Trump says he will meet with Putin 'very shortly'
WASHINGTON (AFP) US President Donald Trump said on Friday that he would meet "very shortly" with Russian President Vladimir Putin in a bid to end the war in Ukraine.
"I'll be meeting very shortly with President Putin. It would have been sooner, but I guess there are security arrangements that, unfortunately, people have to make," Trump said during a three-way summit with the leaders of Armenia and Azerbaijan.
