Lidl's new Olaplex dupes are £50 cheaper & ‘transform hair in 4 washes' as shoppers say dry locks are now ‘soft & shiny'
DRY strands, split ends, flyaways, frizziness and unrelenting tangling - they're all signs of damaged hair.
And while some people spend hundreds - sometimes even thousands - on restoring their tresses, one woman has claimed that Lidl's latest haircare dupes will 'transform' brittle strands in just four washes.

Samantha Roobottom, a content creator, revealed in an Instagram reel that the budget supermarket's Olaplex dupes are worth their weight in gold.
She picked up the Bond Repair No 1 shampoo and No 2 conditioner, which cost just £3.29 each.
And once she'd taken them for a shower spin, Samantha deduced that they worked better than Olaplex's £28 original versions.
'I randomly picked this shampoo and conditioner up from Lidl and thought that it looked similar to the Olaplex ones,' she penned in the caption.

'Having been so happy with my dupe soaps and diffusers from there, I decided to give it a go - and oh my goodness.
'My dry hair has completely transformed in just four washes.
'I can't get over how soft, manageable and shiny it is!
'I don't want to gatekeep this - I want to scream it from the rooftops.'

Samantha added that she 'can't believe the condition' of her hair.
Both of the Lidl dupes cost £6.58 to buy together, while the Olaplex originals cost £56 to buy as a pair, meaning a saving of £49.42.
Olaplex was originally a professional-only product used in salons during colour treatments - namely for those with bleach damage - which made it feel very exclusive.
Over time, the brand expanded into retail, offering its products for at-home use.
But with most products from the luxury brand's Bond Treatment System costing over £20, it wasn't long before
Other brands with Bond dupes are Aldi and Primark.
