Israeli strikes on southern Lebanon injure 10: One in critical condition
Israeli airstrikes on southern Lebanon late Sunday injured ten people, including a young girl, the Ministry of Public Health reported on Monday.
According to the ministry's emergency operations center, nine people were wounded in Burj Rahhal in Tyre district, while a separate strike on Zrariyeh in Saida district left a girl in critical condition and transferred to intensive care.
Separately, Lebanon's National News Agency reported that Israeli forces crossed the border after midnight from the Khillet Warde area, advancing toward Aita al-Shaab and setting up new positions.
Between November 27, 2024, and June 30, 2025, Israel recorded 3,799 ceasefire violations in Lebanon, including 1,771 ground incursions, 1,916 airspace breaches, and 112 maritime violations, resulting in 195 deaths and 433 injuries.

'Altering administrative boundaries without resolving Article 140 reflects a return to the Arabization tactics of former regimes," he told Shafaq News. On July 2, Iraq's Ministry of Planning confirmed that Deputy Prime Minister and Planning Minister Mohammed Ali Tamim had approved the creation of the Qara Tapa district, encompassing the Jabara (21092) and Koks (21093) sub-districts under a new national administrative designation.

Israeli strike targets vehicle in southern Lebanon
Shafaq News - Beirut An Israeli drone strike targeted a vehicle in the southern Lebanese town of Deir Kifa on Monday evening, according to local media reports. Reports also confirmed the strike killed one person. Israeli media also confirmed the attack "20km away from the border." Despite the truce with Lebanon, Israeli air and artillery strikes have continued, with Lebanese authorities documenting over 3,800 ceasefire violations and reporting Israeli forces still stationed at five border positions.

Houthis target Magic Seas vessel in Red Sea
Shafaq News – Sanaa Yemen's Houthi Movement (Ansarallah) targeted the commercial vessel Magic Seas in the Red Sea, accusing it of violating a ban on docking at Israeli ports. In a statement, military spokesperson Yahya Saree said the attack was carried out using two explosive-laden boats, five ballistic and cruise missiles, and three drones, claimeing that the ship belongs to a company dealing with Israel, and is now at risk of sinking. The Houthis stated that the vessel's crew had been allowed to evacuate safely, but only after refusing repeated warnings from the group's naval forces. Saree warned that any ship affiliated with companies that engage with Israel would be considered a legitimate target. The UK Maritime Trade Operations agency confirmed the crew was later rescued. Earlier on Monday, the Houthis also claimed responsibility for a major missile and drone barrage targeting Israeli sites, including Ben Gurion Airport, Ashdod Port, Eilat Port, and a power station in Ashkelon. The group said the strikes were in retaliation for Israeli air raids on key infrastructure in Yemen's Hodeidah, Ras Issa, and Salif ports, as well as the Ras Kathib power station. The Houthis have repeatedly declared their attacks in the Red Sea and on Israeli sites as part of what they call a "practical response" to Israel's ongoing military campaign in Gaza.
