Windsor police officers are asking for help identifying a suspect after fires were 'deliberately set' along a railroad track in Windsor, Ont. (Source: WPS) Windsor police officers are asking for the public's help identifying a suspect after fires were 'deliberately set' along a railroad track. Officers responded to a report of a fire in progress in the area of South Pacific Avenue and Parent Avenue at 6 a.m. on Aug. 16. When they arrived, officers found that two separate blazes had been set along the railway. Windsor Fire and Rescue Services attended and quickly extinguished the flames. No physical injuries were reported as a result of this incident. The Windsor Police Arson Unit investigated and obtained surveillance footage of the suspect. 'While the image is blurry, it provides details that may help identify the individual,' say police in a news release. The suspect is described as a white male, approximately 30 years old. At the time of the incident, he was wearing a black t-shirt, red shorts, a red hat, and a white towel over his head.
