Davide Ancelotti 'interested' in Deportivo as Rangers boss search faces two pronged hijack attempt
The Glasgow giants are not the only club chasing the Italian coach this summer
In-demand Davide Ancelotti is reportedly "interested" in stepping into the Deportivo La Coruna hotseat - despite surging ahead as the favourite for the Rangers job.
His dad Carlo revealed on Wednesday that Ancelotti was in talks with multiple clubs about stepping into the top job in the dugout after leaving Real Madrid.

US pharmaceutical tycoon Andrew Cavenagh - who is spearheading the San Francisco 49ers-backed takeover of Rangers - is lining up face-to-face talks with Ancelotti and Russell Martin after Record Sport exclusively revealed Steven Gerrard has turned down the chance to be considered for the vacancy.
But there could also be a battle to land Ancelotti with reports in Spain claiming that Ancelotti is keen on a switch to the Segunda Division after an ambitious approach.
Estadio Deportivo report that current boss Oscar Gilsanz's future has yet to be decided after a disappointing campaign which failed to end in promotion to La Liga.
It is claimed the club has "expressed interest" in an appointment which has caught the attention of Ancelotti despite ongoing talks with Rangers with the opportunity "in his sights".
And the Scottish Premiership side could be facing a second attempted hijack of the deal from newly-promoted Serie A side Pisa.
Sesta Sports claim that the Italian coach has seen his named floated as a replacement for Filippo Inzaghi.
The former Italy striker faces an uncertain future despite leading the club back to the Italian top flight after breakdown in the relationship with the club's owner Alexander Knaster and CEO Giovanni Corrado.
It is claimed that Ancelotti's name has been "suggested" as a replacement with a Light Blues' contract still to be signed.
