Jessica Biel, 43, admits her 'peak shape' is 'not maintainable' without strict workouts
The 43-year-old Emmy nominee was responding to a fan who complimented how toned and taut her body looked while wearing the $1,190 white Proenza Schouler 'Selena Twist Back Crepe' dress in her new Prime Video series, The Better Sister.
'Everyone is talking...about the white dress and how do we stay strong as we get older. Specifically, as women, how do we keep our back strong?' Jessica - who boasts 19.3M social media followers - told TikTok last Thursday.
'That peak shape in the show is not maintainable unless you are living the strictest, most rigid lifestyle with your nutrition and fitness, which I cannot do. I'm currently back on my plan to get a little bit back towards that shape.'
Biel proceeded to perform several sets of hip thrusts, Romanian deadlifts, hamstring curls, goblet step through lunges, cable med glute kickbacks, and kettlebell deadbugs in the gym.
'I'm tired. My body's not 20 years old anymore, you know? So I'm adjusting my workout to what I need to do,' the Fatal Destination producer-narrator admitted.
'You've got to build muscle. That's a key part of my particular routine. And a ton of flexibility. I hope it wasn't totally boring. Thanks for checking it out. Let's get older and stronger together!'
And it's clearly paid off for Jessica, whose husband Justin Timberlake told her that her 'a** was poppin' in her new asymmetrical patterned dress and leather jacket.
'Look at you!' the 44-year-old pop star gushed on Instagram Sunday.
'Okay, uh-huh! With the jacket, hmm. Wow! Looks so good! It's super cute. You look so cute. I'm going to make you wear that around [our Montana home] just like when we go to get gas and stuff. So cute! No, your a** is poppin.'
Biel reposted Justin's video and wrote: 'It's always a good night when your husband says your a** is poppin'.'
On July 31, the married couple of 12 years will celebrate the fifth birthday of their son Phineas, and they're also proud parents of 10-year-old son Silas.
Timberlake and the Tennessee-born brunette originally met in 2007 while snowboarding with a group of friends in Park City, UT.
Before Jessica - the 10-time Grammy winner reportedly romanced the likes of Fergie, Britney Spears, Jenna Dewan, Alyssa Milano, Emma Bunton, Tatyana Ali, Cameron Diaz, and Lindsay Lohan.
Before Justin - Biel was said to have previously dated her 7th Heaven co-star Adam LaVorgna, her Cellular/London co-star Chris Evans, and retired New York Yankee Derek Jeter.
Timberlake is next scheduled to bring his $205.2M-grossing, 121-date The Forget Tomorrow World Tour to Romania's Bonțida Bánffy Castle in Bonțida this Thursday.
Biel confessed: 'That peak shape in the show is not maintainable unless you are living the strictest, most rigid lifestyle with your nutrition and fitness, which I cannot do. I'm currently back on my plan to get a little bit back towards that shape'

On September 13, the No Angels singer pled guilty to driving while impaired, paid $760 in fines, agreed to do 25 hours of community service at a non-profit of his choice, and had his New York license suspended for 90 days.
Justin - who refused to take a breathlyzer test - successfully avoided a criminal DWI charge and infractions for running a stop sign and failure to keep in his lane stemming from his June 18, 2024 arrest in Sag Harbor, NY.
Meanwhile, the Golden Globe nominee's upcoming acting projects include Apple TV+ adventure comedy Matchbox alongside John Cena and Kyle Marvin's Yosemite mountain climbing drama Batso alongside Ethan Hawke.

Paris Jackson sparks concern as she appears to cry during solo stroll weeks after anniversary of dad Michael's death
Michael Jackson 's daughter Paris Jackson sparked concern on Wednesday while taking a walk in Malibu. The 27-year-old model and musician became visibly emotional and appeared to burst into tears during her solo stroll. The outing comes at a difficult time for Paris, just weeks after the 16th anniversary of her famous father's death and following fan backlash over her scheduled performance that day. Dressed for the sunny weather, Paris wore a brown short-sleeve shirt, grey biking shorts, and a pair of chunky sneakers with grey socks. She also accessorized with a number of bracelets and necklaces. Her platinum blonde tresses were pulled into a messy ponytail. Last month Paris also seemed to be showing the strain when she was spotted on a tense outing with her fiancé Justin Long, 46, in Malibu. Paris' iconic father Michael died on June 25, 2009 at age 50 from acute Propofol intoxication, which caused the singer to go into cardiac arrest. Last month the daughter of Debbie Rowe fired back at her fans via Instagram Stories, after they criticized her for having a performance on the day of his death anniversary. According to an account from People, Paris said to her five million followers, 'So people are mad again. I guess one of the dates I'm supposed to be going out on tour (with Incubus and Manchester Orchestra) happens to be June 25, which is a very negative anniversary for me in my life and my family.' She continued in the video post, 'So, what I guess I have to explain to these people is that when you're not headlining these shows, you don't pick what date you perform.' The blonde music artist also underscored that she is not getting lavish accommodations as an opening act. 'It's just me and my acoustic guitar and my sound guy, who happens to be my fiancé,' she said in reference to her husband-to-be, Justin. 'So we're gonna be in a soccer mom van.' Paris noted that she volunteered to be part of the tour and wouldn't step down over the date. 'So, I'm gonna tell 'em, "Sorry, guys, we can't perform on this date?"' she posited, facetiously, adding, 'F*** you.' The songstress also reposted, via Instagram Stories, what appeared to be a comment or caption from a fan account. It read in part, 'Note to admins: It is unacceptable to judge someone else's pain and grief based on information from the internet. 'Judging Paris' respect for her father from an outside perspective is unfair. June 25 may intensify our pain as fans, but she lives with the loss of her father daily.' Paris added a simple response: 'thx fam.' In March it was announced by Incubus that Jackson and Manchester Orchestra would be hitting the road with them for their Morning View + The Hits tour throughout the US and UK. On June 25 - the 16th anniversary of Michael's death - the tour was in Nashville, Tennessee. Michael had three children including Paris with his second wife Debbie, including Prince, 28, and Bigi, 23. Ahead of the anniversary last month Paris was also seen tearing up before her fiancé Justin tried to comfort her with an embrace. Earlier this month she posed topless in a racy Instagram snap alongside Justin in California. Paris looked relaxed as she enjoyed the sunshine and a dip in the water with the producer. In another snap, she smiled for a selfie with her partner, who she got engaged to in December after two years of dating. She captioned one of the stories 'home sweet California', in reference to growing up in the state on her late father's Neverland ranch. Paris and Justin met in 2022 and their relationship was professional before it was romantic. 'Happy birthday my sweet blue,' she wrote in a birthday tribute announcing their engagement last December. She added, 'Doing life with you these last years has been an indescribable whirlwind, and I couldn't dream of anyone more perfect for me to do it all with. Thank you for letting me be yours. I love you.' According to his LinkedIn Justin attended college in Indiana at Grace College & Seminary, where he graduated in 2007 with a bachelor's degree in marketing and business administration. He transitioned to music full-time in 2013 and has worked with artists including Grace Potter, The Wombats and Sleater-Kinney.

The 30 best films on Disney+ to watch now
With Disney+, the clue is very much in the name: there's a lot more on there than just the classic catalogue we'd usually call Disney. Following their acquisitions of Pixar (2006), Marvel (2009), Lucasfilm (2012), and – biggest of all – 20th Century Fox (2019), the service went live with all of those separate coffers jam-packed. Many families own it chiefly for animated favourites old and new, so I've devoted about half of this list to cherry-picking those. Every Star Wars sequel (plus the TV spin-offs) is available, of course; ditto every entry in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. I've only picked one favourite apiece in those canons, but franchise devotees will doubtless know their way around that content already. What's less foregrounded is some of the more adult-targeted Fox content, from a pretty broad range of genres, so this dominates the back end of my list. Yes, Avatar and its sequel are streamable, too, but there's a lot more to the studio's back catalogue than effects blockbusters. It would be a real blessing if Disney would license Fox's golden oldies – couldn't we have Laura (1944) or My Darling Clementine (1946) or All About Eve (1950)? For the time being, though, there's some splendid rummaging to be done in the past half-century. Skip to: Animation Musicals Comedy/Drama Fantasy and Sci-fi War Animation Moana (2016)
