But despite plans in motion, Katy is said to be "stressed" after her last album launch with "stress" putting strain on the relationship between her and her husband.
An insider has told People that the couple have endured a "rough patch" after she was disappointed with the reception for her album 143, which came out last September.
"Katy was deeply frustrated following the reception of her new album," a source told the outlet.
They explained how it made her "very stressed" and despite Orlando being "understanding" it did cause "some tension".
A second source then revealed: "She was also disappointed in some of the tour reviews. It's put stress on their relationship."
Meanwhile, a source speaking to Us Weekly stated: "They have been spending more and more time apart.
"They've grown apart and aren't living the same lives anymore."
'WEDDING DATE NEVER SET'
A different insider then told the outlet that despite having been engaged for six years, the two superstars never set a date for their nuptials.
The source claimed that they "never set a date for the wedding or got around to planning anything".
They also claimed "Orlando is 'over it'," adding that "things aren't good".
The U.S. Sun approached both Katy and Orlando's representatives for comment.
Last autumn, ahead of Katy's album launch, things between the pair seemed to be on the right track when they packed on PDA at the MTV VMAs.
Orlando announced Katy by her real name as he presented her with the iconic Vanguard award at the ceremony on September 12.
Fans were stunned when Orlando, whom Katy has been in a relationship with since 2016, announced the winner of the award as Katheryn Hudson.
Katy Perry & Orlando Bloom's Relationship Timeline
Fans have followed Katy and Orlando's relationship since it began in 2016. Here's a breakdown of their romance.
The lovebirds met in January 2016 at a Golden Globes afterparty.
That May, the pair made their relationship Instagram official.
Katy and Orlando broke up in February 2017, which their reps confirmed after fans noticed they kept their distance at the Vanity Fair Oscars party.
They reunited a year later on vacation in Prague.
In September 2018, the duo made their red carpet debut at the Gala for the Global Ocean at the Opera of Monte-Carlo in Monaco.
Orlando popped the question on Valentine's Day the following year.
In March 2019, Orlando revealed he sold his home and had moved in with Katy.
In March 2020, the couple announced they were expecting their first child together, whom they welcomed on August 26.
Shortly before their daughter Daisy Dove's second birthday, Katy teased that she wanted to have more children with her fiance.
In May 2024, Katy had fans convinced she was pregnant again when she posted a photo of her holding a positive pregnancy test. She followed with throwback photos and videos of her sharing the news of her first pregnancy.
GUSHING SPEECH AND PDA
"Give it up for our newest Video Vanguard, Katheryn Hudson," Orlando said when presenting the award in the UBS Arena last fall.
Orlando sweetly referenced the singer's birth name, before adding, "Katy Perry!"
He then added, "You fell in love with her as Katy Perry, I fell in love with her as Katheryn Hudson.
"You know her as a global superstar who brings love, light and her unique sense of humor into every song she writes and every music video she creates.
"I know her as a mother, as a partner who brings that same love and joy to our family," he went on.
Not only did he give a gushing and glowing speech about his wife-to-be, but they even embraced on-stage and shared a very public smooch, too.

Paul McCartney says ‘musical genius' Brian Wilson was ‘bright shining light'
Sir Paul McCartney has said The Beach Boys star Brian Wilson was a 'musical genius' and a 'bright shining light' after his death aged 82. The 82-year-old Beatles bass player has previously cited Wilson's work as an inspiration for his own, and collaborated with him on Wilson's 2014 solo album Gettin' In Over My Head. Advertisement He also took part in his induction into the Songwriters Hall Of Fame in 2000. View this post on Instagram A post shared by Paul McCartney (@paulmccartney) 'The notes he heard in his head and passed to us were simple and brilliant at the same time. In a post on Instagram, Sir Paul said: 'Brian had that mysterious sense of musical genius that made his songs so achingly special. 'I loved him, and was privileged to be around his bright shining light for a little while. How we will continue without Brian Wilson, 'God Only Knows'. Thank you, Brian.' His tribute comes after the surviving original members of The Beach Boys honoured the 'genius' of Wilson. Advertisement His cousin Mike Love, 84, said Wilson's 'musical gifts were unmatched' while Al Jardine described his bandmate as 'my brother in spirit'. Wilson was the eldest and last surviving of the three brothers who formed the American rock band with Love and school friend Jardine in 1961. 'The melodies he dreamed up, the emotions he poured into every note – Brian changed the course of music forever,' Love wrote in a lengthy post on Facebook, saying there was 'something otherworldly' about Wilson. 'Like all families, we had our ups and downs. But through it all, we never stopped loving each other, and I never stopped being in awe of what he could do when he sat at a piano or his spontaneity in the studio.' Advertisement Describing Wilson as 'fragile, intense, funny' and 'one of a kind', he said his music 'allowed us to show the world what vulnerability and brilliance sound like in harmony'. 'Brian, you once asked 'Wouldn't it be nice if we were older?'. Now you are timeless,' he wrote. Posting a picture of himself with Wilson on Facebook, Jardine, 82, said: 'I will always feel blessed that you were in our lives as long as you were.' 'You were a humble giant who always made me laugh and we will celebrate your music forever.' Advertisement On Wednesday, Wilson's family said in a statement to his website: 'We are heartbroken to announce that our beloved father Brian Wilson has passed away. We are at a loss for words right now. Please respect our privacy at this time as our family is grieving.' Sir Elton John posted on Instagram, saying Wilson was 'always so kind to me' and 'the biggest influence on my songwriting ever'. 'He was a musical genius and revolutionary,' he wrote. 'He changed the goalposts when it came to writing songs and changed music forever. A true giant.' Bob Dylan was among other musical stars to pay tribute, with the 84-year-old posting on X that he was thinking 'about all the years I've been listening to him and admiring his genius'. Advertisement Fellow singer-songwriter Carole King, 83, described Wilson as 'my friend and my brother in songwriting' while former Velvet Underground member John Cale said on X he was 'a true musical genius toiling away at melding POP into startling sophistication'. Heard the sad news about Brian today and thought about all the years I've been listening to him and admiring his genius. Rest in peace dear Brian. — Bob Dylan (@bobdylan) June 11, 2025 Rolling Stones guitarist Ronnie Wood, 78, paid tribute to Wilson and US musician Sly Stone, who died earlier this week, in a social media post, saying: 'Oh no Brian Wilson and Sly Stone in one week – my world is in mourning, so sad.' His bandmate Keith Richards, 81, posted an extract of his 2010 memoir, Life, on Instagram recalling hearing The Beach Boys for the first time on the radio and his reaction to their 1966 album Pet Sounds. The extract reads: 'When we first got to American and to LA, there was a lot of Beach Boys on the radio, which was pretty funny to us – it was before Pet Sounds – it was hot rod songs and surfing songs, pretty lousily played, familiar Chuck Berry licks going on… 'It was later on, listening to Pet Sounds, well, it's a little bit overproduced for me, but Brian Wilson had something.' Sean Ono Lennon, the son of John Lennon and Yoko Ono, described Wilson as 'our American Mozart' in a post on X while The Monkees drummer Micky Dolenz said 'his melodies shaped generations, and his soul resonated in every note'. We are heartbroken to announced that our beloved father Brian Wilson has passed away. We are at a loss for words right now. Please respect our privacy at this time as our family grieving. We realize that we are sharing our grief with the world. Love & Mercy — Brian Wilson (@BrianWilsonLive) June 11, 2025 Wilson was born on June 20 1942, and began to play the piano and teach his brothers to sing harmony as a young boy. The Beach Boys started as a neighbourhood act, rehearsing in Wilson's bedroom and in the garage of their house in suburban Hawthorne, California with Wilson playing bass alongside his brothers Dennis as the drummer and Carl on lead guitar. The band were managed by the trio's father, Murry Wilson, but by mid-decade he had been displaced and Brian, who had been running the band's recording sessions almost from the start, was in charge. They released their most recognised album, Pet Sounds, in May 1966 which included the well known songs Wouldn't It Be Nice and God Only Knows. Wilson married singer Marilyn Rovell in 1964 and the couple welcomed daughters Carnie and Wendy, whom he became estranged from following their divorce. The Beach Boys' Carl Wilson, Al Jardine, Dennis Wilson, Brian Wilson and Mike Love (PA) He later reconciled with them and they sang together on the 1997 album The Wilsons, which was also the name of a music group formed by Carnie and Wendy following the break-up of pop vocal group Wilson Phillips. Wilson, who had dealt with mental health and drug problems, got his life back on track in the 1990s and married talent manager Melinda Ledbetter. When Ledbetter died last year, Wilson said their five children, Daria, Delanie, Dylan, Dash and Dakota, were 'in tears'. Wilson was also embroiled in multiple lawsuits some of which followed from the release of his 1991 autobiography, Wouldn't It Be Nice: My Own Story. The Beach Boys were inducted into the Rock And Roll Hall of Fame in 1988 and received a Lifetime Achievement Grammy Award in 2001. Wilson's brother Dennis died in 1983 while Carl died in 1998.

The real reason Dakota Johnson and Chris Martin split as insider reveals what finally made her walk away
Dakota Johnson was ready to walk down the aisle — but Chris Martin wasn't, and it cost them their relationship. The nepo baby actress, 35, and the Coldplay frontman, 48, began dating in 2017, got engaged years later, and on June 4, it was revealed they had quietly called it quits. A source told 'Their relationship has been over for a long time, they just haven't been able to figure out how to make it official.' As fans spiraled over the A-list breakup, another insider revealed the real reason behind the split on Tuesday: Martin's cold feet. 'She was sick of him dragging his feet on setting a date for the wedding,' a source told Page Six. The news comes just days after Martin sparked speculation with a cryptic shout-out to Dakota at Coldplay's Las Vegas show on Friday. 'Thank you so much everybody,' the Paradise singer said to the sold-out crowd at Allegiant Stadium, before unexpectedly referencing Johnson's latest film. 'Be kind to yourself, be kind to each other,' he admonished before adding, 'Don't forget to see Materialists! We love you!' in video shared by Deuxmoi. While the person who shot the video seemed to think the promotion meant 'THEYRE NOT BROKEN UP,' others disagreed. 'I can totally seeing him supporting her even after the break up,' another stated. 'You can breakup with someone and still be supportive. Look at him and GP,' said one fan, referring to the hitmaker's successful relationship with ex-wife Gwyneth Paltrow. 'I mean, didn't he help pioneer conscious uncoupling?' asked a fan, referring to the way Martin and Paltrow formally parted in 2014, although their divorce was not finalized until two years later. Reps for the pair have not officially confirmed their split. Last week, source said the 50 Shades of Grey star 'held a flame for them to be together because she loved him so much and loved his kids so much.' The insider continued: 'Dakota is devastated that she isn't going to be around his kids as much anymore, but wants them to know that she is always there for them.' They added that there is a chance the pair may reconcile but 'right now, being separated will do wonders if they were to have any type of future together.' DailyMail first reported trouble between the pair in August 2024 but a rep later confirmed they were still together. The pair had a brief rumored split in 2019 which was alleged to be over Martin pushing for them to have children, but they quickly got back together. Martin famously split from Paltrow the mother of his two children Apple, 21, and Moses, 19, in March 2014 after ten years of marriage. The then-Hollywood power couple described their separation at the time as a 'conscious uncoupling' and had their divorce finalized in July 2016. Martin was reported to be in an on-and-off relationship with actress Annabelle Wallis before they split in August 2017. He was first seen with Dakota at a sushi restaurant in Los Angeles in October 2017 when they were reported to be 'cozy, laughing and affectionate'. Dakota, the daughter of Don Johnson, 75, and Melanie Griffith, 68, was spotted a month later at a Coldplay concert in Buenos Aires, Argentina, leading to fans posing social media pictures of her enjoying the show. The couple were seen out on more dates around Los Angeles in early 2018. But it was nearly a year later that they made their first openly public appearance together at Stella McCartney's Autumn 2018 Collection show in LA. Dakota appeared to confirm her relationship with Martin in an interview with Tatler in September 2018 when she said: 'I'm not going to talk about it, but I am very happy.' The following November, she is said to have met Paltrow, her new husband Brad Falchuk, and Martin's children at a Thanksgiving dinner A source told PEOPLE at the time: 'They're a total modern family and had a great time celebrating together.' The couple were spotted again with Paltrow and Falchuk on the beach in the Hamptons, New York, in August 2019. Paltrow opened up about her ex-husband's relationship with Dakota in a 2020 interview with Harper's Bazaar, describing how the actress had become part of her family. She said: 'I love her. I can see how it would seem weird because it's sort of unconventional. But I think, in this case, just having passed through it iteratively, I just adore her.' Johnson gushed over Martin's children in a 2024 interview, saying: 'I love those kids like my life depends on it. With all my heart.'

I've never been someone who's really thought about a wedding, or dreamed about what kind of bride I would be. All of a sudden, I'm like: 'Oh, what would I wear?'' 'I'd love to have kids one day. But it's like the constant question of when would there ever be a good time — how it would fit in with my job and how it would work if I went on tour, and how much time out I'd have to take. 'I think it's just one of those things that's going to happen when it happens. I love kids, but I think there's so much more to raising a child than just loving children.' I feel very empowered and strong in my body. I feel good when I'm sharing my energy with people on stage. 'There's just so much of that that makes me really proud of my body and the way it holds me.'
