Beyoncé and Jay-Z just took out a massive mortgage on their $88M Los Angeles mansion
Beyoncé and Jay-Z took out a $57.75 million mortgage on their Bel Air mansion in Los Angeles, the Daily Mail reported.
The superstar pair boasts a combined estimated net worth of $3 billion and an impressive real estate portfolio on both coasts, but their massive home in the Bel Air hills remains a family base.

The new 30-year loan from Morgan Stanley's Private Banking Division was taken out in April, according to the Daily Mail. It comes with a 5% interest rate for the first 10 years.
Refinancing isn't foreign to this power couple. The pair borrowed $52.8 million to buy the $88 million home in 2017. Jay-Z and Bey refinanced for the same amount in 2021, the outlet reported.

The sprawling eight-bedroom mansion is made up of six interconnected structures on 2 acres of land. The retreat-like home comes with four outdoor pools, a spa and a wellness center. The famous family can further relax thanks to bulletproof windows.

The duo's total borrowing on the property now totals more than $110 million.

Living large comes with a large price tag. The Bel Air home racks up an annual property tax bill of more than $1.2 million. Combined with monthly mortgage payments, the pair's estimated monthly spending on the dwelling totals more than $637,000 a month. That monthly till — more than $200,000 the median American home price — doesn't even factor in utilities, maintenance or staff pay.
Mortgages don't always mean money trouble, however. The musical duo's continued success — Beyoncé recently surpassed $400 million on her 32-date Cowboy Carter tour — is certainly not in question. The bold real-estate move may simply give the couple extra cash for other investments that will help offset high interest rates.

When it comes to real estate, Beyoncé and Jay-Z are nothing if not bold. The parents of three famously shelled out $200 million in cash on a mammoth Malibu home in 2023. The deal broke California's state record for the most expensive home.
The controversial concrete property was designed by Tadao Ando, the same Pritzker Prize-winning architect that designed Kanye West's former beachfront Malibu home.
Beyond California, Beyoncé and Jay-Z count a $6.85 million Tribeca penthouse and a $26 million East Hampton estate among their multiple holdings.

'Going into season two, you know, Seth had just finished filming 'The Studio,'' he exclusively told The Post. 'So we were very curious what 'The Studio' was going to turn into. And now, of course, we know what 'The Studio' turned into.' Macfarlane, 45, added, 'It is this incredible, brilliant, beautiful show. That he was, by the way, working on while he was filming Season 1 of 'Platonic.' Trump tells European leaders he'll continue Russia talks through in-person meetings with Putin
The New York Times previously reported on the plan for the meeting, which the Times said will occur as soon as next week. The German official did not provide any details on the timing of the planned meetings. The White House has not confirmed such a proposal was outlined with the European leaders. Earlier Wednesday, White House spokesperson Karoline Leavitt said Trump remained open to the prospect of meeting with Putin, but declined to say whether such a proposal was outlined in the phone call. Putin met with Trump's special envoy Steve Witkoff in Moscow earlier Wednesday and Trump described that three-hour meeting at the Kremlin as 'highly productive.' It's unclear what the planned meeting with Putin means for Trump's Friday deadline for imposing sanctions against countries who purchase Russian energy – which he has said he will do to punish Moscow if it doesn't make more progress towards a peaceful end to the war in Ukraine. The White House did not immediately respond to a request for comment on the European leaders' call. Trump pledged to end the war in Ukraine 'on day one' of his second presidency. But Russia has stymied peace talks, infuriating both Ukrainian and American negotiators by continuing to conduct airstrikes on civilian targets in Ukraine. Trump threatened in July to impose hefty new sanctions and secondary measures to punish the Russian economy, targeting oil sales that have allowed it to stay economically afloat despite becoming a global economic pariah since the invasion.

Former wrestling commentator and current ESPN host Pat McAfee called out some of the mid-level 'suits' as bums after the announcement on Wednesday that WWE and the network are teaming up on a deal to broadcast the promotion's premium live events.
