EXCLUSIVE Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez's wedding date CONFIRMED as new details emerge about lavish marriage events with luxury yacht heading towards holiday island
After a two-year-long engagement, Amazon tycoon Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez are due to get married in Venice, Italy.
And while a multitude of celebrations are taking place to mark the nuptials next week, a source in Italy has revealed to MailOnline that the couple will officially tie the knot on June 27.
They will say 'I do' on the island of San Giorgio, which is home to the famous Basilica of San Giorgio Maggiore, a 16th century Benedictine church.
Bezos' $500 million superyacht, Koru, will be docked on the island's harbour.
The island, which is owned by the Cini Foundation, will not be open to the public.
The ceremony is part of three events, all at different locations, which will take place to celebrate the newly weds.
It is believed that on June 26, there could be a gala at a private cloister along the iconic Lid potentially at Chiostro della Madonna dell'Orto.
And on June 28 there will be a lavish party at a palazzo or church, the source believes.
The insider confirmed that guests are expected to arrive in the country over the next few days and leave by June 29.
The guest list is thought to have less than 200 people, with suspected guests including A-listers like Kim Kardashian, Kris Jenner, Katy Perry, Orlando Bloom and even members of the Trump family.
In addition to the private tenders, around 60 of Venice's water taxis are reserved for the week, with some of the 400 gondolas on the island out of commission as well.
Some of the most expensive and high-end hotels in the Italian city include The Aman, where you can book a room for over $2,700 per night, and Hotel Cipriani, which goes for over $2,000 per night.
Local bakery Rosa Salva Venetia will be providing pastries for the extravagant weekend.
The delicious menu items at the bakery include tiramisu, flaky, cream-filled pastries, and fritelli, a traditional Italian fried treat.
However, Rosa Salva Venetia will not be providing the wedding cake for the loved-up couple.
Our source claimed that a celebrity wedding planner, who is not working this event, has heard that guests will receive 'opulent' gifts just for attending the nuptials.
The insider confirmed that guests are expected to arrive in the country over the next few days and leave by June 29
And it looks like all of this opulence is thanks to Sánchez herself, as her hubby-to-be revealed in a 2023 Vogue interview that he wouldn't dare get involved with wedding planning.
'Oh, God, no. Do I look that dumb?' Bezos told the outlet when he was asked if he had a big part in the preparations.
During the interview, the future Mrs. Bezos listed Christian Dior, Dolce & Gabbana, and Valentino as some of her favorite designers, but didn't share anything about which one will make her gown - or gowns, for that matter.
Separate sources recently told MailOnline that the festivities are expected to cost anywhere from $15 to $20 million.
Many things went into the estimate of the total cost, including transportation fees, her wedding dress and catering.
During the interview, Ms Sánchez also revealed that Bezos is a 'monster' in the gym, and that they do much of their training together.
Though, they can't do everything together, as she noted that he was on a 'whole different level' than she is.
And Sánchez and her man have been getting shredded together for their upcoming nuptials.
Separate sources recently told MailOnline that the festivities are expected to cost anywhere from $15 to $20 million
In the past, the Blue Origin astronaut, now 55, has taken to her Instagram page to share various videos of her workouts, which often include weight training and a lot of abdominal work.
Previously, she shared a video of her quick, twenty-minute workout with a trainer, which included Nordic hamstring curls, step-up knee drives, thrusters ad bench step-overs.
While there are varying reports as to when Bezos started a relationship with Ms Sánchez, it has been claimed that the two first met as far back as 2016.
It's claimed that the two were 'cordial' acquaintances until they met at another event in 2018.
Later that year, they started working together, when Jeff hired Black Ops Aviation, Sánchez's production company, to work for his aerospace company, Blue Origin, garnering content.
Reports say that Sánchez- a helicopter pilot, former Miss Junior America New Mexico, and reporter for Extra - and Jeff started their relationship that year.
At the time, Lauren was married to Patrick Whitesell, a top Hollywood talent agent, which meant that she was familiar to many in Tinseltown herself.
A magazine outed the couple for having an affair while both married.
Four years after Bezos' divorce was finalised, he got down on one knee to propose to his Emmy Award-winning journalist girlfriend - with Ms Sánchez saying yes.
The 2023 proposal took place aboard Jeff's $500 million superyacht and was sealed with an impressive sparkler.
Estimated by some to be between 15 and 20 carats, Lauren's diamond ring has been valued at between $3 and $5 million dollars.
Since going public in 2019, the couple have flaunted their love around the world, holidaying aboard Jeff's megayacht and enjoying a dinner date with former celebrity couple Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson.

MasterChef star Andy Allen shares baby news with wife Alex - and reveals a secret detail on his wedding band
MasterChef star Andy Allen has revealed plans to have children with his glamorous wife Alex. The Australian cook, 37, told The Daily Telegraph, his wife and family are the most important people in his life. 'My family and my wife [are very important]. I'm hoping one day I'll have a family of my own with Alex, which will be nice,' he said. Andy also revealed a secret detail on his wedding band while discussing one fact no one knows about him. 'People would never know I wear a clip-on wedding ring,' he revealed. From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the DailyMail's new showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. Andy and Alex tied the knot in October 2022. The lovebirds said their vows in front of all their celebrity friends as they got married in a glamorous tent outside the Terrara House. Some guests included Magdalena Roze and husband Darren Robertson, Melissa Leong and former Bachelor alum Cat Henesey-Smith. It comes after Andy recently opened up about his final meeting with Jock Zonfrillo, revealing that he saw the late celebrity chef just a couple of hours before he died. Jock, who was found dead aged 46 in a Melbourne hotel room in 2023, co-judged alongside Andy on hit cooking show MasterChef Australia from 2020 up until his death. In a sit-down interview with 7NEWS Spotlight last month, Andy got candid about the last time he saw his friend, revealing he met Jock for lunch the day before his body was discovered. 'I've got hairs standing up already,' he told Liz Hayes as he looked back on his and Jock's final meal together, a moment he reflects back on a lot. Andy went on to reveal that he had no idea that there was anything amiss during his last meeting with the celebrity chef. 'That's the thing that hurts the most,' he told Liz with tears in his eyes, 'because it was so sudden.' Elsewhere in the heartbreaking interview, Andy recounted the moment he was given the news of Jock's passing by his wife Lauren Zonfrillo. The chef admitted that the grief of losing his close friend hit him 'straight away', a feeling that made him instantly ill. 'As soon as I got off the phone, I ran straight to the bathroom and I vomited everywhere,' he said. Andy also shared how he still grieves his friend daily. 'I always think of him. And I miss him, I miss him so much. It's crazy that that never goes' he said. 'That being reminded of him wherever I go and no matter what I do, it is still as strong as the day that he passed two years ago.'

ALEXANDRA SHULMAN'S NOTEBOOK: Why I give short shrift to men in their shorts
When I edited the men's magazine GQ in the early 1990s, I commissioned a piece on the delightful sight of girls in their summer dresses. I don't know whether it'd be politically correct enough to run with today, but the idea was sparked by a man I knew who told me how much he looked forward to that moment when the dresses would suddenly appear on every street in all their wafting, colourful prettiness. These days, the hot weather instead brings out the shorts in many of us – and not with very flattering results. The Italian fashion brand Max Mara last week opened its show with a model wearing the briefest of shorts, inspired by Italian actress Silvana Mangano in a 1949 film. On Silvana, a slender beauty accessorised by immaculate hair and make-up, they looked glamorous. But that's not the way shorts are making their appearance at the local Sainsbury's. It's almost impossible to look chic in them. There are a few people – hands up, Alexa Chung – who appear gazelle-like, but shorts do few of us any favours. This summer there's a trend for women in culottes, which strike me as the worst of both worlds – like a pair of childish trousers pretending to be shorts. And as for men in shorts? I don't know when it became generally acceptable for men to wear them around the city, but it's a terrible look. Possibly, like so many things, the blame lies with that first Covid summer when we were confined to home with peerless blue skies. But we're not in lockdown now. And while shorts are fine on holiday, in the garden or on the sports field, there's something intrinsically slobby about bare-legged men. I think shorts on anyone of either sex over the age of 12 should be banned on public transport. Particularly on planes. As for vests… imprisonment. Even if you're Harry Styles. Usually I'd say it's OK to wear anything so long as you're comfortable. But there are exceptions to any rule. Incidentally, I happen to be wearing a pair of shorts right now. Food for thought in a futuristic world Communal tables have always struck me as a nightmare. So I've never understood the appeal in clubs, where who you dine with is pot luck. But there's a first time for everything. The other night I found myself at one of those long tables in an old-school London club. The man next to me was extremely companionable and spent much of his meal chatting to me. He was scornful about the lifespan of journalism in this AI world. Journalists, in his opinion, are already toast. When he asked what I'd be writing this week and discovered I hadn't yet decided, he suggested AI should write this Notebook. The following morning, I woke to find him demonstrating his point over WhatsApp, where he'd sent me an AI column under the title What Shall We Do With All This Time. In brief, the column suggested that since we are all going to live to 120, we should become university students studying Sanskrit in our 70s and ceramicists in our 90s. Serial monogamy – going from one committed relationship to another – would become the norm. Naturally, I didn't think the AI contribution captured my voice, but I had to admit it was reasonably interesting. Though not nearly as interesting as what my dinner companion did for a living (which I am not at liberty to divulge). All I'll say is that he was a thoroughly intriguing and teensy bit Machiavellian character, operating levers of power in worlds I would never usually come across. It's certainly changed my views on the possibilities offered by communal dining. And I doubt this piece will change his view on journalists. MI6's new C has stars in those eyes Pictures of Blaise Metreweli, the new and first female head of MI6, show her as a cool, gimlet-eyed beauty who's oven-ready to be played by Cate Blanchett on the big screen. Female spooks are endlessly fascinating, and I can't wait for the biopic. I'm such a busy bee in the morning sun In this wonderful weather, the early mornings are heavenly; the shimmering sunshine makes it so easy to get a good start on the day. I was feeling rather smug about this – watering the pots, dealing with some personal admin and making chicken stock before 7am – when my boyfriend wandered down. Bleary-eyed and critical of what he regarded as an unnecessary amount of early-morning activity, he was having none of my smugness. 'Did you not,' he asked (surely one of the most annoying phrases in the English language), 'read that article in the Daily Mail the other day saying that it was beneficial for your health to spend time doing nothing?' Will Enfield be the Bel-Air of our era? Southwark's not my favourite part of London. But the Romans felt differently about it. Look at the amazing mosaics and frescoes of a large villa unearthed by archaeologists. From their discoveries, experts have concluded that Southwark would have been an upmarket suburb in Roman times. They even compared it to Beverly Hills in Los Angeles. How might London's current suburbs be regarded in another 1,500 years, when the remnants of today's homes are dug up, I wonder. Will Hillingdon, or perhaps Enfield, be looked back on as the Bel-Air of the times? Wine does NOT belong in a can The list of unacceptable things in life grows longer every year – it's just a side effect of ageing. So my new pet hate is canned wine. OK, it has taken me a long time to accept that boxed wine is fine (a trip to stay with friends in France, who poured their wine from a box, changed my mind). But canned wine just tastes disgusting.

Inside Georgia Kousoulou and Tommy Mallet's lavish wedding in Majorca as couple say 'I do' with their 'dream' ceremony
Georgia Kousoulou and Tommy Mallet spared no expense for their 'dream' second wedding in sun-drenched Majorca, Spain, on Friday. The couple and their friends shared a first look at their picture-perfect day on Instagram, with Georgia dazzling in a breathtaking white gown and Tommy cutting a stylish figure in a tailored beige suit. They wrote: '20.06.2025. Our Dream wedding finally happened... 'Best day of our lives. Surrounded by so much love. Can not wait to get all of our pictures & videos back to show you how incredible it was.' With sun-soaked backdrops, designer touches and a guest list full of familiar faces, the celebration oozed glamour – and fans won't have to miss out, as the couple teased: '& you'll be able to watch it all.' To top it all off, the big day fell on Georgia's birthday, making the luxurious celebration all the more unforgettable. The couple were joined by their adorable children, Brody, four, and Gigi, just seven months, as they celebrated their big day surrounded by loved ones. TOWIE stars Chloe Ross, Sam Mucklow, and Danielle Armstrong were also among those on the star-studded guest list. Wedding guests including Shelby Tribble took to Instagram to share photographs from the special day as they gave an insight into the party. She shared photos of the extravagant outdoor dinner setup, revealing a sprawling U-shaped table draped in crisp white linens and adorned with an array of pink-hued flowers in varying shades. Adding to the luxury, several chandeliers hung overhead the table, creating a breathtaking canopy of glamour. She also posted a snap of their wedding 'newspaper', which featured a glamorous photo of the couple on the front page. Adding a playful touch, each guest received a 'But Did You Die?' recovery kit - the perfect remedy for any sore heads the morning after the lavish celebrations. The newlyweds certainly pulled out all the stops for the special day and also provided guests with small bottles reading: 'We've tied the knot so take a shot!' Shelby also shared a gorgeous snap of her posing alongside bride Georgia as well as photographs of her posing with her partner Sam Mucklow. She looked as glamorous as ever in a frilled blue dress while Sam looked suave in a sand suit as they soaked up the sun on the big day. Cara De La Hoyde also posted a sweet video of herself and her husband Nathan Massey cuddling up to one another as they celebrated their friends' union. For the day, Cara cut a glamorous figure in a show-stopping yellow sequin gown with a plunging back design, while Nathan looked suave in a grey suit. Taking to Instagram, she penned in a caption: 'The most beautiful day to celebrate the most beautiful couple. ThankYou & for letting us be part of it.' Georgia stressed that the wedding was very much the product of her own imagination and her husband had minimal involvement. She told OK!: 'I ask him for his opinions, but honestly, I don't want him to get involved. It's my thing. I want him to be shocked, like, 'Wow, this is amazing!''. The couple's first official wedding in December 2023 was a much more low-key affair and ended with a humble Chinese takeaway. Georgia told The Sun about the nuptials at the time: 'We came back to mine and had a Chinese. It was unreal. It is so me and Tommy. 'I literally got back, got my PJs on straight away and we had a Chinese. 'The best bit about it was that we hired tables. So we had a top table…And we all just stuffed our faces with Chinese … it was actually brilliant. So good.' Ahead of her second wedding, Georgia enjoyed a wild, fun-filled hen party in Ibiza at Wayne Lineker's O Club. The star poked fun at the end of her single days by having her and her girlfriends dress in black. The star was joined by longtime pals including Amber Dowding and Lydia Bright as they got into the partying spirit at the celebrity hotspot. The happy couple's romance first blossomed in 2014 when Tommy became a TOWIE cast member. Georgia and Tommy met a few months before filming TOWIE at the gym, with Tommy experiencing an instant attraction to his now wife. After going from strength to strength over the next six years, they revealed they were expecting their first child in December 2020. Tommy wrote at the time that his life felt 'complete' and they went on to welcome a son, Brody Fordham, in May 2021. Then, in 2022, Tommy finally popped the question in Mexico, preparing a lavish beach surprise with rose petals and candles. The couple, who famously enjoyed an early date at a pie and mash shop, announced that they were engaged in February of that year before making it official the following December. Their family then grew to four when they welcomed their second child, a baby girl, Gigi Fordham, in November 2024. Gigi's birth came after they bravely opened up about experiencing a miscarriage and undergoing IVF as they attempted to grow their family.
