Brad Pitt Makes Bold Legal Move Against Ex-Wife Angelina Jolie As Battle Over French Winery Rages On
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's feud over their French winery, Château Miraval, is far from over. Despite the former couple recently finalizing their divorce, they remain embroiled in a heated legal battle over the winery, in which Jolie sold her stake back in 2021, allegedly without Pitt's consent. Brad Pitt is now seeking to depose his "Mr. & Mrs. Smith" co-star's company, Nouvel LLC, through which the sale of her stake was made. Reports have emerged revealing that Brad Pitt wants to depose Angelina Jolie's company, Nouvel LLC, in their long-running feud over the French winery they once co-owned. The former couple purchased the estate in 2011 for around $60 million and continued to co-own it even after their split in 2016. However, in 2021, Jolie sold her stake in the winery to the Stoli Group, prompting Pitt to file a lawsuit in which he claimed the sale was made without his approval, as required by their agreement. Now, according to The U.S. Sun, Pitt has asked a court to compel Nouvel LLC to sit for a deposition regarding their initial investment in the winery. He is also demanding the same from another party, Tenute del Mondo, a subsidiary of the Stoli Group to whom Jolie sold her stake. Additionally, the actor wants information on their "subsequent financial contributions to the home and winery at the heart of this dispute." Elsewhere in the filing for the deposition, Pitt also accused his ex-wife of selling her stake in the winery in an underhanded manner to the group that ultimately purchased it, despite being in negotiations with him over the same stake. "On March 30, 2021, a lawyer for Stoli Group contacted Jolie's California-based divorce lawyer to inquire whether she would be interested in selling her stake in Miraval, Brad alleged in one recent filing," the filing revealed. "Throughout May 2021, while Jolie was still purporting to negotiate with Pitt and Mark Perrin [Brad's partner in Miraval], Stoli and Jolie continued to negotiate in secret." During the course of these behind-the-scenes negotiations, Jolie's "transactional counsel" allegedly provided "detailed feedback" to Stoli and its negotiators. This information, seemingly taken from discussions with Pitt, included "what it would take for Stoli to beat Pitt's offer." According to the filing, Jolie and Stoli Group eventually agreed on a price of around $65 million, which was kept secret from Pitt, thereby denying him the opportunity to match or exceed the offer. In December 2024, Pitt and Jolie settled their divorce, a legal battle that had lasted more than eight years. Shortly after, Jolie released a statement via her lawyer, James Simon, in which she expressed relief over finalizing her split. "More than eight years ago, Angelina filed for divorce from Mr. Pitt. She and the children left all of the properties they had shared with Mr. Pitt, and since that time, she has focused on finding peace and healing for their family. This is just one part of a long ongoing process that started eight years ago. Frankly, Angelina is exhausted, but she is relieved this one part is over," the attorney said in a statement, per CNN. For now, the financial details of the split remain unclear, as they were not disclosed. Additionally, information about the former couple's custody arrangement for their two minor children has not been released, though it is believed that Jolie has primary custody most of the time. Unlike Jolie's expression of relief, Pitt said that finalizing his divorce wasn't a big deal to him, just something that was bound to happen eventually. "No, I don't think it was that major of a thing," the father of six told GQ Magazine. "Just something coming to fruition. Legally." Weeks later, he opened up about making mistakes in his life during an interview at the premiere of his adrenaline-fueled car action film, "F1." "No matter the mistake, you know, you just learn from [it] and move on," the actor told Entertainment Tonight. "It'll lead to the next success." While Pitt gave no details about whether he was partly referring to his failed marriage while talking about his past mistakes, the actor hinted that family was also part of what has helped him navigate these moments. "At my age, I see how important it is to surround yourself with the people you know, the people you love, the people that love you back," the 61-year-old shared further. He added, "Friends, family, and that's it. From there, we get to go make things. It's a pretty simple, I think, equation."

It featured a floor-length cape and a metallic look, which she paired with a Grecian style updo. Even Danial Craig, who played Bond in the film, was reportedly impressed, telling the princess, "You look jolly lovely," according to U.K. broadsheet The Times. I Had an Intimate Encounter With a Stranger in a French Alleyway
'Take a picture of me,' I said, my knees nearly touching the dusty ground of the alleyway. It was June, a hot and humid summer in the South of France, and I, a writer visiting town for a conference, was kneeling in front of a French man I had met less than six hours earlier. 'C'mon, take a picture of me,' I smiled. He seemed surprised that I'd ask for this while unbuttoning his pants on a dimly lit street, but I wasn't. This level of courage with men wasn't foreign to me, even in a foreign place. I have long loved the thrill of seeing a man's expression change when he realizes that I am the one in control, even if it seems like I'm handing the power over to him. There I was, balancing on the balls of my feet with my skirt hiked up my legs, looking longingly up at him as I felt his body give way to me. He hesitated a little. 'Are you sure?' he asked. 'Yes, I'm sure,' I said with a longing stare. He paused, but not so long that I became impatient. I started like this: teasing him with my fingers, his grey boxers between my skin and his, feeling his hardness push against them. Pulling them down slowly and then all at once, I could hear his breathing change as my lips came in contact with his thighs. He smelled like aftershave, the five cigarettes he'd smoked on the beach, and the subtle scent that summer leaves on your skin. Just a few hours ago when we met at a conference, I noticed his long hair and furrowed brow and thought about what his cock might look like. Now he pressed it hard against me in this orange-colored alley, his breath and accent different from mine as he said, 'God, you make me want you.' He smiled and took out his phone while I was still on my knees, now putting him in my mouth. His dick was pretty like I imagined it would be. I don't usually imagine cocks to be pretty. In fact, I usually find that when it comes to men, I'm hardly ever sexually attracted at all. But something flowed through me with him like an electric current. When I first saw him, I was caught off guard by the way he looked at me and the way he spoke about the things he found important in the world. The way we walked through the city together made me imagine being wet for him—and when I watched his fingers gracefully rolling a spliff on the pebble beach, I found out what it would feel like. He kissed my cheek, then the side of my nose, before he kissed my lips. I found it endearing and sweet. 'I want to make love,' he said. I loved the balance of his softness and the force of my desire. Finally, his phone flash went off. Once, twice and then a third time. I felt his body tense as I put him entirely in my mouth, deep in the back of my throat. I noticed the way he felt, different from other guys I'd been with. His was the first uncircumcised cock I'd ever seen in real life. I swirled my tongue around the tip and noticed how easy it was to make him feel good. He quietly moaned and I liked hearing him make noise for me. His voice was deep and guttural, primal even. I've always wished men were more likely to be vocal in the bedroom. It was nice to hear it escape him—I've always loved the feeling of making someone echo their pleasure back to me. My mouth was still full and I felt myself throb. I wanted to take him back to my hotel room overlooking the ocean and slide him inside of me. I wanted to see his expression change and feel his body tense. I wanted to move him, to fuck him, to take the pleasure I deserved. But this was enough for now. 'It's not the most beautiful lighting,' he whispered after taking a few photos. 'I don't care,' I said, smiling. I didn't ask to see the pictures right then. I just felt satisfied that he took them, that he listened to me and gave me what I wanted. I like getting what I want—I always have. I pulled up his boxers and gave him a look to let him know I was satisfied for now before zipping his shorts up. And then, putting his arm around my waist, he walked me back to my hotel in the thick, hot air of the night. 'I'd love to see you tomorrow,' he said. I hugged him and said goodnight, thinking about inviting him up but deciding against it. When I crawled into bed that night, my phone buzzed. It was a text from the French man. I opened it up and there it was: the picture I had asked for—my mouth opened, gazing up as the flash went off, his cock touching my pink tongue. The dirty pavement is below me and I look satisfied and powerful. It isn't just a picture, but a visual representation of my sexual metamorphosis. Once, I would have never let myself be so brave as to ask for what I wanted. And now? The picture—one I'll look back on through the years—is a reminder that I am a woman, one who knows herself. And what could be sexier than that?
