Jeremy Clarkson's girlfriend burst into tears over comment from his daughter
Jeremy Clarkson's girlfriend Lisa Hogan has been speaking lately about her life with the TV star, and a recent podcast has left her in tears over a comment
Jeremy Clarkson's partner Lisa Hogan burst into tears after a comment made by his daughter, Emily. The 51-year-old former model and co-star on Amazon's Clarkson's Farm opened up about her life with the ex-Top Gear host, revealing that despite not being engaged, their blended family shares a close bond.
Lisa explained that Emily, a social media influencer and author, has previously spoken about her own daughter in such a kind way in the past. She said: "Emily has this podcast called Shall I Delete That? and she spoke about my daughter in such a sweet way that I burst out crying. They've known each other for nine years, and I think they really care about each other."
She also gave insights into Jeremy's personality away from the cameras, describing him as endlessly curious and brimming with energy, even over the smallest things.
When discussing the prospect of marriage, Lisa expressed contentment with their relationship as it is, telling the Daily Mail:"Mrs Clarkson? No, thank you, I like Lisa Hogan. We decided not to have children together."
She further explained their decision against expanding their family, emphasising their happiness with life as it stands: "We're at a stage where we are not going to have kids. I'm just happy pootling along. I think because of our age, it's much easier."
With the new series of Clarkson's Farm hitting the screens, all eyes have been on Lisa and Jeremy's relationship, but it's Jeremy's health that's sparked even more concern following his heart surgery last year to fit two stents.
Reflecting on the latest episodes, Jeremy observed how he appeared increasingly unwell as the series went on. Speaking to The Sun, Jeremy said: "You can see me becoming more and more ill as the days go on, because I just lose my sense of humour, lose my ability to stay calm.
"I get in a proper old panic. I didn't know at the time. I knew I wasn't being me. Because if you don't sleep, it very quickly has an effect." The comments come after Lisa recently opened up about her clever trick to stop Jeremy from interrupting her during discussions.
Speaking to the Mail on Sunday, she explained: "I've worked out that when he's wearing a mic, he can't interrupt me. So that's when I go for it."
She explained she has discovered a way to avoid arguing with him, adding: "I'm more conniving than that. Why argue with someone like Jeremy? He's so eloquent. I have to be a bit more… nimble. I like the long-term diplomatic approach.'
Lisa also gave insight into her partner's personality when the cameras are not rolling. She said: "He's always incredibly inquisitive. His mind is always on the move. He'll come in fizzing with energy about the smallest thing. I like that."

Amy Childs' concerned pals work out true motive for calling off wedding
TOWIE star Amy Childs' friends are worried about her relationship after she postponed her wedding to fiancé Billy Delbosq for the second time Amy Childs has left friends and fans worried after calling off her wedding to fiancé Billy Delbosq for the second time, sparking rumours of relationship troubles among those who are close to her. The former beautician, who shot to fame on The Only Way Is Essex nearly 15 years ago, became a household name thanks to her larger-than-life personality — and introducing the public to the concept of 'vajazzling'. After a romantic past full of ups and downs, Amy, 34, seemed to have finally found lasting love with Billy, a fellow reality star who once appeared on Channel 4 's First Dates. The couple got engaged in 2023 after welcoming twins Billy River and Amelia Mae. But last month she postponed their wedding again, after already delaying it last year over doubts about whether Billy was truly ready to tie the knot. This latest cancellation has caused speculation that not all is well in their relationship. Friends close to the couple have voiced their fears, with one source telling the Daily Mail: "Billy has always been a player. He's one of the biggest players in Essex…now there are fears that all is not well, that something could have happened between them." Fuel was added to the fire when Amy was spotted in Brentwood looking visibly thinner and not wearing her engagement ring. However, another source close to the couple insisted the pair are still going strong, and suggested she only removed the ring to work out. In the paparazzi snaps that sparked concern, she was indeed dressed in gym gear. However, Amy and Billy were also seen at Stansted Airport on Thursday while en route to Spain for TOWIE filming, looking "preoccupied and unsmiling". One pal admitted: "They usually seem so happy together. This time they looked really down in the dumps, neither particularly looked like they wanted to be there." Behind the scenes, Amy has been privately coping with a family crisis. She recently told The Mirror that her mum Julie, who has also made appearances on TOWIE, suffered from a heart attack in April and had to be rushed to hospital for emergency surgery. She added: "It has been intensely stressful. None of us was expecting Mum to have a heart attack – it turned our world upside down. "It was so frightening. She had a stent put in and was in hospital for six days. She's now home but she's being monitored daily and is on a lot of medication. It's so tough for her – she sometimes struggles to walk upstairs." Amy and Billy made the difficult decision to postpone their September wedding at Cliveden House in Berkshire. The TOWIE star explained: "It's upsetting, but I know we've made the right decision. Right now, we're focused on looking after Mum." In response to the online abuse over her weight loss, Amy hit back, saying: "People don't know what is going on behind closed doors…To be honest I do feel better when I'm a bit heavier than I am at the moment. There's so much going on – it's the result of pure stress." Despite facing these heart breaking family challenges, Amy is still hopeful that her and Billy will be able to get married abroad next year, and have planned for their kids to play a special role in the wedding. She concluded: "We just want it to be amazing, not rushed."

Why do farmers hate Clarkson's Farm so much?
Clarkson's Farm is back – with the finale of season four out on Prime Video today – but not everyone is happy about it. It's not the anti-farming brigade I'm talking about – or even the specific anti-Clarkson brigade, who've disliked him since his Top Gear days. No, it's the people within the rural and farming communities that I'm talking about. When the programme launched, it was heralded by many as something of a miracle for British agriculture. Clarkson's programme showed the people at home all the ups and downs of farming life in its brutal reality: the sheaves of inane paperwork; the incentives to actually not farm at all; the masochism of the British weather and the brutal acceptance that with life, comes death. As farmers always say, 'where there's livestock, there's deadstock', and Clarkson's Farm didn't shy away from showing viewers this truth. It might not all be entirely genuine, but it was far closer to the truth of life in the countryside than the likes of your average Countryfile episode. In fact, author and sheep farmer James Rebanks went so far as to say that Jeremy Clarkson had done more for farmers in one TV series than Countryfile managed in 30 years.

The five-bedroom mansion, situated in sprawling countryside, boasts an outdoor heated pool. Anthony said: "I've been watching Clarkson's Farm and I can't believe he's going to be my neighbour now, it's just crazy. "At 25 I hadn't even considered owning so much as a garden shed yet, but now my first property is a £5 million house - it's so surreal." The jackpot winner, who lives in Cambridgeshire, bought his ticket for just £25. And, he only started entering the Omaze draws last month. Anthony has been working as a deckhand on yachts for the past year. He added: "I was backpacking in Spain when Omaze got in touch to tell me I'd won something. "I didn't have any credit on my phone, so I didn't see any of the missed calls or emails at first, but when I eventually topped up and saw all the messages, I started to think I might have won something pretty decent. "When Omaze actually called me to say I'd won the £5 million house in the Cotswolds, I was stunned. Musician wiped out on Who Wants To Be a Millionaire after using two lifelines on tough Spice Girls question - but would you know it? ''That's not a call you get everyday, I just couldn't believe it, I was in total shock. I had to call them back to make sure it was real. "One minute I'm staying in a hostel, in a 15-bed dorm, then the next thing I know I'm a multimillionaire-that was an unexpected upgrade for sure. "I had a couple of beers to celebrate, but nothing too wild as I had to be up early-not that it made much difference as I probably only slept for 20 mins, my mind was whirring trying to process what had just happened." Although it already offers a whopping £180,000 worth of furnishings. If the 25-year-old chooses to rent out the luxurious pad, estate agents recon he could rake in up to £18,000 per month. "This is my first time in the Cotswolds and I can see what all the fuss is about, it's beautiful around here," said Anthony. "The house is stunning, the walk-in fridge is bigger than my current kitchen… and that's just the fridge. "Everything has been done so nicely, I love it. I'm looking forward to diving into the pool and hosting all my friends and family in such an amazing house. "I've been working as a deckhand on yachts for the past year, so I'm more used to sleeping below deck in cramped bunk beds than places like this-I can stand up straight in this place for a start. "We'll be having a huge family Christmas here. There are around twenty of us and I'm normally the one who ends up sleeping on the floor, but now I'm guaranteed a bed as I'll be hosting everyone else for change. "I don't know what I'll do yet, I've got a lot to think about, but this win has changed my life forever-my future is sorted now, whatever I decide to do, it's an incredible feeling." The south-facing mansion comes with two reception rooms, exposed wooden beams and all the original fireplaces. A spacious bespoke kitchen and dining areas are already kitted out with state-of-the art appliances. And, if the main property wasn't enough, there's a two-bed detached cottage guest house too. The pristine landscaped gardens will also make for breathtaking views. As well as changing Anthony's life forever, this Omaze Million Pound House Draw raised £4.2 million for Guide Dogs. Over two million people in the UK are living with sight loss-a number projected to double by 2050. Andrew Lennox, CEO at Guide Dogs said: "We are truly overwhelmed that an incredible £4.2 million has been raised for Guide Dogs through the Omaze Million Pound House Draw. "Every day, 250 people in the UK begin to lose their sight-that's one person every six minutes. Without the right support, sight loss can be profoundly isolating. "Thanks to the generosity of the Omaze community, we can provide life-changing services that empower people with a vision impairment to live the life they choose. "The money raised will fund 1,350 puppies during their first eight weeks of life and cover the cost of expert care to their mums and dads. It will also fund a year's worth of food for all 3,200 working guide dogs. "With your support, Guide Dogs can continue opening up a world of opportunity for people with sight loss across the UK and each Omaze player of this draw who sees a guide dog at work in the next 10 years, will know that they had a hand in making that partnership a reality." James Oakes, President of Omaze, added: "Everyone at Omaze is over the moon that Anthony has won this spectacular house in the Cotswolds, whilst also contributing to our huge raise for Guide Dogs. "Omaze offers people the chance to win amazing houses, whilst also introducing charities to new audiences that they wouldn't normally reach-it's a real win-win for entrants and our charity partners. We're immensely proud that the Omaze Community has now raised over £93 million for good causes across the UK." Draw entries for the Omaze Million Pound House Draw, Sussex, are available now at The Grand Prize Draw closes on Sunday June 29 2025 for online entries and Tuesday July 1 2025 for postal entries. 16 Anthony has also been given an eye-watering £250,000 in cash, to help him decorate the home to his liking Credit: SWNS 16 There's already £180,000 worth of furnishing Credit: SWNS
