I've got bags under my eyes and I'm dealing with anxiety," he wrote."I explained that if they came and took a photo with me, my anxiety would spike - because then the whole cabin would start wondering who I am."He says another fan then asked for a photo, so he wrote a similar note on the back of his plane ticket."As I was writing that one, another passenger walked up and just asked outright for a photo," he said. "I obliged."He said he sees it as "being of service" and that if it makes someone happy, he would do his best to facilitate."Still... I think there needs to be a caveat," he added.Williams said there was an "unspoken law" that celebrities should be accessible 24/7, and that he should greet all strangers "like you're the mayor of the best town"."But that thinking's off," he said.He said he thought more than 50% of people who approached him couldn't name one of his albums. "They're fans of fame," he said. "But not necessarily of me."He added that if people were actually fans of him, he wanted to hear it."That means a lot. I'll make time. I've got gratitude for that," he said. But he then asked whether there should be a limit on how many people can access you in one day."Every interaction - with strangers or even people I know well - fills me with discomfort," he said."I mask it well. But social interaction still frightens me," he said, adding: "Every time a stranger approaches - and they are strangers - I panic."Williams reiterated that he wasn't complaining, writing: "I'm not moaning. This is a problem I'd rather have than not."He added: "I'm not saying don't ask. You can."What I am saying is: let people be people."Williams, who had a well-documented struggle with depression and substance abuse in his 30s, has spoken in the past about his mental health. In the comments section under his post, people praised him for his openness and honesty."Everyone is entitled to their boundaries," wrote one user."No human is entitled access to another human, famous or not," wrote another. "I think celebrities need to start normalising saying no to fans."If you have been affected by any of the issues raised in this story, information and support can be found at the BBC's Action Line.

'Jeff was never going to keep Freddy away from his nanny for very long,' a source told The Daily Mail of tensions between father and son. 'Jeff may hate her for all sorts of reasons going back many years, but Freddy loves her very much,' added the insider. Adele says relationship with son has changed after poignant moment

Adolescence hit screens earlier this year on Netflix and has quickly become a fan favourite, with many hoping another series is in the works Adele says her relationship with her son has changed after a poignant moment between them. The singing superstar has said that she has written letters of thanks to the creators of the Netflix hit series Adolescence for the impact it has had on her and her son. The 37-year-old told director Philip Barantini that she watched the series alongside 13-year-old son Angelo. She said the programme changed "her relationship" with Angelo who she shares with ex-husband Simon Konecki. ‌ Adolescence landed on Netflix earlier this year and was an instant hit. It stars Owen Cooper and Stephen Graham and tells the story of a 13-year-old schoolboy accused of murdering a classmate after being radicalised by misogynistic social media content. ‌ The Sun reported that Philip said: "I am getting messages, inundated on Instagram, from people from all over the world who can relate to this story or have really been affected by it. That, for me, has blown my mind a little bit. "I had a text message from Steven Spielberg who has watched it twice, and I got letters from Adele last week - handwritten letters from Adele. I mean, just like saying that she had watched it with her son, and it has changed their relationship. "Things like that are just beyond anything I ever imagined from this little show that we made with our family. You see things like Baby Reindeer and all of those shows — they come out and then they just blow up. It's a huge thing and that is the power of Netflix. "For some reason, because we made it in Yorkshire and it is set in a small town in England, I never thought in a million years it would be the number one show in India or Venezuela." ‌ The series has became Netflix's second most-watched English-language TV show ever only behind Wednesday, which is the Addams family spin-off. Since its March 13 debut, Adolescence has amassed 141.2 million views so far. Prime Minister Keir Starmer has also praised the show and how popular it has been across the world. He has even gone on to say that he thinks that schools should show the series to students for educational purposes. Sir Keir said he watched the series with his 14-year-old daughter and 16-year-old son. He said: "As a dad, I have not found it easy viewing." Main actor Owen Cooper has risen to fame since the show. He has been getting a lot of media attention after becoming an overnight star and even appeared on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon last week.

Jack Fincham and Chloe Brockett 'back together again after sixth split'

Seventh time's a charm for Jack and Chloe, who have reunited again after a tough couple of months for the pair, reigniting the spark by going on a series of sweet dates with each other Love Island star Jack Fincham and his on-off girlfriend Chloe Brockett are back together, after six break-ups. Still not ready to full call it a day, the couple are trying again to make their relationship work. Only in April it was reported that the constant bickering and heated rows had become too much for the pair, who ended their relationship for the sixth time. But seventh time's the charm for the tumultuous couple, who have come to the realisation that they have something "special". ‌ Jack, who found fame on Love Island in 2018, was paired up on the show with Dani Dyer. But the pair didn't last, splitting up just a few months after leaving the villa. ‌ Dani, 28, later found love with West Ham footballer Jarrod Bowen, with the couple getting married last weekend. Jack moved on with TOWIE star Chloe, 24, after they got together in 2019, and they've finally put their differences aside, after being spotted at Bethnal Green's Columbia Road Flower Market. A source told the Sun: "Chloe and Jack have been on and off for months but have finally put their differences aside to give their relationship another chance. They really want to make it work so have been enjoying some lowkey dates as they gradually build the trust. "They have realised they have something special so want to put their time and energy into making it work." The Mirror has reached out to Jack and Chloe's reps for comment. In March, Chloe opened up about one of their rows, admitting she threw a virtual reality headset at her boyfriend in a rage. She spoke about it on Spread The Juice podcast, explaining she had bought him the headset as a Christmas gift. ‌ She told host Jemma Lucy: "I bought Jack a Meta Quest for Christmas and I threw the Meta Quest at him. I just threw it at him." She revealed her reason for the aggressive moment was simply because she was "angry". At the time, Chloe insisted the pair were still an item. She told her Instagram followers: "For anyone concerned, I am very much still in a relationship. The last few months been very hard for everyone involved." She seemed to be referring to his court case, in which he avoided prison time after winning an appeal against his six week prison sentence. He was initially charged and convicted of being in charge of a dangerously out-of-control dog. ‌ But after the appeal, he was given a further three-month suspended sentence. This was added to his 18-month suspended sentence for a drug-driving offence in March 2024. They then split, with Jack admitting in May they were living apart. He told the Sun: "Chloe and I haven't been in a great place. I'm living at my mum's and she has moved out of the house we lived in and into her own flat. "I don't know what will happen between us. I still love her. I doubt it's over for good. We've been through a hell of a lot in the past couple of years."
