'We built this because we saw what happened when people committed to 40 days of focused change,' said Greg Clement, CEO of Freedomology.

Participants choose from three flagship sprints — H40, F40 and R40 — each designed to deliver a transformational experience through short daily videos, habit-building action steps and group-based accountability.
But here's the breakthrough: Anyone can now start their own private sprint, pick a date, invite a group, and create real change in just minutes — completely free.
'We built this because we saw what happened when people committed to 40 days of focused change,' said Greg Clement, CEO of Freedomology. 'Our first Sprint had 23 people. The next had 1,100, then over 5,000. That's when we realized this model works. Now, we're giving it away to reach even more lives.'
Freedomology's flagship sprints include:
H40 (Health): A six-week health sprint that helps participants lose weight, gain strength, build mental clarity, and optimize their environments.
F40 (Financial): A six-week sprint that teaches people to design their ideal lifestyle, invest like a pro, and create IPAs — income-producing assets like businesses, real estate and intellectual property.
R40 (Relational): A six-week relational sprint that helps people dramatically increase happiness by improving every relationship that matters — starting with themselves and ending with a deeper connection to others and to God.
Each sprint is built around a proven 40-day framework, with five- to ten-minute daily video lessons and tools that combine science, personal development and coaching.
For individuals or groups—from five to 5,000
Anyone can now run their own Sprint with a group — whether it's a few close friends, their entire family, a business team, church community or social following. The platform creates a private space instantly, where everyone receives the daily content and stays connected through shared accountability and encouragement.
Completing a sprint = giving one away
Through a partnership with Remarkable Youth, every adult who completes a Freedomology Sprint unlocks a matching scholarship for a teen or young adult (up to age 25) to participate in their own guided sprint — for free.
'This is about starting ripples that reach across generations,' said Clement. 'If someone becomes more energized, more financially free, or more relationally fulfilled, it changes not just their life — but the lives of everyone around them.'

Clutch Report: No-Code Tools Fuel Website Growth, Yet 17% of Small Businesses are Still Offline
WASHINGTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--A new Clutch survey shows 83% of small businesses now have a website, up from 64% in 2018, highlighting how accessible tech is reshaping online competition. No-code builders and affordable tools make it easier than ever for entrepreneurs to launch professional sites without design or coding skills. 'Small businesses no longer require a large budget or in-house developer to build a professional website,' said Jeanette Godreau, who oversees content related to web design at Clutch. 'No-code platforms and AI have made high-quality web design more accessible than ever.' Website Growth Accelerates with Accessible Tools Website adoption is accelerating: 12% of small businesses launched a site in the past year alone, driven by easy-to-use, low-cost platforms. DIY builders like Wix and Squarespace power 41% of these sites, while 34% use WordPress or Shopify. Just 12% are custom-built. Development is split across in-house teams (37%), owners (8%), and outsourced partners (45%). AI-driven features, such as automated layouts, content suggestions, and personalization, are now common in many platforms, helping businesses launch faster with minimal friction. Why 17% of Small Businesses Still Don't Have a Website While 83% of small businesses have websites, 17% remain offline often due to misconceptions rather than cost. Over a third believe a website isn't relevant and rely on social media or marketplaces instead, missing out on SEO, brand control, and 24/7 lead generation. Notably, 28% of those without a site have no online presence at all, making it harder to compete in today's digital market. A website is no longer optional for survival, it's essential. The full survey is available on Clutch. About Clutch Clutch empowers better business decisions as the leading global marketplace of B2B service providers.
