A BRIT dad who plunged 16ft off a wall to his death in Majorca has been named as a "true legend" as his family and friends pay tribute.
Ben Clark, 41, died instantly after he fell into a rocky area near a popular holiday beach in the early hours of Friday morning.

His daughter, Kaci Fraya, is believed to have been on the Spanish holiday to Cala Agulla on the island's northeast coast with her dad at the time of his death.
In a touching post on Facebook, she wrote: "Love you forever dad."
The heartbroken woman in her mid 20s also shared a picture of the pair smiling along with a red love heart.
Clark is also believed to have been a father to a younger daughter.
Friends of Ben, from Hampshire, called him 'one of the good ones' and a 'great guy'.
Becky Paris said: 'Honestly I just spent the majority of the evening blabbering on about how 'it's the kind of thing you read about in the newspapers, but think well it wouldn't ever happen' as it wasn't real life.
'Today I am just absolutely heartbroken for you and your little family.
'No words that could make sense of it. You really were one of the good ones mate.'
Peter Fordham added: 'RIP Ben Clark. Devastating news and a sad loss.
'You will be massively missed. Condolences to all your friends and family.'
Glenn Quackenbush wrote on social media: 'Farewell to great guy Mr Ben Clark. It was an honour RIP.'
And good friend Chris Jon Osman simply said: "He was a great guy and a true legend."
Firefighters and mountain rescue teams recovered the Brit's body after an emergency call was put in, reports Ultima Hora.
Police sources are treating the incident as an accident.
A spokeswoman for the Civil Guard confirmed: 'We received an emergency alert just before 2am, saying a man had fallen from a height of around 16 feet in a rocky area in Cala Agulla near to Capdepera.
'The Civil Guard's specialist Greim mountain and cave rescue unit was mobilised.
'The man's body was recovered just after 5am."
It comes as last month a British woman died after plunging from a scenic beauty spot in Majorca.
The 39-year-old was rushed to hospital critically injured following the fall but failed to survive her injuries.
She fell around 60ft from a lookout point in the Palma neighbourhood of es Jonquet overlooking the sea.

Four Irish nationals have been arrested on the Costa Blanca after police there smashed a gang smuggling cocaine and hashish hidden in industrial machinery into the UK and Ireland from Spain. Nearly 85 kilos of cocaine was seized in the operation, camouflaged inside a drilling machine due to be shipped to Ireland by a firm in the small town of Monovar about a 35-minute drive inland from Alicante. The four suspects, who have not been named, were freed on bail pending an ongoing criminal probe after appearing in court. Officers are not expected to make any formal comment until they rule the operation against the gang has concluded. Further arrests have not been ruled out. Local reports said the start point for the investigation was on June 2nd when a transport firm based in the province of Murcia reported the arrest of one of its drivers in France a few days earlier following the discovery of the cannabis resin on board his Liverpool-bound lorry. A Murcia court reportedly authorised detectives to put trackers on the company's vehicles. Advertisement The arrests were made after one of the suspects dropped off the industrial drilling machine due to be shipped to Dublin and police discovered the cocaine inside. Spanish investigators are said to have removed the cocaine and allowed the drilling machine to be sent to Ireland on June 13th so counterparts so gardaí could try to identify the people receiving the delivery. It was not immediately clear this morning if further arrests had taken place in Ireland. In March a Spanish-Irish investigation into the Dublin gang known as The Family resulted in the seizure of drugs valued at around €30 million and the arrests of 20 people. Spanish cops said at the time the criminals hid the drugs in secret compartments in vehicles they fitted out with the narcotics at a warehouse on an industrial estate in the east coast Spanish city of Castellon between Barcelona and Valencia. More than 300 kilos of cocaine and 220 kilos of marihuana were seized in the operation according to Spanish police. Thirteen of the 20 detentions took place in Spain according to police there and the other seven in Ireland. The suspects, aged between 30 and 50, were described as Spanish, Colombian, Irish and British.

Thinking Bethan was interested in him, the 39-year-old man then bombarded her with messages, which eventually turned abusive when she did not reply. Bethan then blocked him, but Hancock soon made another account and found her again. This happened a few times, to the point he would even create profiles on other social media channels. And he has continued, even reaching out to Bethan's mother Kathryn, despite Hancock having been convicted for his crimes and put in prison for continually stalking the family. She told WalesOnline: "It's been six years - six years of this nightmare". This is also despite Hancock having been banned from the Sims' family home in Port Talbot, which involves a restraining order he has continued to breach the terms of. Kathryn continued: 'We are genuinely fearful for our lives. "That's what this has come to. "And honestly we don't believe it is being taken anywhere near seriously enough." Hancock, who lives close the Bethan and Kathryn, is expected to be released from prison next month. He even posted their address online. The stalking got so bad that Bethan was too concerned to leave her home, and made an alert to her children's school after she realised he knew about them. The Sims family are not the only people Hancock is recorded to have stalked. A mutual friend let Bethan and Kathryn know about Carl Mallon, who was also stalked for so long by Hancock that he had to leave his job and move house. Speaking about his experience with Hancock, Carl said: 'When I'm out my eyes are everywhere. "It can wreck your life.' Hancock now lives in Neath, and has been sentenced to 48 weeks custody suspended for two years, after he pleaded guilty to stalking charges involving fear of violence in November 2023. He has been tagged and received a five-year restraining order that means he is no allowed to contact or approach any of his victims in anyway. But Kathryn and Bethan want to stricter order for Hancock, who has still contacted them. Bethan explained: "What he did when he got out of jail was break the exclusion zone around us, getting himself recalled back to prison. "Then he came out for a second time and broke the restraining order again. "He is now back in prison for a third time. "I think he's proven he isn't going to listen and that we are in danger." Hancock breached his current restraining order last year, which ended him up in prison for around 11 months, then breached it again six months after being released when he contacted Bethan on social media. Kathryn does not believe enough is being done in response to this man's behaviour: "He's considered such a risk he was under robust MAPPA (multi-agency public protection arrangements) guidelines, essentially meaning everyone working together to keep us safe. "But that isn't worth the paper it's written on." A freedom of information request submitted by the BBC earlier this year revealed despite the UK having had nearly 440,000 cases of stalking between 2020 and 2023, only 1,439 stalking prevention orders were issued by 40 forces. These are part of the Stalking Protection Bill from 2020, which can prohibit activities like entering locations or making contact with victims involved in the early stages of an investigation into alleged stalking. Hancock is reported to have entered one of the exclusion zones, and managed to get "very close" to Kathryn and Bethan before they were alerted. They are worried about how "obsessed" and "fixated" he is. Kathryn sad: "We could have been killed by the time we knew." "We are so fed up. It's affected everything," she added. "It makes you so unwell. I've been hospitalised with the stress of it because we're in such danger from this man.' The two are due back in Swansea Magistrates Court on July 7 to request a more robust restraining order. South Wales Police Inspector, Jared Easton, who is in charge of the case said: "Neal Hancock is clearly a dangerous individual who refuses to learn his lesson and has caused all manner of trauma for his poor victim. "His behaviour towards this victim has been ongoing for several years now. "It is completely unacceptable, and nobody should have to put up with a prolonged campaign like this. The Irish band - who the BBC refused to broadcast live at Glastonbury yesterday - were subject of a terror probe by the Met Police. The trio responded with a grovelling statement, insisting they would not incite violence against any individual. And the Met Police has now said is will not proceed with the case for a number of reasons, including the "time elapsed between the events in the video and the video being brought to police attention". The force said: "A thorough investigation has now been completed by detectives from the Counter Terrorism Command, which included interviewing an individual under caution and seeking early investigative advice from the Crown Prosecution Service. "A range of offences were considered as part of the investigation. "However, given the time elapsed between the events in the video and the video being brought to police attention, any potential summary only offences were beyond the statutory time limit for prosecution. "Relevant indictable offences were considered by the investigation team and, based on all of the current evidence available, a decision has been made that no further action will be taken at this time."
