The I'm A Celebrity star wore her brunette hair in a bun and finished the look with a pair of Miu Miu shades.
She was joined at the island's exclusive Beachouse by husband Wayne, 39, and close friends Michael and Lisa Carrick.
Wayne and Michael are former Manchester United teammates and enjoyed a glittering period for the famous club, winning five Premier League titles together.
Lisa beamed in a stylish burgundy bandeau bikini as she waded in the shallows beside mum-of-four Coleen.
While footy legend turned pundit Wayne looked relaxed in a white T-shirt and backwards baseball cap back on dry land.
It was reminiscent of the Rooneys' visit to the Cala Bassa Beach Club just days ago.
On that occasion, Coleen caught the eye in a blue bikini as she cooled off in the water while Wayne enjoyed a glass of rosé in the shade.
The relaxing getaway comes just weeks after Coleen's WAG rival Rebekah Vardy was ordered to pay more than £1.4m in legal costs following their high profile libel battle in 2022.
In a statement after the hearing, Coleen said: "The ruling yesterday in my favour finally brings this claim to an end, it's a relief and brings closure for my family and I.
"Throughout this long process, I am grateful that the judgements have consistently gone my way. However, as I have always maintained, this claim did not need to be made or run for as long as it did. The time and money should have been put to better use."
Major blow for Becky Vardy as Coleen Rooney WINS latest Wagatha Christie battle
The judge told the warring pair: "I do mean it when I say that I hope that this is the end of a long and unhappy road."
Rebekah and husband Jamie Vardy have since put their luxury Portuguese villa on the market for a huge seven figure sum.
The couple are hoping to fetch £9.7 million for the massive and incredibly luxurious pad - which boasts three pools, a gym and six bedrooms.

Gareth Bale stuns nation with bid to buy football team close to his heart
Gareth Bale has confirmed he is leading a consortium that is interested in buying Cardiff City and wants to be "part of growing the club" Gareth Bale has confirmed his role in leading a consortium with the aim of purchasing Cardiff City, expressing his desire to elevate his boyhood club back to the Premier League. The Welsh football icon shared his grand vision while attending the premiere of F1 The Movie, marking the first time he's spoken publicly about his intentions to acquire the Bluebirds. It emerged last week through Wales Online that Bale's consortium had made an offer to Cardiff owner Vincent Tan, which was turned down. Since then, speculation has been rife that Bale's public association with the bid could signal that another attempt is in the pipeline. Bale, who hung up his boots earlier this year after a spell at LAFC, remains optimistic about the consortium's chances of striking a deal. "We are interested in getting Cardiff," Bale declared. He said: "It's my home club, it's where I grew up and my uncle [Chris Pike] used to play for them. To be involved with an ownership group would be a dream come true. "It's a club close to my heart. It's where I grew up and I would love to be able to be a part of growing Cardiff and taking it to the Premier League where it belongs. "I know how amazing the Welsh fans and Cardiff fans are. It would be amazing to try and do something together." Gareth Bale has hinted at future involvement with Cardiff City, saying: "We are trying to engage with Cardiff and more news will come out on that in the future but hopefully we can get something done." The Welsh football legend's interest in Cardiff follows his ex-Real Madrid and Tottenham colleague Luka Modrić's becoming a co-owner of Swansea. Previously, there were whispers of Bale potentially investing in Plymouth Argyle, but that prospect seems to have fizzled out. Cardiff, who were recently demoted to League One for the first time since 2003, have now welcomed Brian Barry-Murphy as their new head coach. Bale, a towering figure in Welsh football, boasts a record 111 caps for his country and stands as the top scorer with 41 goals. His illustrious playing days included hoisting the Champions League trophy multiple times with Real Madrid and propelling Wales to two Euros and their first World Cup appearance since 1958. Now retired from the pitch, Bale is looking to leave a legacy beyond his playing career, potentially starting with Cardiff City, the place where his remarkable journey kicked off.

Gareth Bale breaks his silence on bid to buy League One club as former Real Madrid star admits ownership would 'be a dream come true'
Gareth Bale has confirmed that he is trying to buy Cardiff City with the ultimate aim of propelling the club into the Premier League. The Wales legend spoke publicly for the first time about his bid to take over the League One club — as part of a consortium — at the European premiere of F1: The Movie in London on Monday. Bale, 35, retired from football two years ago after a stellar career in which he won five Champions Leagues with Real Madrid and 111 caps for his country. Last week, his consortium tabled an offer directly to Cardiff owner Vincent Tan. That initial offer was rejected but Bale has not given up hope of owning his hometown club. 'We are interested in getting Cardiff,' Bale said. 'It's my home club, it's where I grew up and my uncle [Chris Pike] used to play for them. To be involved with an ownership group would be a dream come true. 'It's a club close to my heart. It's where I grew up and I would love to be able to be a part of growing Cardiff and taking it to the Premier League where it belongs. 'I know how amazing the Welsh fans and Cardiff fans are. It would be amazing to try and do something together.' 'We are trying to engage with Cardiff and more news will come out on that in the future but hopefully we can get something done.' Bale's interest in Cardiff comes just two months after his former Real Madrid and Tottenham team-mate Luka Modric was announced as a co-owner of Welsh rivals Swansea. Bale himself had previously been linked with a potential investment in Plymouth Argyle but that now appears to have been ruled out. Cardiff, who were last season relegated to League One for the first time since 2003, have just appointed Brian Barry-Murphy as their new head coach.
