Jessica Biel, 43, admits her 'peak shape' is 'not maintainable' without strict workouts
The 43-year-old Emmy nominee was responding to a fan who complimented how toned and taut her body looked while wearing the $1,190 white Proenza Schouler 'Selena Twist Back Crepe' dress in her new Prime Video series, The Better Sister.
'Everyone is talking...about the white dress and how do we stay strong as we get older. Specifically, as women, how do we keep our back strong?' Jessica - who boasts 19.3M social media followers - told TikTok last Thursday.
'That peak shape in the show is not maintainable unless you are living the strictest, most rigid lifestyle with your nutrition and fitness, which I cannot do. I'm currently back on my plan to get a little bit back towards that shape.'
Biel proceeded to perform several sets of hip thrusts, Romanian deadlifts, hamstring curls, goblet step through lunges, cable med glute kickbacks, and kettlebell deadbugs in the gym.
'I'm tired. My body's not 20 years old anymore, you know? So I'm adjusting my workout to what I need to do,' the Fatal Destination producer-narrator admitted.
'You've got to build muscle. That's a key part of my particular routine. And a ton of flexibility. I hope it wasn't totally boring. Thanks for checking it out. Let's get older and stronger together!'
And it's clearly paid off for Jessica, whose husband Justin Timberlake told her that her 'a** was poppin' in her new asymmetrical patterned dress and leather jacket.
'Look at you!' the 44-year-old pop star gushed on Instagram Sunday.
'Okay, uh-huh! With the jacket, hmm. Wow! Looks so good! It's super cute. You look so cute. I'm going to make you wear that around [our Montana home] just like when we go to get gas and stuff. So cute! No, your a** is poppin.'
Biel reposted Justin's video and wrote: 'It's always a good night when your husband says your a** is poppin'.'
On July 31, the married couple of 12 years will celebrate the fifth birthday of their son Phineas, and they're also proud parents of 10-year-old son Silas.
Timberlake and the Tennessee-born brunette originally met in 2007 while snowboarding with a group of friends in Park City, UT.
Before Jessica - the 10-time Grammy winner reportedly romanced the likes of Fergie, Britney Spears, Jenna Dewan, Alyssa Milano, Emma Bunton, Tatyana Ali, Cameron Diaz, and Lindsay Lohan.
Before Justin - Biel was said to have previously dated her 7th Heaven co-star Adam LaVorgna, her Cellular/London co-star Chris Evans, and retired New York Yankee Derek Jeter.
Timberlake is next scheduled to bring his $205.2M-grossing, 121-date The Forget Tomorrow World Tour to Romania's Bonțida Bánffy Castle in Bonțida this Thursday.
Biel confessed: 'That peak shape in the show is not maintainable unless you are living the strictest, most rigid lifestyle with your nutrition and fitness, which I cannot do. I'm currently back on my plan to get a little bit back towards that shape'

On September 13, the No Angels singer pled guilty to driving while impaired, paid $760 in fines, agreed to do 25 hours of community service at a non-profit of his choice, and had his New York license suspended for 90 days.
Justin - who refused to take a breathlyzer test - successfully avoided a criminal DWI charge and infractions for running a stop sign and failure to keep in his lane stemming from his June 18, 2024 arrest in Sag Harbor, NY.
Meanwhile, the Golden Globe nominee's upcoming acting projects include Apple TV+ adventure comedy Matchbox alongside John Cena and Kyle Marvin's Yosemite mountain climbing drama Batso alongside Ethan Hawke.

Bond girl, 76, who upset Roger Moore's wife after a first-of-its-kind love scene, looks unrecognizable in LA
The actress who made Bond history as 007's first Black love interest looked effortlessly glamorous during a rare outing in Los Angeles on Thursday—nearly 50 years after her breakout role in Live and Let Die. The former model, now 76, was spotted running errands in a chic, casual ensemble, proving she's still got the same star power that turned heads in 1973 when she starred opposite Roger Moore in his first turn as James Bond. Her steamy, groundbreaking scenes with Moore made headlines and, as he later revealed in his memoir, caused real-life tension with his then-wife, Luisa Mattioli. The Bond flick itself came with major star power: Live and Let Die featured a title track written and performed by Paul McCartney and Wings, becoming a classic in its own right. Before landing the iconic role, the American beauty had worked as a Playboy Bunny at the New York Playboy Club and made her acting debut in For Love of Ivy—a 1968 film directed by Sidney Poitier. So who is the trailblazing star who helped redefine the Bond girl legacy? The actress who made Bond history as 007's first Black love interest looked effortlessly glamorous during a rare outing in Los Angeles on Thursday—nearly 50 years after her breakout role in Live and Let Die If you guessed Gloria Hendry, you nailed it. Florida-born Hendry took on the role of Rosie Carver, the ill-fated CIA agent who meets a tragic end in Bond's arms. Her sultry scenes with Moore launched her into the spotlight, as Live and Let Die became a cultural milestone. But while the chemistry sizzled on screen, it reportedly stirred tension behind the scenes. In his memoir, Moore admitted that their love scene didn't sit well with his wife at the time, Mattioli. 'As Bond, I make love to Rosie Carver, played by the beautiful Black actress Gloria Hendry,' Moore wrote. 'And my wife Luisa has learned from certain Louisiana ladies that if there is a scene like that they won't go to see the picture. 'I personally don't give a damn, and it makes me all the more determined to play the scene.' Due to the film's depiction of an interracial romance, Moore and Hendry's scene was controversially cut from screenings in apartheid-era South Africa, where such relationships were banned by law. Trina Parks broke ground as the first Black actress cast in a Bond film, appearing as the fierce and formidable Thumper opposite Sean Connery in Diamonds Are Forever (1971). While she didn't share romantic scenes with 007, Parks made her mark as one of his most memorable female foes. Two years later, Hendry made history as the first Black Bond girl to share an on-screen romance with the iconic spy. More than a decade after Hendry, Grace Jones stormed onto the screen in 1985's A View to a Kill, playing the unforgettable May Day—a deadly henchwoman with undeniable presence, again opposite Moore. In 2002, Halle Berry turned heads as Jinx in Die Another Day, becoming the first Black Bond girl in 17 years and making an instant impact opposite Pierce Brosnan. Then came Naomie Harris, who brought a new energy to the franchise as Eve Moneypenny in Skyfall (2012) and Spectre (2015), helping redefine the role of Bond's female counterparts for a modern era.

Taylor Swift's boy toy! Travis Kelce 'looks like he's 20' after losing weight in offseason, says Chiefs coach
Travis Kelce 's gruelling summer is already paying off on the football field, his Kansas City Chiefs coach Andy Reid has said. Kelce, 35, nearly retired after the Chiefs were destroyed by the Philadelphia Eagles in February's Super Bowl in New Orleans. The emphatic 40-22 scoreline actually flattered the Chiefs and Kelce's struggles to get open encapsualted a season where he failed to find his best form. He finished the game with four catches for 39 yards. But after deciding to play on, Kelce regrouped and spend summer getting into the best shape of his life. He worked with a personal trainer in Boca Raton, Florida and even cut out Taylor Swift 's pop tarts to shed some extra pounds. After reporting back to Chiefs camp at St. Joe's for the upcoming 2025 season, coach Reid couldn't be happier with the condition of his star tight end. 'He's svelte right now,' Reid beamed. 'He looks like he's 20. He's doing a good job. He's in great shape. 'I'm not sure he didn't come in first during the whole conditioning thing, he was right up front. You can see he's been working out. 'You saw him yesterday on the long run where he had the burst. He's done a nice job. He's worked hard to get to this spot.' It comes as Kelce went 'Instagram official' with Swift, 35, with an array of pictures of the high-profile couple that hadn't been seen before. They included pictures of Kelce spending time with Swift's brother, Austin, while Swifties also spotted that Kelce's phone background is a picture of him and the singer. Speaking last month, Kelce dismissed rumors that he had shedded 25 pounds but admitted he had been training hard in the offseason. He said: 'Each year is different man, you gotta rebuild it. This year, I got some time to really focus on some things in the offseason that I just didn't have time for last year. I'm certainly feeling good and I think it will pay off, man.' Last season, Kelce recorded a career-low 823 yards and 97 receptions. But he still entered the history books when his Christmas Day touchdown against the Pittsbugh Steelers saw him overtake Tony Gonzalez as the highest touchdown scorer in franchise history with a tally of 77. The Chiefs begin the season on Friday, September 5 in Sao Paulo, Brazil against Los Angeles Chargers. In Week 2, it's a Super Bowl rematch as the Chiefs host the Eagles at Arrowhead Stadium before heading to New York in Week 3 to take on the Giants. This season is also the last on Kelce's current contract with the Chiefs, meaning he will have a decision to make about his future in the game after this year. His teammate, Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, said in May that Kelce is clearly determined as ever for success. 'If it's the last ride, you would never know,' Mahomes said. 'The way he's talking about football, the way he's talking about working and trying to be even better this year than he was last year. 'He doesn't seem like a guy like it's his last ride, like he's tired of the job.'
