Brad Pitt embraces Tom Cruise at F1: The Movie premiere
Hollywood stars Brad Pitt and Tom Cruise were seen embracing and posing for photographs at the European premiere of F1: The Movie.
Pitt was sporting a green suit while attending the premiere in London of the motoring film, which follows a Formula One driver, Sonny Hayes, who comes out of retirement to help mentor a younger driver.
On the carpet, the 61-year-old was seen embracing Mission: Impossible star Cruise and posing in front of a sports car.
The pair previously worked together on the 1994 horror Interview With A Vampire.
Pitt recently told E! News that Cruise was "so sweet" for showing support for the film, and when asked about working together again in a movie he said: "I am not going to hang my ass off airplanes like that.
"When he does something again that's on the ground."
Cruise is known for performing extreme stunts in the Mission: Impossible franchise, including scaling Dubai's Burj Khalifa skyscraper and riding a motorcycle off the edge of a cliff.
Pitt was also seen posing with his girlfriend Ines de Ramon, as well as his co-stars, including Irish actress Kerry Condon and Snowfall actor Damson Idris.
The cast posed next to Formula One Ferrari driver Lewis Hamilton, who was dressed in all black.
Pitt is known for films including Fight Club, 12 Years a Slave, and Moneyball, and has received six Oscar nominations, winning two, including Best Actor in a Supporting Role for Quentin Tarantino's Once Upon a Time… In Hollywood.
He is also known for Tarantino's Inglourious Basterds, in which he played Lieutenant Aldo Raine.
He was formerly married to actress Angelina Jolie who he shares six children with.
The pair split up after Jolie filed for divorce in September 2016, which led to an eight-year legal battle with a settlement reached in December.

Stitch review: Irene Kelleher shines in dark tale set on Cork's Shandon Street
Stitch, J Nolan's Stationery Shop, Shandon St, Cork Midsummer Festival ★★★★☆ Watching a play set at the spookiest time of the year, performed in a dark and gloomy old shop, on the day of the summer solstice, when the sun is splitting the stones outside creates a somewhat jarring disconnect. However, it is an unsettling feeling that is perfectly in tune with the themes of Stitch, a one-woman play performed by Irene Kelleher as part of Cork Midsummer Festival. The play makes good use of its site-specific location — a former shop on Shandon Street, here brilliantly transformed by set designer Jenny Whyte into Pins and Needles, a dilapidated seamstress's premises in a small Irish town. It is Halloween night, 1989, and the shop is about to be turned into an Xtravision but one tenant remains, a girl called Alice. This is no wonderland, however, and soon we discover the sad and horrifying story of Alice's past and the scars she bears, both visible and invisible. Stitch was performed at the a former stationery shop on Shandon Street, Cork. As well as the reminders of real-life tragedies and the repression and pious hypocrisy of Irish society, there are disturbing echoes of the folk horror of The Wicker Man as Alice talks of the crowning of the Samhain Festival Queen, and The Butcher Boy, when she dances around wearing a pig mask. It is truly heartrending to witness Alice, with her hair in girlish plaits, cuddling her beloved cat and crying for her mammy. When she fantasises about how all of the locals who colluded in her nightmarish existence will burn on the Samhain pyre, you feel like picking up a torch and joining her. Irene Kelleher in Stitch. Picture: Marcin Lewandowski Kelleher is also on writing duties for Stitch, and the ingenious use of rhyme effectively conveys the horrific adult experiences Alice has been exposed to as a child. Her performance too bursts with imagination — she conjures up entire characters from the rags and remnants that surround her — although the splenetic rage can sometimes tip over into melodrama. Overall, it is a feat of extraordinary commitment, made even more impressive by the fact that Kelleher performed Stitch in tandem with another one-woman show in the festival, Footnote. Her vision is realised with skill and verve by director Regina Crowley, while production, overseen by Michael Anthony Greene, is outstanding, with sound and lighting design by Cormac O'Connor and costumes and masks by Valentina Gambardella adding greatly to the overall atmosphere.

Shock and sadness as 'witty & charming' young Irish man dies suddenly in the US
Heartbreaking tributes have been paid to a 'charming, witty and caring' young Irish man who died suddenly in the United States earlier this month. Jamie Darcy, originally from Dundalk in Co Louth, passed away unexpectedly at his home in Emporia, Kansas on Monday, June 16, according to a death notice shared on "Jamie will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by his loving parents, Jim and Briege, and by his cherished family: Conor and Anne, Liam and Paula, and Kate and Matthew," the notices states. "He was a beloved uncle to Kyle, Shay, Ava, Sarah, and Rebecca, and a dear nephew to Denis, David, and Frances. "Jamie's memory will be treasured by his cousins, Aaron and Meghan, as well as by his extended family, neighbours, and many friends in both Emporia, Kansas, and his hometown of Dundalk and by all who had the good fortune to know him." Jamie's death has sent shockwaves through the close knit community of Dundalk, with friends and neighbours sharing emotional tributes online to the popular man. Jamie was a part of the Dundalk Youth Theatre when he was growing up in Louth, with former members of the company remembering how he "brightened every room he entered and his creativity, joy and humour inspired so many". A close pal said: "Deepest condolences to all the Darcy family, thinking of you all at this very sad time. I have wonderful memories of Jamie from our teenage years, we were very good friends through Dundalk Youth Theatre and he was a regular in my house for many years. He was always funny, always charming, witty, caring and a great friend. So shocked and saddened to hear of his passing." Another person added: "Sincere condolences to Briege, Jim, Kate, Conor, Liam, Denis, David, Frances, Aaron and Megan on the very sad passing of Jamie. Jamie brightened every room he entered and his creativity, joy and humour inspired so many. It was a pleasure to call him a friend throughout our years in the Marist and DYTC. May Jamie's bright spirit leave all who knew him with many happy memories. I am thinking of you all at this sad time. May he rest in peace. A third person said: "I had the pleasure of working with Jamie when we both took part in Youth Theatre. Jamie was a great friend at that time, I am so sorry to hear of his passing. Sleep well friend. My thoughts are with your family and loved ones at this time." Jamie was a former pupil at Scoil Mhuire na nGael primary school in Bay Estate, with a former classmate remembering how he brought humour and joy to the classroom. "Deeply sorry for your loss. I was at school with Jamie since junior infants in Bay Estate and then into the Marist," they said. "Always there to crack a joke when needed and his impressions of Robin Williams were something I still remember to this day. We would always stop to have the chat together, no matter where we randomly seen each other. Truly one of the most gentlemanly men I have ever known. I hope your family finds comfort in time. Enjoy your rest Jamie." Jamie's family have confirmed that a funeral service for the young man will take place in Dundalk, with further details to be confirmed in due course.
