Stebin Ben on his bond with MS Dhoni: ‘Looking at him like a little kid…'
Across the world, countless fans would call MS Dhoni a hero or an idol — and many of them come from the Indian film industry. Among those admirers is singer Stebin Ben, who recently spoke about his deep admiration for Dhoni and the nature of their bond in an interview.
In an interview with Instant Bollywood, Stebin said. 'I think there is no greater feeling than meeting your idol. When you meet someone from whom the entire world wants to learn and be close to, you live that moment as if it were a dream. Every minute I spend with him, talking to him, looking at him like a little kid, with a sparkle in my eyes, I realise how much one can learn from him, and you take something for yourself in each moment you are with him.'

Stebin Ben also shared what he and the cricketer talk about — and, surprisingly, cricket isn't one of the topics. 'I talk to him about everything, except cricket. We discuss life, music, relationships, marriage, investments, and every other thing. I don't think it's right to discuss cricket with him, because every random person must come to him and give their opinions about the game, and I think that it is a bit weird for a professional cricketer to hear that.'
Beyond this, MS Dhoni shares a longstanding connection with Bollywood — from numerous ad collaborations to his 2016 biopic, MS Dhoni: The Untold Story. Late actor Sushant Singh Rajput portrayed Dhoni in the film, which also featured Kiara Advani, Anupam Kher, Disha Patani, Bhumika Chawla, and Kumud Mishra in pivotal roles.
