone call. Asked how it felt to be joining the series late, Cope said: 'I think, if anything, it's probably helped me because I haven't really had time to think about it or anything so now the excitement has kind of just taken over.' 'I think it's probably better for me,' he added. Cope said he was looking to most impress judge Shirley Ballas out of the show's panel. The actor was nominated for the Rising Star Award at the 2023 National Television awards and has starred in Vera and Miss Sidhu Investigates. Kristian Nairn has withdrawn for medical reasons (BBC/PA) He made his stage debut at 11 years old, playing Michael in the West End hit Billy Elliot: The Musical. Nairn, 49, is best known for playing Hodor in the HBO fantasy series Game Of Thrones, and also starred as Wee John Feeney in comedy Our Flag Means Death. In a statement, Nairn said: 'I was truly looking forward to the journey, and I'm deeply sorry to disappoint anyone who was looking forward to seeing me on the dance floor. 'Thank-you all for your support, and I will be back on my feet very soon, in every sense. Love to all, Kristian.' Sarah James, executive producer at BBC Studios, said of the actor and DJ: 'We're incredibly sorry to lose him from this year's series and we all wish him a speedy recovery.' Cope joins former Lioness Karen Carney, Geordie Shore star Vicky Pattison and Love Island's Dani Dyer-Bowen who have already been announced for the new series. The Edinburgh TV Festival's head of awards Bianca Newby said: 'This year's awards celebrate the extraordinary imagination and innovation driving our industry forward. 'Each nominee and winner has shown remarkable resilience and originality in discovering new ways to tell impactful stories. Coronation Street Jack Webster's 'incredibly proud' news prompts co-star praise
Kyran Bowes was flooded with praise from his co-stars following some big news. Coronation Street star Kyran Bowes, who plays Jack Webster on the soap was praised by his co-stars after he shared some big news. The actor has grown up on the screen having joined the ITV show in 2016, taking over the role from twins Jaxon and Maddox Beswick. His on-screen birth was portrayed by twins Alex and Ellis Williamson. Fans of the soap will be aware that Jack is the teenage son of mechanic Kevin Webster and tragic Molly Dobbs, who died in the Weatherfield tram disaster. Jack has had an eventful young life on the cobbles, including a brush with death after battling sepsis which resulted in a life-saving surgery to have his leg amputated, reports Manchester Evening News. But away from his acting career, Kyran's latest social media update revealed his achievements off the screen. Taking to Instagram during A-Levels results day last week, the soap star shared: "The results are in…. "I am incredibly proud to say I received a Distinction Star, Distinction, Distinction in my Extended Diploma in Sports Coaching and Development Course. "I have always enjoyed sports in my spare time, playing in football matches, refereeing at weekends for children's matches, helping out at sports clubs in the school holidays as well as my filming and I have worked really hard for this so I'm super proud of myself. "Thank you to my tutors, friends and family who have supported me all the way." And his Corrie pals were quick to show their love and support. Toyah Battersby actress Georgia Taylor said: "Oh well done, love!!" Vicky Myers, who plays DS Lisa Swain, replied: "Fantastic news! Congratulations." Leanne Battersby star Jane Danson wrote: "Congratulations darling! Fab news!" Joe Duttine, who stars as Tim Metcalfe, commented: "Well done Kyran." Sam Blakeman actor Jude Riordan posted: "Congrats Kyran." Amy Barlow star Elle Mulvaney added: "Well done Kyran!" Kyran later took to X (formerly known as Twitter), to thanks those who sent messages. He said: "Thank you so much to everybody that has sent me messages the last few days about my exam results! It means alot." In other Corrie news, an ex member of the beloved cast is to appear on the upcoming series of I'm A Celebrity. Adam Hussain, who plays Aadi Alahan, has been a fixture on the cobbles since his debut in 2006, alongside his twin sister Asha (Tanisha Gorey). Originally portrayed by Zennon Ditchett, Adam took over the role in 2020 - and it's safe to say Aadi's been embroiled in some serious drama. Recently the character inadvertently spiked Lauren Bolton (Cait Fitton) at a party. Fans have been bracing for Aadi's exit since April, when actor Adam Hussain announced his departure from the ITV soap. But he'll be reappearing on our screens far from the cobbles this autumn, in the Australian I'm A Celeb jungle. Join the Daily Record WhatsApp community!
