Rylan Clark sheds light on 'intense' journey as he declares 'love' for ITV co-star
Rylan Clark has gushed over his 'love' for his former ITV co-star, as the pair opened up to one another on the presenter's BBC Radio 2 show Radio host Rylan Clark has openly expressed his love and admiration for his co-star, who he first met while finding fame on an ITV show. The 36-year-old ex-contestant was chatting to the singer-songwriter on his Radio 2 programme about her latest book when he burst into glowing praise. Rylan was speaking with former X Factor judge Tulisa, 37, following the launch of her new memoir 'Judgement: Love, Trials, and Tribulations', chronicling her life and career journey. Tulisa rose to stardom as the lead singer of N-Dubz, before penning several books and featuring on various TV shows including I'm A Me Out of Here!. Chatting to his friend on his BBC Radio 2 programme, fellow writer Rylan showered Tulisa with compliments over her book's brilliant reception. He said: "I've got to say I'm also an author, Tulisa. I'm also an author. So far, it's doing incredible, it's, like, on the Amazon best sellers list already. It's all kicking off. For anyone out there, we had this chat last night, you know I'm a Tulisa fan, I love you to bits. "But for anyone, you don't even need to know who you are to read this story, because it is so intense. It is literally, I can already see the film, clearly, it's going to be Jennifer Lawrence playing you." This marks another occasion the pair have supported one another in the chaotic realm of entertainment. In an Instagram post shared months ago, Rylan declared: "Never been prouder @tulisacontostavlos. From 2012 to now we've been through a lot and I'm so proud we stayed by each others side. Now it's time for everyone to know your truth. "We've never publicised it, we've just been there for eachother. I'm so happy your words will now be heard by everyone. Tulisa's book Judgement is out now x #Day1 x." In response, Tulisa replied: "Love you will all my heart you beautiful earth angel." (sic) In recent years Tulisa has spoken about the difficult period she endured in the public eye, saying that she had tried to end her own life following being deceived in a sting operation by 'Fake Sheikh' Mazher Mahmood. Although she faced charges for supplying class A drugs, her case was thrown out when it came to light that Mahmood had lied in court. She revealed that her "year from hell" had driven her to attempt suicide on two occasions. Discussing the ordeal on This Morning, Tulisa said: "The first attempt was quite light in a sense...I was very drunk and I wasn't sure, just go for it, I've had enough. "It was the second time that after the trial had finished then I had time to really process everything that happened was the real kicker. Surviving that was a miracle." When asked about her feelings in 2025, she said that there were long-term effects on how she interacted with people. Tulisa admitted: "I don't think I'll ever trust in the same way again but I am someone who has a logical head on their shoulders. I hope for the best in people I'm not a negative person, I'm not looking for negative things in someone."

Inside Katie Price's first Mucky Mansion which was 'cramped' and littered in rubbish
Katie Price vacated her £2 million sprawling Sussex family home last year following bankruptcy but long before she lived in a cramped bungalow alongside a pal. Katie Price and Peter Andre have been at loggerheads recently following a very public spat. Last week, after Katie made calls for a ceasefire in tensions between her and her ex, Peter released a scathing statement to fans which revealed that kids Junior and Princess have been in his custody for years . Katie then retaliated by releasing her own statement, and saying she won't be "gaslighted" anymore. Princess Andre, 18, who stars in new ITV reality show The Princess Diaries, has stated that the feud between her mum and dad doesn't bother her as she loves them both. Responding to a fan's query on social media last week about whether their spats affect her, she said: "To be honest it doesn't. At the end of the day, they broke up when I was two years old so I don't even have any memory of them being together." Further drama now surrounds the family, after an explosive clip was released by mum-of-five Katie's ex Alex Reid yesterday, in which Katie can be seen calling Pete's two children with wife Emily "irrelevant" and telling Princess she couldn't pay her school fees as she counted wads of cash, despite being bankrupt for a second time. As Princess enquired if Katie would be contributing towards hers and Junior's private school costs, Katie said: "Your dad can sit on that," while raising her middle finger. Meanwhile, during promos for her new reality show, which launched last week, Princess said she thought her mum's infamous Mucky Mansion was a "really scary" place to call home in a heartbreaking admission. Discussing life at the Mucky Mansion, which was showcased in Katie's reality DIY programme on Channel 4, Princess confessed to The Guardian: "It was a really scary house. A lot went on there. So I didn't really like it." The teenager was raised in the sprawling Sussex property following Katie's split from Peter. Katie vacated the £2million West Sussex home last year following her second bankruptcy declaration and acknowledged that she also "hated" residing there. Looking back on life in the crumbling home with her mother and siblings, Princess added: "I guess when you have bad experiences somewhere you don't like the place." Katie's first pad in the public eye was featured in a 2002 BBC documentary called Jordan: The Truth About Me. Despite having a £150,000 contract with the Daily Star at the time and being in a relationship with footballer Dwight York back in 2001, Katie was living in a rundown Brighton bungalow with her pal Sally. Let's take a closer look inside the cramped and littered property she shared with her friend in the early 2000s...

This Morning chef shares what she 'didn't realise' about Princess Anne after meeting
TV chef Rustie Lee met Princess Anne when she performed at an event sponsored by the royal, encountering her again a number of years later when performing on stage This Morning chef Rustie Lee has revealed what Princess Anne said when the pair met. The TV chef and Princess Royal met at the Royal Night of 100 Stars in 1985. Rustie, who rose to fame on TV-am in the 1980s, sang What I'll Do and Always at the televised fundraiser for Save the Children at the National Theatre. Anne, 75, sponsored the event as the president of the charity. After the show, Rustie, who says she was the only performer to sing with the orchestra, claimed the audience were shocked to realise she could sing as well as cook. Writing in Best magazine, she explained they 'only saw me as Rustie the chef in those days'. Her talent was something that appeared to shock the Princess Royal as well. Rustie added: 'And when I met Princess Anne afterwards, she said to me: 'I didn't realise you could sing.' 'And I thought, 'Oh my goodness, I didn't realise you knew me,' which was rather lovely. I was fortunate enough to meet Anne again in Birmingham at the Alexandra Theatre years after that, and she remembered me.' Rustie says she had a third encounter with Anne at the Queen's Platinum Jubilee. She says she was on a bus as part of the procession when she waved at Princess Anne who was with the Royal Family. She believes she spotted the princess waving back at her. She says it was a 'lovely' gesture from a royal known for her no-nonsense attitude. Rustie went on to explain that singing in front of the crowd outside Buckingham Palace was 'phenomenal', summing up the experience as 'something else'. Rustie, 76, has appeared on a whole host of TV shows throughout the years. She served as a chef and cooking expert on the 1983 version of Good Morning Britain until 1989, returning two years after her departure. She has also appeared in shows such as Who's Doing the Dishes and Celebrity Big Brother before becoming a regular face on This Morning. Her cooking career began as a youngster when she would help her parents making curry patties in their family takeaway. She studied at the College of Food in Birmingham to become a master baker. She says food has always been a huge part of her career even when she was touring the country as a singer. Princess Anne isn't the only famous face Rustie has encountered during her career either. She revealed that iconic boxer Muhammad Ali once visited her restaurant. She described the sports star as 'more than a dream dinner guest' when asked about the meeting. Rustie says more than 2,000 people waited outside the venue while Ali ate his food. She described the moment as 'phenomenal'.
