Exclusive! Juhi Parmar returns to TV to host a new show
Juhi Parmar
is stepping back into the world of hosting after a long time, but for her, the return feels natural and purposeful. The actress has earlier seen hosting shows like Star Voice of India, Antakshari - The Great Challenge and Comedy Circus Kaante Ki Takkar on TV.
Now she will be part of the upcoming show Kahaani Har Ghar Ki, which invites women from across the country to share the silent battles they are continuing to fight within their homes.
She says, 'I was so excited when it came to me. This is something that resonated with me. I won't just be seen as a host, but as a listener, a mediator, a comforting presence. Honestly, I have been walking this path of wanting to guide as many women as I can or motivate them through my social media."
Hosting after a long time can make one nervous, but the actress says, "Once an anchor, always an anchor. I am not nervous. I waited for the right thing to come my way. There couldn't have been anything better than this.'
This time, Juhi is preparing more than ever before. She says, 'I am also taking workshops and doing a lot of prep for this show, which I haven't done for any other shows ever. Because I want to understand these women better, and also want to be able to help them. Learning about the behaviour and psychology has helped me as well to understand myself better during these workshops.'
