As per the Embassy of India in Colombia, upon arrival, the delegation was received by Ambassador Vanlalhuma.
The Embassy noted in a post on X, 'Ambassador H.E. Mr. Vanlalhuma warmly welcomes the all-party Parliamentary Delegation to Colombia, marking the start of a meaningful engagement to convey India's resolute stance against terrorism.'

Earlier while in Panama, Tharoor on Thursday said that terrorism should not be a resort to address international disputes.
While addressing the Panamanian side led by Panamanian Foreign Minister Javier Martinez Acha, Tharoor, referring to the April 22 Pahalgam terror attack, said that India will go after the perpetrators of terrorism.
'Terrorism should not be a resort of attempting to addressing international disputes. If there are problems, there are other ways of dealing with them; sending terrorists across the border is simply unacceptable, and that should be made clear. We should go after the perpetrators, the killers ourselves, and we will do so,' he said.
Tharoor said that the countries which provide a safe haven to terrorists should also be held accountable.
Earlier on Wednesday, the Tharoor-led delegation met with the President of the Republic of Panama, Jose Raul Mulino, at the Presidential house.
During their visit in Panama, Tharoor expressed gratitude to the diplomatic corps and Panamian personalities for extending their support in India's fight against terrorism.
He wrote on X, 'Our trip ended with a spectacular reception hosted by Ambassador @doctorsumitseth for the diplomatic corps and influential Panamanian personalities. The Foreign Minister spoke, as did his Vice-Minister, Carlos Hoyos (second pic) in strong sympathy for India, expressing support for our fight against terrorism and for enhancing the close cooperation between our two countries.'

The delegation led by Tharoor includes Shambhavi Chaudhary (Lok Janshakti Party), Sarfaraz Ahmed (Jharkhand Mukti Morcha), G M Harish Balayagi (Telugu Desam Party), Shashank Mani Tripathi, Tejaswi Surya, Bhubaneswar Kalita--all from BJP; Mallikarjun Devda (Shiv Sena), former Indian Ambassador to the US, Taranjit Singh Sandhu, and Shiv Sena MP Milind Deora.
The all-party delegation, consisting of seven groups led by one MP each, has been initiated to counter Pakistan's misinformation and highlight India's zero-tolerance policy on terrorism. (ANI)

HYDERABAD TPCC official spokesperson Chanagani Dayakar has dismissed Union Minister Bandi Sanjay Kumar's claims that Congress is behind the controversy related to BRS MLC K. 'It's unfortunate that Minister of State for Home Affairs Bandi Sanjay is not even aware that the phone tapping case is being investigated,' Dayakar added. He defended Indira Gandhi, saying that Bandi Sanjay doesn't have the stature to comment on the former Prime Minister. Questioning the BJP government's intentions, he asked why Prime Minister Modi didn't call an all-party meeting after Operation Sindoor ended, despite having called one before it. He also accused BJP leaders of being protective shields for the BRS party. Dayakar claimed that the BJP will not come to power in Telangana as the people are disgusted with the BJP led by central government's rule for 11 years.

Dhami expressed his enthusiasm about the state's readiness to welcome pilgrims, noting that the journey to Adi Kailash has already commenced, and the Kailash Mansarovar Yatra is set to begin soon. "The preparations for Kailash Mansarovar Yatra are being finalised. All the preparations are done. The journey to Adi Kailash has begun. The Kailash Mansarovar Yatra will also begin. It is an auspicious occasion for us that, after so many years, this has again started. All the preparations have been done in the state, and we welcome everyone," the Uttarakhand CM stated. His announcement aligns with a recent release on the resumption of the Kailash Mansarovar Yatra from June 30, 2025, after being suspended for three years due to the COVID-19 pandemic. ‘J&K should be a bridge of friendship between India and Pakistan': Mehbooba Mufti
People's Democratic Party (PDP) president Mehbooba Mufti on Saturday said that Jammu and Kashmir should be a bridge of friendship between India and Pakistan and not a theatre of war. Addressing party workers in Srinagar, Mufti said Jammu and Kashmir has always borne the brunt of war and violence, according to PTI news agency. 'The PDP will continue to raise its voice for peace and channel the sentiments of people. We must end the spectre of war so that people can plan their lives and revive the economy,' Mufit was quoted as saying by PTI. 'Jammu and Kashmir should be a bridge of understanding, friendship and cooperation, not a theatre of war.' She also reacted to calls for intensified military action against Pakistan from Kashmiri leaders, saying that such statements reflect a dangerous mindset. After four days of fighting, military hostilities were stopped on May 10 as the two nations reached an understanding.
