Snoop Dogg says he hopes to open burger van at Celtic Park
The West Coast rapper has previously spoken of investing in the Glasgow football club, similar to Hollywood star Ryan Reynolds's involvement with Wrexham FC.
Snoop Dogg has already published a cookbook and claims to have spoken to chef Gordon Ramsay about a possible venture in Glasgow together – but he has now revealed he wants to set up a fast-food van at Celtic's stadium in the city's east end.
He has described Celtic supporters as 'special' and the best fans in European football, and said he identifies strongly with the club's mascot Hoopy the Hound – describing it in a previous interview as a 'match made in heaven'.
The keen sports fan worked as a correspondent for NBC at the Paris Olympics last year, has launched two youth football leagues, and has been a vocal advocate for pay equality for female athletes.

He told the Sunday Mail that Celtic fans would support the burger van and that it would become a foodie 'Paradise' – the nickname give to Celtic Park.
He said: 'I would love to bring a pop-up burger (van) to a sports stadium to show fans that food at stadiums can be good.
'It's got to be Celtic Park, man. The secret to a good burger is the love in the preparation. The ground beef has got to be mixed with some secret spices, then add a good quality cheese and some maple-cured bacon.
'The Celtic fans are gonna love it, and to make sure they are just right, Snoop is going to be serving them himself.'
But he said he would not be taking his culinary ventures to Celtic's Old Firm rivals at Ibrox.
Snoop told the Sunday Mail: 'Am I going to bring my burgers to Rangers as well? Nah, I think we will give that a miss.'

Benjamin Sesko to Arsenal transfer takes new twist with Chelsea ready to strike
Chelsea have already signed Liam Delap this summer, but the Blues are still pursuing a deal for another striker and that could lead them to gazump Arsenal for Benjamin Sesko Chelsea could rival Arsenal for the signature of Benjamin Sesko this summer, with the Gunners still yet to make up their minds. Sesko is on Arsenal 's shortlist as they look to sign a world-class striker in the summer transfer window, but so is Viktor Gyokeres – and that indecision could cost them. Mikel Arteta 's side know they need to splash the cash to sign a centre-forward this summer, having finished second in the Premier League for three straight seasons and come up short in the semi-finals of the Champions League. They have been monitoring Sesko for some time and came close to signing him last summer – yet their failure to move quickly could come back to bite them. Chelsea have already signed a striker this summer, having beaten Manchester United to the £30million signing of Liam Delap from Ipswich. Yet the Blues might not be done there, with another striker a real possibility. Enzo Maresca's side are currently locked in negotiations with Borussia Dortmund over the signing of winger Jamie Gittens. They have seen an initial offer of €35m (£29.5m) rejected by Dortmund, but are expected to return with an improved bid in the coming days. However, Sky Sports says they are also pondering whether to push for another striker, with Hugo Ekitike and Sesko on their shortlist. As Mirror Football have reported, Chelsea have reached an advanced stage of talks with Eintracht Frankfurt star Ekitike, who could cost £84m (€100m). But Sesko would represent a cheaper alternative, with Mirror Football understanding that the RB Leipzig striker is available for £60m this summer. Arsenal have held discussions with Leipzig and the Slovenian striker's representatives, yet nothing has been agreed. Arsenal already face competition from United for Gyokeres, who previously played under Ruben Amorim at Sporting, and now face fresh competition from Chelsea for Sesko. It is a tricky situation for the Gunners, who desperately need new firepower up front after injuries to Kai Havertz and Gabriel Jesus showed their limitations in the position. HAVE YOUR SAY! Which striker should Arsenal go for: Benjamin Sesko or Viktor Gyokeres? Comment below. Sesko pulled out of Slovenia's clash against Luxembourg on Friday to intensify speculation that he is about to seal a transfer away from Germany. Arsenal asked Leipzig about the possibility of signing Sesko in January, only to be told they would not sell mid-season. The 22-year-old striker scored 21 goals and notched six assists in all competitions for Leipzig last season. But Leipzig finished seventh in the Bundesliga to miss out on European football for 2025/26 and the time has come for them to cash in on their star player. Arsenal sporting director Andrea Berta is the man tasked with overseeing their transfer plans this summer. As well as a striker, that includes the £5m signing of Kepa Arrizabalaga from Chelsea to provide back-up to David Raya, and the £51m signing of Real Sociedad midfielder Martin Zubimendi.

PSG star 'tempted' by Man Utd transfer as Ruben Amorim considers major change
Manchester United no longer has the pull it once had but a PSG star is nonetheless willing to leave the Champions League winners to join the Premier League strugglers. United endured a miserable 2025-26 campaign under Erik ten Hag and his successor Ruben Amorim, finishing just 15th in the Premier League table, some 24 points outside the Champions League places. The Red Devils fared better in Europe but losing to Tottenham in the Europa League final means Manchester United will not be involved in any European competition next season. Paris Saint-Germain, in contrast, enjoyed a stunning 12 months, winning their first ever Champions League trophy and a domestic double under Luis Enrique. One of the key members of Enrique's squad, despite the abundance of attacking talent in Paris, was Italian goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma. Sign up to our newsletter and then select your team in the link so we can send you football news tailored to you. The 26-year-old European Championship winner produced a string of superb saves in PSG's Champions League knockout wins over Liverpool, Aston Villa and Arsenal. Given Donnarumma's influence in the French capital, it is a surprise that he has entered the final 12 months of his contract with PSG and yet to put pen to paper on a new deal. L'Equipe say contract talks began 'several months ago' but a positive outcome is still yet to be reached, with Donnarumma's camp said to be disappointed by the terms offered in earlier offers. The French outlet say a number of clubs are monitoring Donnarumma's situation, with Manchester United and Manchester City showing interest in bringing the shot-stopper to the Premier League. It is claimed Donnarumma is 'tempted' by switches to both clubs and has even discussed a move to the Premier League with some of his international teammates. United's interest in Donnarumma suggests Amorim is considering replacing current Old Trafford No. 1 Andre Onana, who endured an inconsistent season in Manchester. Onana featured in a Champions League final shortly before his £47m move from Inter Milan but has largely struggled at Manchester United. Man City, meanwhile, are looking for a long-term replacement for Ederson, who has spent almost a decade at the Etihad Stadium, lifting six league title. The 31-year-old Brazilian has been one of the best goalkeepers in the worldsince joining Manchester City but appears to be on the decline approaching his 32nd birthday. Asked about his future at PSG after lifting the Champions League trophy, Donnarumma said: 'I don't know yet what's going to happen. 'I haven't decided anything. For the moment, I want to focus on the matches with the national team, and nothing else. 'I will discuss the situation at the club in the coming days with the management and my staff. For now, it's still too early.' More Trending Donnarumma is not the only PSG player being linked with Manchester United. His teammate Goncalo Ramos has reportedly been offered to Sir Jim Ratcliffe. Amorim is desperate to sign a new striker this summer and Portugal international Ramos would be a cheaper alternative to Viktor Gyokeres and Benjamin Sesko. Ramos, 23, scored 18 goals for PSG last season and has nine goals in 15 games for Portugal. Manchester United considered a move for Ramos before his move to PSG in 2023 and Bruno Fernandes was at the time full of praise for his compatriot. For more stories like this, check our sport page.
