chose simplicity and intimacy. He tied the knot with Rani Patel, his girlfriend of eight years, on May 5 in a private destination wedding in Chhatarpur, Madhya Pradesh, attended by close friends and family.
He says, 'The pictures we took over the years held more meaning than a pre-wedding shoot. We ended up using those cherished memories instead.'
Speaking about the ceremony, he adds, 'The wedding was attended by not more than 100 people. We wanted it to be personal and heartfelt.'

Ashish was closely involved in planning every detail. He says, 'I wanted everything customised, which took time. We began preparing in February.
Fortunately, my last show Kundali Bhagya ended in December, which gave me ample time to focus on the wedding. Now that our honeymoon is winding down, I'm gearing up to look for good work again.'
The couple is currently enjoying a 14-day honeymoon, which started in Singapore and is concluding in Bali. Ashish met Rani, who acted in Gulaab Gang, at a gym in 2017. Reflecting on their journey, he shares, 'We took our time because we wanted to experience life's highs and lows together before committing.

Feeder bus services starts on Kalyaninagar-Magarpatta route
1 2 3 Pune: The Maha Metro and PMPML fulfilled a year-long demand of commuters on Friday and started feeder bus services connecting Kalyaninagar Metro station to Magarpatta and Hadapsar. The feeder bus services will run throughout the day at a 45-minute interval. The frequency, however, is likely to increase based on ridership and demand, the Maha Metro and PMPML said. The Kalyaninagar-Magarpatta feeder route was identified to ensure shortest possible distance with minimum bus stops. For over a year now, professionals working in Magarpatta raised a demand for feeder buses from Kalyaninagar, the closest metro station for them. In the absence of any alternate commute option, travellers faced fleecing by auto drivers after alighting at Kalyaninagar. Prior to the Kalyaninagar-Magarpatta route, the Maha Metro and PMPML operated feeder buses on prominent routes such as Yerawada-Ramwadi-Lohegaon airport, Vanaz-Chandni Chowk-Pashan road and Ramwadi-Kharadi IT park. Commuters, however, need buses at every 10-15 minutes. Sujit Patil, who works in the airport road area, said the frequency of buses should not remain at 40 minutes interval when the metro trains are running every 7 to 10 minutes. "The authorities should operate buses at least at a frequency of 10 to 15 minutes," Patil said. The PMPML said the feeder buses are introduced on around 22 routes. Some routes have been redesigned to benefit metro commuters. Gokhalenagar resident Ashish Shinde said many pockets are still out of reach of feeder services. "We want the administration to cover maximum routes. Also, PMPML should operate smaller buses for feeder routes, which will benefit commuters and reduce PMPML's expenses," Shinde said. Officials from Maha Metro said continuous efforts are underway to improve last-mile connectivity to the metro stations. The PMPML is in the process of adding more buses to the existing fleet. "We will see how more buses can be deployed on feeder routes," officials said. Over 1.4L register for FYJC in Nashik division
Nashik: Over 1.4 lakh students have registered for first year junior college (FYJC) admission through the online common admission process (CAP) in Nashik division, the total registrations slightly higher than last year's 1.2 lakh admissions. An official said the exact number of students seeking admission will be clear after the whole process is over. The Nashik division comprises Nashik, Dhule, Nandurbar and Jalgaon districts. He said, "It is good that registrations have crossed last year's number. Students will have to file personal details in part 1 of the process and choice of colleges based on priority in part 2." The Nashik district has witnessed 65,751 registrations against last year's admission of 54,705. Jalgaon has 41,091 registrations against 34,262, Dhule has 19,869 registrations against 20,797 and Nandurbar has 14,258 registrations against 13,227 admissions last year. "The registrations started a bit late this year. Students took time to understand that CAP was the only way towards admissions, unlike last year's system where offline admissions were conducted everywhere, except in Nashik.
