Brooklyn, 26, and actress Nicola, 30, previously spent tens of millions of dollars on a luxury Beverly Hills pad with custom Italian interiors.
According to reports, the house was equipped with an ultra-luxe kitchen and bathrooms which were designed by renowned architect Vincent Van Duysen.
He has gained a huge reputation within Hollywood for his incredible style in Elle Decor.
The designer is known to be a close collaborator with A-list stars which include Oscar winner Julianne Moore.
He also designed Kim Kardashian 's $60million mansion in Calabasas that has previously featured in the likes of Vogue and Architectural Digest.
The acclaimed artist is also the creative brains behind the Zara Home collection.
However, Brooklyn and Nicola reportedly want to put their own spin on the six-bedroom, seven-bathroom abode.
According to The Mail, permits that have been filed to The City of Beverly Hills have revealed that the duo have ripped out all the lava rock countertops in the kitchen.
Out of six bathroom vanities, the couple has ditched four as well as replacing the metal fire pit in the garden with a stone feature instead.
According to the publication, experts estimate that costs of the renovations would be at least $1.025million.
This would be split between $440,000 for installation of the counters and fire pit, $75,000 to remove them and another $510,000 for replacements.
The duo are currently embroiled in a huge family feud with the rest of the Beckham clan, which The Sun understands started over money.
Brooklyn and Nicola were both absent f rom his father David Beckham's 50th birthday celebrations in a huge snub.
In recent days they reached out to sister Harper to mark her 14th birthday in an apparent move to end the feud.
The Beckham Family Feud
April 2022: Brooklyn marries Nicola Peltz.
Wedding Dress Controversy: Rumours begin circulating that there's tension between Nicola and Victoria Beckham after Nicola chooses not to wear a Victoria Beckham-designed wedding gown. Nicola later clarifies in August 2022 (and again in March 2023) that Victoria's atelier couldn't make the dress in time, but reports in May 2025 suggest Victoria actually changed her mind about making the dress.
Post-Wedding (2022 onwards): Minimal interaction between Nicola and Victoria on social media, and noticeable absence of Nicola at key Beckham family events.
Alleged Wedding "Hijack": In May 2025, a source claimed Victoria "ruined" part of the wedding by allegedly hijacking a dance with Marc Anthony, which was meant for Brooklyn and Nicola. Nicola reportedly ran from the room crying.
March 2025: A resurfaced TikTok of Romeo and Cruz mimicking a "baby voice" (which fans associate with Nicola) sparks speculation of sibling shade.
April 2025: Brooklyn and Nicola are reportedly absent from Victoria Beckham's 51st birthday celebrations in Miami and her Paris Fashion Week show.
May 2025: David Beckham's 50th Birthday Snub: Brooklyn and Nicola are notably absent from David Beckham's 50th birthday celebrations in London, despite being invited. Reports suggest their absence was due to Brooklyn not wanting to be in the same room as Kim Turnbull, the girlfriend of Romeo who had previously been reported to have been dating Brooklyn, who David allegedly opted to have at the party over Nicola.
Rumours emerge of a falling out between Brooklyn and his younger brother Romeo, reportedly due to Romeo's new girlfriend, DJ Kim Turnbull, who allegedly had a past connection with Brooklyn.
Reports surface that the Beckham parents are "hurt and disappointed" that Brooklyn is "playing no part in family life." Sources claim that tensions between Brooklyn and Nicola and his parents are "definitely not beyond repair."
June 2025: Brooklyn and Nicola reportedly enlist a "crisis team" similar to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle for "reputation management" due to the growing media scrutiny.
Cruz Beckham posts cryptic lyrics on Instagram that some interpret as a swipe at Brooklyn.
July 2025: Reports indicate David and Victoria are "desperate" to reconcile with Brooklyn. Brooklyn publicly wishes his sister Harper a happy 14th birthday on Instagram, tagging Nicola, which is seen as a potential "olive branch" and a rare public message to his family amid the rumored rift.
Brooklyn UNFOLLOWS his brothers Romeo and Cruz just 24 hours after his birthday message to Harper. Nicola quickly follows suit and also ditches the Beckham bros from her Instagram following. Romeo and Cruz are now also no longer following Brooklyn.
But it was later revealed that Brooklyn is no longer following his own brothers, Romeo, 22 and Cruz, 20, just after the perceived olive branch.
The siblings unfollowed him and Nicola in return before it was reported that they had blocked him.
Model Brooklyn and wife Nicola are said to be 'blindsided' after learning of the latest snub when they saw reports online.
A source explained: "Blocking or unfollowing someone on Instagram is like the Gen Z version of World War Three. It's a sad new low.
"But the truth is, Brooklyn has cut out his parents David and Victoria from his life and it's the same with Romeo and Cruz.
"Even when the family have reached out to Brooklyn they have been ignored.
"He's not had contact for months and it feels clear to them that he doesn't want to make amends."

Aaron Rodgers issues brutal three-word response to kid after almost hitting him at golf tournament

Aaron Rodgers had yet another cold response to a fan at a star-studded golf tournament in Lake Tahoe. The Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback competed in the American Century Classic over the weekend, joining a star-studded field of athletes and celebrities at the golf competition on the shores of Lake Tahoe. And while on the whole, the 41-year-old, like Jason and Travis Kelce, graciously greeted fans at the event, one young spectator received the cold shoulder. Just days after shutting down a suspected autograph hound, the signal caller had a hilariously savage retort to one youngster. In a video shared to X, Rodgers could be seen making his way through the ropes to his next hole when a young boy called out, 'You almost hit me, Aaron Rodgers.' Yet, Rodgers appeared completely unfazed by the near miss as instead of offering an apology, he simply fired back: 'Almost doesn't count.' Yikes: New Steelers QB Aaron Rodgers almost hit a kid with his golf club and roasts him instead of apologizing: Kid: "You almost hit me, Aaron Rodgers." Rodgers: "Almost doesn't count." He couldn't care less...😬😳 — Dov Kleiman (@NFL_DovKleiman) July 13, 2025 The moment comes three days after Rodgers put his foot down while signing autographs for fans at the golf event. In a video from Sports Illustrated's Gilberto Manzano that has since gone viral on X, Rodgers is seen identifying one suspected autograph hound and refusing to play a part in the scheme. Asked to sign a ticket stub from his first NFL appearance with the Green Bay Packers in 2005, Rodgers quickly became suspicious. The item is a rare collectible and not something an everyday fan might have, so when the man claimed he attended the game, Rodgers began asking some questions. 'You're talking to somebody with a great memory,' Rodgers told the fan. Rodgers was just a 22-year-old backup to Brett Favre when he was called on to make his NFL debut in mop-up duty at the end of a 52-3 win over the visiting New Orleans Saints. He completed one pass – his first as a professional – to fullback Vonta Leach for zero yards and later ran out the clock on New Orleans. 'I remember the score,' the suspected autograph hound told Rodgers. 'It was a blowout.' Rodgers didn't hesitate to confront the man: 'You remember the score. Who'd we play?' The man quickly responded, 'Saints,' but that was hardly convincing. As Rodgers pointed out, that information could be found on the ticket stub. 'I can tell you the score, I think,' the man shot back. 'I think was 50-3. I remember you threw a pass.' Asked who the pass was thrown to, the autograph seeker admittedly didn't know: 'I was 16. 20 years ago.' That non-answer ultimately doomed his effort to get Rodgers' John Hancock. However, the incidents have proven to be exceptions to Rodgers' warm reception of spectators over the week. The former Super Bowl winner has taken time to graciously greet fans, sign signatures and pose for photos. In particular, after Thursday's practice round he enjoyed a heartwarming reunion with his Lake Tahoe 'grandma'. Rodgers has become a fixture at the competition over the years, and along the way developed a friendship with a woman named Carol Sargent after she introduced herself to him two decades ago. And the quarterback and his 'Tahoe grandma' were seen embracing each other during his practice round on Thursday, as Carol excitedly put her arms in the air before wrapping Rodgers in a hug. In a video taken by the Daily Mail, Carol could be seen affectionately holding his face before the friends could be seen walking arm-in-arm together. Carol, who was featured in Rodgers' 'Enigma' Netflix documentary, said seeing Rodgers at the tournament was her 'favorite part of the year. 'Because we've made a really nice friendship, and we appreciate each other and nice to catch up,' she told the Daily Mail. 'He's a wonderful person, so I feel very fortunate.'

Stunned soccer fans all say the same thing as Trump 'hits on' glamorous DAZN reporter in 'embarrassing' Club World Cup interview

President Donald Trump was a constant presence on the television screens of those watching the Club World Cup Final - including in a post-game interview after Chelsea won the tournament. Relatives and those who are close to the President were heavily involved in the preparation and promotion for this expanded tournament. So when the day of the final came at MetLife Stadium, Trump was seated in a luxury box, handed out awards, and was inexplicably right next to Chelsea captain Reece James for the trophy lift. But his DAZN interview with reporter Emily Austin at the conclusion of the game drew ire from social media. After the game concluded, the broadcaster aired a three-and-a-half minute long interview with Trump where he took jabs at his political opponents while also discussing the future of the sport in the country. US President Donald Trump's interview on DAZN at Metlife Stadium as Chelsea get crowned World Champions 🏆💙 #ClubWorldCupFinal — David Maina Ndung'u (@DMainaNdungu) July 13, 2025 President Donald Trump wasn't the most welcome presence at the Club World Cup Final at MetLife Stadium on Sunday as the crowd booed him when he went on the pitch in New Jersey After the match, DAZN aired a three-and-a-half minute interview of Trump with Emily Austin Trump initially dodged a question about how the United States national soccer teams could begin to dominate on the global stage by saying, 'we're doing very well on the other stage, on the political stage, on the financial stage.' Trump continued: 'All the leaders said a year ago, "your country was dead and now you have the hottest country in the world"... We were doing very badly as a country, we had an incompetent administration... But now we have a hot country, it's really hot, and I think the soccer's gonna be hot too.' Toward the end of the interview, Trump was asked what his message to viewers around the world would be before the World Cup arrives next year. 'It's about unity, it's about everybody getting together and a lot of love between countries... I guess this is probably the most international sport, so it can really bring the world together,' Trump said. On social media, the interview drew criticism and outrage - seemingly echoing the boos that Trump and FIFA president Gianni Infantino received when they walked out onto the pitch for the trophy presentation. Some believed that Trump was flirting with the reporter asking the questions, with one comment on X saying, 'Trump is just hitting on the blonde interviewer on DAZN while chatting his nonsense. What the hell is this??' Many others were critical of DAZN allowing Trump a platform in the middle of an international soccer tournament to rail against his political enemies. Alfie House of the Daily Echo posted, 'Why are DAZN broadcasting a political party interview with Donald Trump? This is absurd.' Social media was critical of DAZN for airing the interview while some believed that the President was 'hitting on' Austin during the report which aired after the game had ended 'Why the f**k are dazn televising and doing an interview with trump at the club World Cup? How can they genuinely think that's a good idea after everything he's done,' said another viewer. One viewer posted, 'DAZN kissing Trump's a**e. It's embarrassing.' Another said, 'No DAZN it's not great to hear from President Trump.' 'This dazn trump interview is straight up propaganda,' another comment read. Another said, 'This Trump interview is honestly embarrassing. Dazn & FIFA should be ashamed'. Chelsea clinched the Club World Cup title for the second time in their history, beating Paris Saint-Germain 3-0 in front of a sold out crowd in New Jersey. Cole Palmer bagged a first half brace before new signing Joao Pedro put away the final goal of the match.

Justin Baldoni claims Blake Lively is using her 'celebrity status' to get an edge at deposition

Justin Baldoni is pushing back against Blake Lively 's request to be deposed in her lawyer's office ahead of their upcoming sexual assault trial. It comes after the 37-year-old actress expressed concern that Baldoni's attorneys will try to make her sworn testimony a 'public spectacle.' The 41-year-old filmmaker hit back by arguing, via his lawyer Bryan Freedman, that Blake has not supported her claim with evidence. According to TMZ, Baldoni's defense team believes holding the deposition at Lively's lawyer's office puts them at a disadvantage. Alternatively, they've proposed to hold the proceedings at their office, which is only a mile away. Justin's lawyer cited the potential need to consult with his hundreds of pages of notes and to use a conference room to speak in private. The actor claims Lively is using her 'celebrity status' to gain an upper hand at the deposition. It comes after the actress, 37, expressed concern that Baldoni's attorneys will try to make her sworn testimony a 'public spectacle'; pictured in June The two sides are preparing to face off in court after they clashed while filming It Ends With Us last year. Baldoni's side wrote in the filing, 'Although Lively's foot-stomping and use of her celebrity status may have enabled her to seize control of the film, which is the crux of this dispute, her counsel's tantrum has no place in this Court. Lively is bound by the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure like every litigant.' Lively is preparing to answer tough questions from Baldoni's legal team as she tries to nail down a venue for the deposition. Her legal team is hoping to schedule the deposition at a New York City location that will minimize publicity amid the whirlwind trial. The proposed venue's exact address was redacted in Friday court filings obtained by DailyMail. In a moment of snark, Baldoni's attorney Bryan previously told TMZ that Lively's deposition should be live-streamed to an audience at Madison Square Garden. Freedman's suggestion, which Lively's attorney shot down as a publicity-seeking distraction, was to sell tickets to the event and donate the proceeds to domestic violence victims. Lively and Baldoni butted heads while filming the romantic drama last year, and things turned litigious in December when the Gossip Girl alum sued the actor for alleged sexual harassing and engineering a retaliatory smear campaign against her In June, Lively suffered a setback in the case when a judge denied her attorneys' application for a protective order seeking to block her text messages with Taylor Swift from being entered as evidence. Baldoni's team subpoenaed Lively for text messages, emails and any other messages between her and Swift. His lawyers have subsequently been allowed to pore through the text trail, with all communications related to It Ends With Us set for scrutiny. In one embarrassing text exchange, Lively appeared to refer to herself as the Game of Thrones character Khaleesi, and to Swift as one of her 'dragons.' Elsewhere in Baldoni's filing is the claim that Swift was present at a meeting convened by Lively at her New York penthouse to discuss It Ends With Us script changes. Sources close to Swift insisted the singer had no knowledge of the meeting and simply arrived to find it underway. The situation reportedly left Swift — who is godmother to Lively's three daughters — feeling 'exploited' by her friend of ten years.
