Meraas has launched a new residential project in Dubai's d3. The 45-storey Atélis residential project was designed by SOM and will be located on the Creekside shoreline.
Atélis will feature 280 residences with a range of one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments. Inspired by the UAE's desert flower, the tower will boast a distinctive facade defined by curved, petal like balconies. The terraces not only create a distinct appearance but also provide shade, enhancing the building's environmental performance while offering waterfront views and Dubai's skyline.
Atélis at d3 includes three exclusive duplex sky villas, each of which features a private terrace overlooking the cityscape along with two penthouses with double height living spaces and a statement staircase, combination of space, design, and views.

Atélis at d3 fosters an experience of tranquillity, wellness, and recreation, by a resort like ambiance. The project offers three floors of amenities, with co working spaces, entertainment room, children's learning area, and a multi-purpose room that extends to the outdoor gardens on the ground floor. One entire floor features spa and wellness amenities, including a gym, infinity pool with lounges and a reading lawn.
The project forms part of d3's upcoming expansion, which will play a vital role in meeting the demand from global customers in the design, fashion, and creative industries. The expansion project, which includes the development of six Grade-A office buildings, will add more gross leasable area (GLA) to the district, making d3 the destination of choice for creative minds around the world.
The new development will feature office spaces built in line with LEED certification standards, and is set for completion by H1 2028. The project will also include sports facilities, community spaces, ample parking, fine dining options, all surrounding the residential developments.

Key features of the new suite include: Centralized tendering and bid management Real-time cost control and scheduling dashboards AI-enhanced document and RFI management Built-in ESG and carbon analytics Digital twin integration Mobile-enabled tools for task tracking and site access At the heart of the platform is an 'interoperability-first approach.' This connected layer allows clients to continue using their preferred tools while enabling improved visibility and data flow. Omnix revealed that its solutions are compatible with existing software and support plug-and-play integration. The approach bridges data across design, construction, and operations phases. Early implementations are already in progress. Broader deployment is planned for 2025 and 2026. The company confirmed that this phased rollout will allow it to refine the solution based on real-world feedback and ensure alignment with regional workflows and standards. Omnix's construction technology expertise includes BIM, project management, AI, digital twin tech, and secure cloud infrastructure. The company employs certified professionals in PMP, LEED, and analytics to support scalable, future-ready construction solutions.

Sheikh Hamdan tours Dubai Diamond Exchange
, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence, visited Dubai Diamond Exchange on Monday. Sheikh Hamdan made the visit as part of a tour of Dubai Multi-Commodities Centre, which hosts the exchange that recently reached the milestone of trading more than one billion carats of rough and polished diamonds over the past five years, the emirate's media office reported. 'The visit provided the opportunity to see first-hand how DMCC continues to play a central role in driving global trade and investment flows to Dubai, positioning the emirate as a world-class business hub,' said Sheikh Hamdan. 'As we advance our economic diversification journey under the Dubai Economic Agenda D33, DMCC is leading the way in building high-performance, globally connected ecosystems that attract innovation, talent and capital across priority sectors.' Along with the visit DMCC unveiled its Strategy 2033, which places specialised industry ecosystems at the heart of its growth for the coming decade. Dubai's Meraas awards AED300m contract for Madinat Jumeirah Living Elara project
Meraas, a member of Dubai Holding Real Estate, announced awarding a construction contract worth over AED 300 million to Al Sahel Contracting Company for Elara, Phase 7 of the Madinat Jumeirah Living master plan. The renewed contract follows the successful completion and handover of the first four phases of the project. Featuring seafront views and stunning architecture, Madinat Jumeirah Living combines modern comfort with traditional elegance, offering residents elevated community living with the iconic Jumeirah Burj Al Arab as a backdrop. Al Sahel is currently developing the fifth phase of the project, now in its final stages of completion.
