The answer is 'YES.' Revenge of the Savage Planet is available on Xbox Game Pass. Not only that, this was a day-one Xbox Game Pass launch, that means it has been available on the popular subscription service from the game's release date itself. There are a total of two editions for the game: Standard Edition and
Cosmic Hoarder Edition
, which are priced at $35.99 and $44.99 respectively.
However, as the game is available on Xbox Game Pass, subscribers will be able to enjoy this title without spending a single penny for this title. Keep in mind, only the Standard edition is available on Game Pass, not the Cosmic Hoarder Edition, which grants several headstarts like cosmetics, early access, additional quests, rewards, and many more.
Also it's important to remember that Revenge of the Savage Planet is only available for the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate or the Game Pass PC subscribers, as it's not available for Game Pass Core and Game Pass Standard.
