Liberty Poole flaunts her curves in black bikini on her Mexico getaway as she hits back at vile trolls by declaring 'every body is a beach body'
Liberty Poole slammed cruel online trolls in her most recent bikini-clad Instagram post after she was body-shamed.
The Love Island star, 25, looked nothing short of sensational as she posed in a black bikini and matching Reebok cap amid her sun-soaked holiday in Mexico.
In the caption, the reality star - who often advocates for body positivity on her social platforms - caught the occasion to send a candid message to her trolls.
Killing them with kindness, Liberty wrote in her blunt statement: 'Just wanted to respond to the recent body shaming on social media by being happy and positive and sending the message that every body is a beach body
She continued: 'And have fun on your holidays because no one's gonna remember what your body once looked like in years or even days to come x.'
Fans praised the TV favourite for being authentic, and showered her with compliments in the comment section, penning:
'Myyyy favourite body ever ❤️❤️'; So beautiful & so true ❤️'; Beautiful ❤️'; So gorgeous'.
Meanwhile earlier on TikTok, Liberty shared a clip recording herself standing sideways in front of a mirror to show off her physique.
During the video her boyfriend Joshua Raybould was seen playfully giving her a pat on the bum as they both laughed.
She captioned the clip: 'This is my normal size 10-12 body. Yes I don't have a super flat stomach but it doesn't matter.'
'Everybody is different, I've always been a bit curvier and I shouldn't be body shamed for it.'
It was made as a response to a cruel troll commenting below another of her videos, telling her: 'Get the portion control under control.'
Her latest sizzling snaps come after Liberty won praise for her inspiring body-positive message in a previous post shared in March.
She posted a number of photos of herself in different lingerie and pyjama sets from Boux Avenue.
She showed off her slim physique in lacy pink bra and matching underwear, as well as a bright blue bra with a cheeky coordinating thong.
But Liberty added an empowering message to the scorching images, writing: 'Myth: Body positivity is only for curvier girls.
'Truth: Body positivity is for everyone. People of all sizes, shapes, colours abilities. It's about embracing and loving your body, no matter its size or shape.'
She added: Myth: Body positivity means you must love every single aspect of your body all the time.
'Truth: Body positivity is about accepting your body without the expectation of perfect self-love every moment.
'It's okay to have days where you don't feel great about your body. What matters is cultivating respect and acceptance.'
Liberty told her 1.3 million Instagram followers that you can still be body positive even if there are things you'd like to change about your physique.
She also stressed that body positivity is about more than just looks - to her, it's all about understanding and accepting how hard your body works for you, even from a health perspective.
She added in the caption: 'Clearing up some body positivity myths. It's a movement against societal pressure and unrealistic beauty standards.'
The Birmingham native rose to fame on the 2021 edition of Love Island where she famously split up with her on-screen partner, Jake Cornish, just days ahead of the final.
She returned to try her luck in the 2024 All Stars edition of the show but was sadly once again unsuccessful.
Liberty wants to use her reality TV platform to promote a body positive message after suffering from insecurities herself.
She told Closer: 'I remember going on Instagram when I was around 14 and seeing all these stunning girls who looked perfect, and even then as a young girl I never felt beautiful enough.
'I always wanted to improve myself in some way and I think that followed me throughout my teens. I remember looking in the mirror, thinking, "My nose is so big", and I never used to feel as pretty as these girls on social media.

Made In Chelsea's Caggie Dunlop likens birth of first child to 'being in a car crash' as she shares photos of newborn daughter
Made In Chelsea 's Caggie Dunlop has likened the birth of her first child to 'being in a car crash' as she shared photos of her newborn daughter on Thursday. The reality TV star, 36, who appeared on the E4 show for three series before leaving in 2012, welcomed her first child with her mystery boyfriend, on June 2. Giving a candid insight into the birth, Caggie uploaded some black and white photos to Instagram and described it as 'both horrific and magical.' She wrote: 'The first moment I held my daughter. Everything moves so fast. After nine slow months of pregnancy, labour arrives - and from that moment, it's one initiation after another. 'The challenges come thick and fast. I underestimated what recovering from birth would be like.' From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the DailyMail's new Showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. Caggie continued: 'Someone once described it as being in a car crash and then being handed the most precious thing imaginable to care for. And honestly… that feels pretty accurate. Motherhood is the ultimate paradox. So is birth. 'But maybe that's what it means to be a woman — not necessarily to become a mother, but to hold the complexities and multitudes within us. So much tender care…and yet, a wildness too. Pure, primal instinct. Deep, quiet strength. Intuition that roars. 'Birth is both horrific and magical. It's unimaginable what you go through. You might feel traumatised. And yet, if I were told I had to do it all again tomorrow for her — I would, in a heartbeat. 'Birth showed me I could be stretched to the very edge, seconds from breaking. And yet, I didn't break. I found a new depth. A new strength. A new edge. 'I'm in awe of my friends who are mothers. Of every woman who, behind closed doors, walks this path. 'How did I not know? It is not for the faint of heart. It is the work of warriors. 'If you're in the thick of it - the baby blues, the blurry early days - I'm sending you all the love I can. And a gentle reminder: just like every other phase you thought you wouldn't survive, you will rise from this too. 'Softer. Stronger. And with an even bigger heart. To birth a child, you contract. But you do so in order to expand. And the expansion is vast. Breathtaking. Sacred.' She wrote: 'The first moment I held my daughter. Everything moves so fast. After nine slow months of pregnancy, labour arrives - and from that moment, it's one initiation after another' She concluded: 'I'm doing my best to lean into rest and recovery — but I've been overly ambitious and set myself back once or twice. So this is also my reminder to myself: Go slow. Honour the sacredness of this time. The rest is not a pause. It's part of the becoming.' Earlier this year Caggie announced her pregnancy news alongside a video documenting the first months of her 'surreal' pregnancy journey, admitting she's 'in awe of her body and what women do and create.' Caggie shot to fame on MIC when the show launched over ten years ago as she joined the likes of Spencer Matthews, Hugo Taylor and Millie Mackintosh in the original line up. She had kept her love life relatively under wraps since leaving Made In Chelsea but does share the rare loved-up snap with her current partner. During her reality television days, Caggie's will they/won't they relationship with co-star Spencer - who is now married to Vogue Williams - was heavily documented. In terms of her career Caggie launched her very own podcast, Saturn Returns, during lockdown. On the podcast she chats to a plethora of experts on a whole range if subjects including sex and relationships, spirituality and diet culture. She previously reflected on her time on Made In Chelsea with Tatler, saying: 'Made in Chelsea gave me PTSD!' 'I wanted to be a certain person in order to fit in… I was living for other people, or [being] what I thought I needed to be. I wasn't really paying much attention to who I really was. I concealed the more melancholic aspects of myself that would write poetry.'

Love Island star unrecognisable in pre-hair transplant video
Footage uncovered on YouTube shows a Love Island star looking completely unrecognisable, prior to a hair transplant in Turkey. Harry Cooksley, 30, a contestant on this year's series of the ITV dating show, jetted off to Turkey in 2018 to undergo the procedure. Appearing in a YouTube video posted by the clinic he visited in Istanbul, Cooksley can be seen with much thinner hair as he chats to professionals ahead of the transplant. The semi-professional footballer, who now sports a mullet, described the procedure as 'the perfect experience'.
