Advancing Our Best-in-Class Aircraft:
Entered into new long-term agreement with Honeywell to certify critical aircraft management and flight controls systems for the production version of the VX4. The agreement also includes new Honeywell inceptors to make the VX4 easier and safer for pilots to fly.

Financial Outlook:
Maintained industry-leading capital efficiency 2; and as of March 31, 2025, cash and cash equivalents totaled £69 million ($89 million), expected to provide sufficient funding to support operations into the fourth quarter of 2025.
No change to expectations for FY 2025 net operating cash outflows of approximately £90 million to £100 million ($110 million to $125 million).
Expected net cash outflows from operating activities for the next 12 months of approximately £90 million ($120 million), which will be used primarily to continue funding the assembly and testing of the VX4.

Following the release of encouraging quarterly results by the China-based company, they sent its U.S.-traded American Depositary Shares nearly 12% higher in price on the day. That rate crushed the S&P 500 index's otherwise heartening 1.1% rise. Music to the market's ears In its second quarter, Tencent Music collected 8.44 billion yuan ($1.2 billion) in revenue, a strong (18%) year-over-year improvement for the company. The main driver of this growth was the take from online music services; this rose by 26% to 6.85 billion yuan ($953 million) for the period. Average revenue per user (ARPU) also headed north, rising to 11.7 yuan ($1.63) from 10.7 yuan ($1.49). Tencent Music's net income also saw a notable increase in volume. It climbed nearly 38% higher to just under 2.5 billion yuan ($348 million), for a per-ADS figure of 1.55 yuan ($0.22). Both headline numbers beat the average analyst estimates. Pundits tracking the company's stock were anticipating it would earn 7.97 billion yuan ($1.1 billion) for revenue and a per-ADS net profit of 1.42 yuan ($0.20). HIGHLIGHTS On August 7, 2025, the Company's Board of Directors (the 'Board') declared a distribution of $0.12 per share for the quarter ending September 30, 2025, payable in cash on October 9, 2025, to stockholders of record as of September 18, 2025, and a supplemental distribution of $0.02 per share, payable on October 9, 2025, to stockholders of record as of September 18, 2025. During the quarter, ICMB made investments in one new portfolio company and four existing portfolio companies. These investments totaled $19.0 million, at cost. The weighted average yield (at origination) of debt investments made in the quarter was 9.03%. ICMB fully realized its investments in three portfolio companies during the quarter, totaling $9.5 million in proceeds. The internal rate of return on these investments was 32.82%. During the quarter, the Company had net advances of $2.9 million on new and existing delayed draw and revolving credit commitments to portfolio companies. The Company's net realized, and unrealized gains and losses accounted for a decrease in the Company's net investments of approximately $1.0 million, or $0.07 per share. The total net decrease in net assets resulting from operations for the quarter was $0.4 million, or $0.03 per share. As of June 30, 2025, the Company's investment portfolio consisted of investments in 43 portfolio companies, of which 79.23% were first lien investments and 20.77% were equity, warrants, and other investments. The Company's debt portfolio consisted of 98.50% floating rate investments and 1.50% fixed rate investments.
