A man was chased across the tarmac at Heathrow Airport near to moving aircraft on Sunday before being arrested.
The individual, who appears to have a black belt strapped to his waist, was seen running away from at least four other men across the airport grounds near Terminal 2.
Video footage shows the man running across the tarmac, as a Middle Eastern Airlines flight takes off along the runway.
A group of men attempt to run after the man who appears to be wearing a white T-shirt and tracksuit bottoms.
The pursuit, recorded by Big Jet TV, goes on for around a minute until the man is eventually caught and detained.
A van, carrying two people in fluorescent tops arrives, and the individual can be seen being escorted away.
The full livestream shows a police vehicle arriving at the scene and the man is put in the back of the van.
A Heathrow spokesperson said: "Working with partners, we have quickly resolved an incident at the airport involving an individual who accessed the airfield taxiway.
"The individual has been removed from the airport.
"The airport continues to operate as normal and passengers are travelling as planned."

A flight attendant impersonator scammed tickets for more than 120 flights

A 35-year-old man was convicted last week of scoring free airline flights by posing as a flight attendant dozens of times since 2018. Tiron Alexander was convicted by a federal jury of wire fraud and entering a secure area of an airport under false pretenses. Authorities said he took advantage of airline policies that allow pilots and flight attendants on competing carriers to fly free as 'non-revenue' passengers.

Seattle's police chief says he expects to be arrested for supporting protests

Seattle's newly appointed Police Chief, Shon Barnes, says he will do whatever it takes to protect the First Amendment rights of residents. The comments were made during a Seattle City Council Public Safety Committee meeting this week. He also spoke about how the department will handle protests in response to immigration enforcement by the federal government. 'At some point, I will probably go to jail and be in prison because we have an administration that has threatened to jail politicians,' Barnes said. The comments were made the same day that protesters gathered outside the city's federal building and clashed with officers. The safety committee meeting appearance was part of Barnes' confirmation as police chief. He was appointed to the position in December by Mayor Bruce Harrell and was sworn in in January. He came from Wisconsin, where he served as Chief of Police for over 4 years.
